A lovely little villa. With a nice private pool in a quiet gated community. The small village that’s nearby has lots of great food and massage parlors.

Great stay for small family. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom . Small area for kitchen and living room. Quiet and peaceful. You will need your own car/motorbike to get to huahin center which is 5-10 minutes away . The house was clean , able to cook.

Vi havde 4 SKØNNE dage i dette fantastiske smukke skønne hus med en verdens klasse udsigt 😉 Jeg spiller selv golf og Eva hjælp mig med 50 % på greenfee. Fantastisk smuk bane. Min familie kunne følge med fra den skønne pavillon da jeg kom til hul 8. Alt i alt et super skønt hus med en MEGET smuk, skøn pool 👍 En fornøjelse at sidde og spise morgenmad og aftensmad på den skønne Terrasse. Vi brugte den app der hedder Bolt til at bestille taxa når vi tog ud og handle eller ind til Hua Hin centrum. Indtjekningen gik perfekt. Khun Ploy som er vært hjælp med at få bestilt massage og kom med mango frugt en dag. Verdens klasse ophold. Mit bedste af 6 forsøg via Airbnb. Venlig hilsen Per

Maison très propre de 2 chambres et 2 salles d'eau avec petite piscine. Il y a eu un sur booking d'une nuit mais on nous a logé dans un hôtel à proximité et nos gros sacs ont été gardés. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié d'être au calme et de pouvoir cuisiner (pas beaucoup de restaurants aux alentours). Ce qu'il manque ou à améliorer : une machine à laver, un ouvre bouteille, une casserole de plus et une poêle en meilleur état. L'hôte a été amicale et réactive. Merci!

Amazing host with exceptional hospitality! They handled some unexpected situations with great professionalism and kindness. The warm welcome, thoughtful gestures like giving flowers, and overall attentiveness made the stay truly special. Highly recommend!

We are a group of three family with seven adults and five teenage kids. We comfortably spent two nights at the villa. There was an electricity problem in the second night but that was the problem by provincial electricity authority not anything wrong with the villa. Anyway, the villa's technician was quick to arrive when we notified the host about the problem and he is very keen to help us cope with the incident in any way he can. In all, the villa is clean, in good condition, and in great location. I would love to come back again.

Sine’s place at Hua Hin is perfect for our family of 10 with kids. Everyone has their own space with the pool right at the room’s doorstep. The kids loved it! Place was exactly like its description and is very private and peaceful. It’s away from the hustle and bustle of the main town and is easily accessible in 10 mins as we have our own rental van. The 3 helpers of Sine’s Villa were perfect too! They took care of all our needs throughout the stay and they were brilliant cooks! We got them to cook us a Thai Dinner on the 2nd night and it was great! The portion was too much for us but we kept the leftovers for lunch the next day, saving us some money at the same time! 😊 Will highly recommend for families looking for a peaceful getaway from city life whilst having so much space for that much needed family bonding and precious time with each other.

Pool villa was roomy and comfortable. Great to have a private pool and plenty of bedroom space for everyone. A/C worked fantastic in each bedroom and living area. Very comfortable stay. Thanks again!
