great place 5 stars from me, great pool, there is a mosquito 🦟 problem there which needs to be addressed. you definitely will need some insect killer & repellent. but this is my only complaint

Отличное жильё, очень просто заселились и выехали, максимальное дружелюбие хозяйки. Дом немного вдали от основного шума, но всего в 200 метрах от моря. Город с одной стороны не шумный, не туристический, как Паттайя, Пахукет, но развлечений достаточно. На мой субъективный взгляд, все идеально.

Bee was a very responsive and helpful host and acted immediately to get us kitchen towels and beach towels when we asked. The view is absolutely beautiful and I enjoyed my daily sunrise cup of tea on the balcony. The condo complex has many pools and nice walking paths through the grounds. I enjoyed the saltwater pool at Building C the most.

Great spot in Hua Hin for a great value. Location is excellent. Martin was easy to get in contact with and was more than accommodating. The room is on the smaller size, but it feels bigger than what it is. Well furnished. Only slight problem would be the WI-FI if you need to video call for work, but that is a pretty small subset of travelers.

Кондик совмещен с отелем. На территории бассейн с джакузи и детскими горками, минимальный аквапарк. Хозяин кондо нас встретил все рассказал и помог с транспортировкой багажа. Сам номер старенький. Работает кондиционер. Рядом кафешки и бары. в 500 метрах Макро. В целом довольны. Цена и качество соответствую. Есть рекомендации по улучшению. Главное что детям очень понравился бассейн.

The condo is by far the nicest one on the beach, the building is well taken care of looks attractive from far away. Its in the countryside in a little village with farms. you must have a car because even 7/11 is not close. But about 30 minutes of driving will get you to Lotus or Makro to buy food. And there is Farmers Market in town on Mondays & Fridays 3-7 pm. come early because it gets crowded & no parking. The beach is just behind the pool but you must be careful with the tide while swimming it can come in and cover the beach with water making it difficult to get back to the entrance to the pool. I drove my car to the beach just a block away to swim because I thought it was safer. you can see this beach from the condo balcony. The condo has a big nice water & dryer for washing your clothes or sheets. This condo has everything for long stays. It is the most beautiful condo we have stayed in Cha Am, Big nice rooms lots of space for a whole family. The 4th bathroom is a nice touch. We would Love to stay here again.

excellent comfortable place. well kept and furnished. has a small pool, BBQ, air hockey and pool table. the host is friendly and responsive. the area is quiet with lots of birds to wake you up. 😁 The only thing to keep in mind is that if you don't have a car, you will be isolated. Grab car comes sometimes, but doesn't at times.

This home was absolutely beautiful. Vasana was so easy to work with and help us coordinate transportation when we needed it. Our family has a fabulous time and we would stay here again!

Fern's place is amazing. The little cabin I rented was rustic but sweet. A little small for 2 people, but ideal for 1. Internet, AC, and hot water all good. The scenery is stunning. Rice paddy fields, palm trees, and mountains Sunsets are rainbow colors and paint the scenery almost like a movie set. There are 4 little cabins fairly close to each other but far enough that is not intrusive. Right out front is a little pond with koi-like fish, with a sweet little bridge lit by lanterns. The restaurant is homemade and decent. Good sizes, and she even offers a hot pot! The rooms are extremely affordable for what you get, and the restaurant has local prices. Pretty ideal. She's also got a motorcycle to rent, which is free or at least very cheap to get supplies nearby. But the best part of the whole experience is Fern herself. She's sweet, kind and goes the extra mile. Her English is excellent and offers a few words of assistance if you're willing to learn Thai. A definite recommend:)

We had a fantastic 3 month stay in the house.The house was perfect for us.The house is in a very well kept complex and is very well kept and very lovingly furnished.We immediately felt at Home.Everything was there.. we didn‘t miss anything.Everything at a very high Level.We were also very impressed by the large garden with Pool and Whirlpool.Very well maintained and beautifully landscaped with lots of Palm trees and blooming flowers.A and J have placed great value on high quality outdoor furniture.They are varios seating options,all of which were excellent.The staff too who was responsible for House and pool twice a week,read our every wish from our eyes.Amy and Jens were always available for us throughout the Holiday and made sure that we could spend a wonderful carefree holiday in their House.Dear Amy and Jens , thank you so much again for this wonderfull holiday in your house ! Loved my stay at Earns place. Could def stay longer .. Super cozy, comfy.. Good internet for work. Very breezy, so didn’t need AC.. Fantastic location.. Very quiet and yet close and walkable to many places for food or just for walks.. Big grocery stores are in a walkable distance or easily can get delivery or take a bicycle ride too.. You can get a bicycle for 2 hours for free any time.. There’s also water machine right in the building which is super convenient..

Le logement comprend une chambre spacieuse, un salon et une salle de bain. Il est équipé du matériel nécessaire pour cuisiner. Situé dans une résidence calme. Offre l'accès gratuit à une piscine et une salle de sport dans un bâtiment sécurisé. Toujours propre et bien entretenu. Le wifi est disponible autour de la piscine, ce qui te permet de profiter de l'extérieur. À seulement 15 minutes en scooter de la zone d'activités (Market Village, les marchés, etc.). Proche d'une plage tranquille. Dispose d'un parking gratuit pour les motos. 7/11 à 2min. Ces points te semblent-ils bien formulés ? 😊

This is a beautiful apartment in a location about half way between Hua Hin and Cha Am. Lovely view of the ocean and with the windows open, it was breezy and pleasant, though there are two air-conditioners as well. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We were there nearly a month, and if you do not have a car or motorbike, you can use Grab to get into town---though sometimes it took a while to get a Grab. It is about a 20 minute drive into HH. There is a 7-11 type store close by for some shopping but if you want to cook, you will want to go into the malls in Hua Hin to grocery shop. There is a nice coffee shop, Fernpresso, about a 25 minute walk down the beach (closed on Tuesdays) and an affordable restaurant next to it as well. If you do not have good luck with the tides, then you will find that there is very little beach space as the tides come up high. It is a 10 minute walk from the apartment building to the beach. The swimming pools are wonderful! Great staff!

The place is exactly as the pictures, maybe even better :) It was clean - also the pots and the cutlery were well maintained and clean! Is on a high floor so you won't hear too much noise from the gorgeus swimming pool (that was never busy during my stay). Wifi is not the strongest, but if you stay next to the router it's ok to work and also have videocalls with minor hiccups. Also the host is very nice and helpful :)
