Condominium Lobby personnel receptionist door men security extremely courteous and greeting you, assisting you when you check in and out plus helps you et to the elevator floor you need to got to. Loading and unloading to the lobby is very convenient and accessible. Great view of the city during New Year's eve fireworks. Very quiet highest floor, Immediate literally next door to the Venice Canal Mall full of restaurants and coffee shops, across the street to several ATM machines. Overall a great location and place to stay for my entire Christmas holiday and till Feb. 2025

Sun and Sea is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and relaxed. The location is breathtaking, with stunning sea views and a peaceful ambiance. The accommodations were spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped for a perfect stay. The host went above and beyond, offering great local tips and ensuring every detail was just right. We loved sipping coffee on the terrace at sunrise and strolling along the nearby beach. The amenities, including the pool and lush gardens, made our stay even more special. If you're looking for a serene and luxurious getaway, Sun and Sea is the place to be. We can't wait to return!

We stayed with my friends last May 18-19 and we had a great vacation, the place is peaceful where you can really relax, the house is unique and clean, the kitchen amenities is awesome and complete, the pool is great, the bed is big. Will definitely come back in this place. It has a wide space for parking, so your vehicles are safe. Very near to the city center. The house just feels like home and very clean. They offer complimentary coffee and the ameneties are complete. The owner is responsive and accomodating. Already looking forward to spend time again in Baguio at Casa Teresa.

I really enjoyed my stay at Eva’s place. I had to make several changes to my reservation during my stay and Eva made it very easy. I would recommend Eva’s place to anyone.

I stayed here for a week & overall had a great experience, especially for the price point. Upon check-in, I discovered there were no towels in the unit, but the host quickly delivered towels & a small snack to make up for it. The Wi-Fi was initially very slow—taking 20–30 minutes to upload a video—but after I reached out on the second-to-last day, it improved dramatically (I only wish I’d asked sooner). As a singer, I also needed a fan due to the noisy air conditioning picking up on my recordings & the host kindly had her housekeeper drop one off. The unit matches the pictures perfectly & is ideally located nearGrand Venice Canal Mall, close to BGC, there is a Watson’s, Pizza Hut, and other stores in the building & more. I highly recommend it for solo travelers or couples. It is small but you get everything you need. The bathroom has ample space for all skincare necessities as well which I really appreciated. There was also a hair dryer & clothing iron which I used. Great host & stay!

Our stay was wonderful! The place was very cozy and had most of the amenities we needed. The convenient access to Light Mall was definitely a plus! The hosts were very responsive and considerate, even allowing us to extend our stay by two hours, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great experience—highly recommend!

Jason‘s apartment was really nice, just as described. We felt like home immediately. The location is very central, just across the street from Ayala Mall. There is a laundry shop and a drinking water service right in the condo, also a 7eleven is around the corner. Together with the amazing location, the gym and the pool are the highlights of this place. Even though they are shared with the other condo towers, they are never crowded and so inviting to enjoy. We had a very good stay and would love to be back here.
