The host was very responsive from booking to check-out. The village entry was secure, and the caretaker made sure everything was ready for our arrival. The kids enjoyed the complimentary snacks. The unit was spacious with plenty of rooms and bathrooms. However, there was no toilet paper, and hand soap was limited. The kitchen had all we needed, but the fridge wasn’t working properly (the chiller wasn’t cold, but the freezer was fine). The pool and jacuzzi were great, and the location was just a short walk to the beach. The beach had some litter in the afternoon, but it was cleaned by morning and great for swimming. Overall, a relaxing and comfortable stay—perfect for unwinding.

The place was great. The place was able to accommodate us with 16 pax who slept over and 5 pax who left before midnight. We had 2 infants and a 7yo kid that they let stay for free! We could have maximized the place if we stayed for another day (that heated pool!!!!) Thank you! Definitely not out last. 😊

Villa Amuntai is a Bali inspired theme private resort in Dinalupihan Bataan, were we celebrate my birthday with my FAMBAM.. I’m thankful that he accomodate us, sir lio, the owner is easy to deal with, true to his words, in what to expect and what to bring, we felt welcome as we entered the resort, as sis Rochelle, the caretaker of the resort is with welcoming vibe and responsive with all our request and attentive with our needs.. if you want to relax and be with nature the Amuntai villa is a must visit and experience, with your family, love ones and even friends.. Ver was very responsive and super accommodating with our requests. Roselyn and Bong, the staff, were very attentive, helpful and nice. The place was as shown on photo. Living spaces and entertainment area were what made this place special for us. And the view! It is on 3 floors: compact and spacious at the same time. We really enjoyed the space, the service, the location and the amenities. We highly recommend. And I am definitely looking forward to going back.

Spent New Year’s Eve in this beautiful, spacious home filled with stunning antique pieces by artist Tito Rolly, the owner. He and his family were so accommodating, even gifting us a unique antique wood art from a fellow artist. The location was easy to find, with charming restaurants nearby. We enjoyed watching fireworks from the rooftop at midnight, though the rain cut it short. Still, it was a memorable experience. thank you again!

We stayed here for 3 days, and this place easily accommodated all 12 of us with plenty of comfortable sleeping space. The aesthetics of the villa are very artsy, with plenty of room to just chill and unwind. They provide a lot of amenities, from the basics like coffee, water, and other essentials, to impressive welcome gifts. In addition to the beautiful pool, the resort offers a variety of entertainment options, including karaoke, board games, and the option to enjoy a bonfire and make s'mores, which we did. You can also opt for a massage, a floating breakfast at the pool, or a Korean BBQ experience. The wet market is not far from the resort, so we took advantage of the outdoor kitchen and grill to cook our own bulalo and grilled fish and pork. Aside from the stunning villa, the staff are very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely come back to this resort if we are ever in Tagaytay again.

The place is a gem and was as described -- 3 villas with enough space for us -- a family of 15 with 6 kids -- to gather for a meal and to sleep. There was a pool and heated jacuzzi that the kids really enjoyed even if it has been raining nonstop during our stay. All amenities mentioned were also available. We cooked meals during our stay, btw. Their caretakers were also there to assist us. Really such a pretty place -- as it was foggy due to the rainy weather, it felt like we were in a Tuscan village. If only it werent raining, we would have enjoyed lounging by the pool or the patio. The host was also responsive. Thank you for sharing your space.

Si vous souhaitez un petit harve paisible c’est l’endroit parfait proche de la plage et avec votre piscine privée. C’est nickel. L’accessibilité à pied n’est pas trop facile (il avait beaucoup plu…) et ce n’est pas proche du centre ~> vous devez louer un scooter ou prendre un tuktuk. Mais sinon la maison est superbe, lumineuse et bien entretenue ! Il n’y a pas de place aux hasard et c’était très agréable. L’intendante (Gaga) était très gentille et nous a beaucoup aidé durant notre séjour ! Je vous conseille de surfer de ce côté (océan 9) c’est beaucoup plus agréable ! Sinon mon seul regret est de ne pas pouvoir vivre dans cette villa quelques semaines de plus… Merci pour d’avoir fait de la fin de nos vacances une vraie détente !

Amazing place to spend quality time with your loved ones and furbabies. Everything that you need for your furbabies are available in the resort, they even have obstacle courses for dogs! It really is a pet haven! Lots of things to do - swimming, karaoke, board games and Netflix. I would highly recommend this place to my friends who would like to have staycation with their furbabies.

The host and the staff are very responsive and helpful. They will attend to all your concerns.

The place was beautiful and has few activities for family or kids. Peaceful and relaxing. We got lost because we used waze, better use google map! My bad I copied paste the address and did not pin Balay Angkan not recommending waze . Overall stay is perfect my dad enjoyed his birthday party. Kuya Mar is very helpful. The people are friendly and can be trusted.

Good place. Very accommodating host and personnels. Lot of things to do. Worth the price. Although, bumpy access road going into the property, but manageable. Very accessible, just 1 ride from SM Masinag and 1 tryk ride.

Place is very nice and calm. This is actually last minute booking as I am trying to book their place for 3days unfortunately they are fully book.Thanks to this group who cancelled their next day booking for unavoidable errand which gave us a chance to get the slot and experience their place. Everything that being said were well provided by the host. i highly recommend this place. We really enjoy the last hurray of our baguio trip as we are spending my husband birtbday celebration over the weekend❤️

If I can exceed 5 for the location I'd give it more than 5 stars. LITERALLY walking distance to Ayala Serin. We got to buy fresh breads in the cool morning for breakfast without having to stock much. And if you'd think it's too intrusive, it's still tucked in so it's still private. The house is also in a cul-de-sac so parking is a breeze. Joyce (owner) was very responsive and proactive for anything we might need before and during our stay. The property is eccentric which is it's main charm. The kids enjoyed the upper floor for them to have fun after dinners. Internet was fast 95+ mbps. And the best of all, our doggies could tire themselves of curiosity of those nooks and cranny of the gardens, so they end up tired and relax. Another notable 5stars for furparents. Arlene (caretaker) was also very responsive and friendly for any questions we have. We'll def be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We loved the Oak Cabin of Camper and Cabin Forest. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable and had everything that we needed. The food at the restaurant was good and the massage was worth it. My only concerns were the privacy since you can been seen outside through the front door when outside the rooms especially at night and also I think there’s no way to lock the cabin from the outside so we had to leave the cabin unlocked while we ate breakfast at the restaurant. Still it was a very enjoyable stay and we would book again in the future.

Nana was such an incredible host during our few days in the jungle hut. Any concerns we had she was very responsive. She truly cares about her guests and it shows. I’d highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a nice getaway from the city. Make sure to check out the enchanted river and the Cambugahay Falls.

The host was responsive and friendly, and the caretakers made sure our stay was seamless and comfortable.
