What an amazing stay - incredible view, awesome pool, excellent customer service, beautiful rooms, delicious food, unparalleled views. The sunset over Mt. App was breathtaking. Also, many of the older Airbnb reviews state that you have to bring in your own food, but now they have a menu that you can order from, and they set the meal up in your room or on the terrace by the pool. Highly recommend!

It was me and my fiance’s 2nd time to stay here after 3 yrs. The place is still well-maintained. Clean and spacious rooms. Peaceful, quiet, and relaxing ambience. The compound has a beautiful garden for some unwinding and clear thinking. The staffs were very friendly and accomodating. Overall, I definitely recommend and shall return.

Great place to stay. Close to the main beach and only 3mins walk from a less populated and busy beach with cool beach bar and restaurant. Even the main beach is a beautiful and EASY walk (about 3km but so worth it! All on a beautiful streach of beach with perfect powder-white sand and MANY restaurants to grab a bite or cocktail.) The accommodation was very pleasant and we had a super great host! Anna personally welcomed us; and gave a very informative chat explaining local tips and recommendations. Friendliness and helpfulness is a 10/10 and whenever we required something, it was done straight away - thank you. Attention to finer detail made us feel extra special, and the offer on request - we took the romantic package as an optional extra; was very well done and presented! Definitely recommend this stay. Ps: it is quit normal in Philippines to have more noisy local residential areas - it did not bother us as we know its normal here; but for the sensitive sleeper - keep it in mind.

The house was very welcoming. My parents loved it so much that they wanted to stay more instead of roaming around. Ate Nilda was so helpful with our little requests and made our check out easy. Would love to recommend this place!

We were particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the entire place, which added to the sense of ease during our stay. The location was also very convenient, being close to nearby cities, making it easy for us to explore and attend to any errands or activities. Special thanks to the helpful caretaker, Dexter, who went above and beyond to assist us whenever needed. Auntie Rose was also extremely accommodating, ensuring that we felt welcome and well-cared for throughout our visit. Overall, we highly recommend this transient house for anyone seeking a serene, clean, and conveniently located place to stay, supported by genuinely kind and attentive hosts.

It’s a cozy and clean place. My only concern is the heater, it does not heat consistently its just turned off itself automatically that it may cause the water to be gone from being hot. Other thing is the neighborhood buildings were creepy since they were abandoned and it’s so dark during the night and the road is a bit rough. But overall the place is great.

My friends and I booked this unit and we loved it! it looks exactly like the photos. The place was clean and it has complete furniture, appliances, and other amenities. It's definitely a great deal! Would book this unit again.

I had a very peaceful and rejuvenating time at Palmera Palma! Walking through the front gates is like going into a different world from the party chaos of Moalboal right outside. It was really nice to have such a peaceful and relaxing environment to retreat to when I was tired of the excitement down the street. Very walkable, friendly, clean, quiet and overall just a great place to stay!

The SeaChange is definitely a game changer for our group who always travel to elyu every valentine’s since 2018. The guest house is superrrrr nice and very homey. Literally our home away from home. It’s big enough to fit 11 people max PLUS there are 2 available parking space inside. Our favorite place to eat, chill and hangout is the dining area and the garden area. The beach is just a few meters away from the house and it’s not crowded unlike in Urbiztondo. The best experience we had here is the peacefulness and comfort throughout our stay. Annndd both the hosts are very friendly and approachable. We will definitely go back here next year and recommend this place to our friends in Manila, Tarlac and Pampanga :)

The location matched the photographs shown in the listing, which contributed to a pleasant experience for my friends, who were easily satisfied and expressed enjoyment of the place. However, I found that my expectations were not fully met. While the aesthetics in the photos were appealing, the actual experience fell short for me. Additionally, the address provided was vague and lacked a specific house number, which could complicate finding the location. Fortunately, we decided to visit early in the day, as searching for the property at night would have been challenging. Ms. Ciarra didn't reply at once and didn't provide us with instructions on how to get into the place. We asked around and tried to match the house's facade to identify its location. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was very convenient, and the place was spotless and well-maintained. It was peaceful and quiet, making it easy to relax after a long day. It truly felt like home, cozy, comfortable, and inviting. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

Мы прожили в гостях у Begi и Ken целый месяц, и это было лучшим решением остановиться именно здесь. Вид на окрестности завораживает! Очень тихо и уединённо. Съездили в Эль-Нидо на пару дней, но Пуэрто-Принцеса подходит для долгого проживания гораздо лучше - тихо, хорошие супермаркеты, много развлечений. Для цифровых кочевников: дома есть 2 полноценных рабочих места, доступ в интернет, и потрясающий вид на поле, море, и пасущихся коров. Наличие духовки - существенное преимущество. С хозяевами было очень приятно общаться - гостеприимные, отзывчивые. Очень безопасное место. Если будем на Палаване - обязательно остановимся здесь. Всё очень понравилось!

This was our second stay at the "Bunker". I can't say enough positive things about the experience. Things are clearly explained and questions promptly answered. Josephine made herself available for any question or issue that we may have had. Small issues...The location is peaceful and short walking distance to stores snd resto. Thoroughly enjoyablle! Sehr schöne, idyllisch gelegene Unterkunft im Grünen! Von der Anlage aus kann man einige Ausflüge unternehmen und Christopher ist ein Experte und hilft wirklich bei allem mit vollem Einsatz! This was my second stay at the Penthouse, the first time in the much more spacious ground floor unit. Strongly recommended for you. There are many hotels more economical, but the Penthouse is spacious, comfortable, clean, decorous, and a perfect sanctuary from the smoke and noise of the city. In addition, the wifi and aircon were both perfect at all times. Joy is an amazing manager and went way out of her way to solve any minor problems with the unit as well as calling the tourist office and drivers to enable a trip to the Once Islas. Thanks so much again! I strongly recommend the Penthouse for your short or long stays.

We were looking for a house with multiple rooms since we have a big family. Luckily, I stumbled upon Dianne’s listing, which seemed perfect for us. Check-in went smoothly, and the Kuya waited for us outside the house. It was squeaky clean when we arrived. The living room has an airconditioning, which we love - especially the kids. The kitchen is fully functional, with complete cookware and cutleries. And they have a water heater in every bathroom, which is a huge plus. The bedrooms are big, with enough beds to accommodate everyone. We stayed for three nights, and Dianne’s place will now be our go-to when visiting Subic.

Accommodating host, cozy place to stay! We booked Allen’s place on a short notice; hours away from check-in. He responded quickly to my inquiries and made sure we’re well-informed about the place upon check-in. His place is clean and relatively new. It has common kitchen utensils, basic small appliances and toiletries. You don’t have to go out when you ran out of snacks because they have a little honesty store which sells food and drinks at a reasonable price. TV has cable and internet connection is stable; we were able to work comfortably! :)
