This villa is where you want to be after a long exhausting travel. Staff is very welcoming. The rooms are simple, but clean and have what you need. Kids absolutely loved the pool. Kitchen is separate from the rooms and in the group area. The villa is spacious and private. This will be our first choice when we visit Puerto Princessa again.

Perfect staycation for big groups! If you like peace and quiet with a very beautiful garden view then this place is perfect. All the rooms are spacious - bedroom, dining room, living room and kitchen. The photos in the listings are quite accurate. The only thing that wasn’t captured is the whole place itself which is really beautiful. Our family celebrated New Year’s eve at this place and we really enjoyed it. We dined at the dining hall which could fit more than 25 people! The ate’s and Kuya’s are all very friendly and helpful. Shout out to ate Nithel who takes care of us. The only complaint I heard from relative is the smell of the bedroom in the main house - it smells of mildew which is probably because of the loft which seemed to be inhabited for a long while. They couldn’t open the windows because mosquitoes might enter. With that said, because the place is surrounded by plants and trees, expect that there will be mosquitoes. Overall, our family really enjoyed our stay!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa. Alexis a été de très bon conseil et arrangeante pour booker nos activités et transports notamment. Mention spéciale pour la cuisine de Léa, nous avons très bien mangé durant notre séjour, si bien que nous avons à peine mangé à l’extérieur !

We had a great stay at Obra Maestro. The villa has a cozy vibe perfect for intimate gatherings. The host was easy to communicate with, caretaker was so nice to us as well as the cleaners. Villa has all the appliances you need for cooking, Living room has a TV with Netflix and Karaoke. The bedrooms were clean and tidy. There was a power outage the next morning but they have a generator that can power up the ACs. Overall we were satisfied with our stay at the villa :)

This is the second time we stayed at Villa Amin and same as before we had a good time. Some of us took a boat ride/island hopping. We went skinny dipping on the beach and on the pool. At night we had a bonfire, telling ghost stories. The caretaker Natalie and her family did an excellent job assisting us at every turn, for a small fee they cooked and cleaned for us., all w do is relax and enjoy the place. They arranged the boodle food fight for us by the beach and everyone loved it. The place is quiet and very private but there is room for improvement, the bathrooms need a makeover. Overall I recommend this place and will come back over and over again. Great for family bonding, we love this place!

The Host made sure that we all have gatepass. Gave all details we need to know how to get to the place. Very comfortable, and staff are friendly. They even helped us find a tricycle during check out. Thank you so much again.

la casa es muy linda y muy cómoda tiene todo y más de lo que se necesita, la anfitriona increíble nos consiguió las motos, las excursiones y hasta el transfer de vuelta, le hemos escrito a las 3AM y respondió increíble

Tolles Panorama, sehr stilvolle Villen, super Service und Kommunikation. Wenn man Lust auf Aktivitäten/Touren hatte, konnte man sich einfach an die Gastgeber wenden und alles wurde für einen organisiert. Die Unterkunft liegt am Berghang recht abgeschieden mit tollem Blick auf die Bucht. Wenn man einen Mietwagen nimmt ist auf jeden Fall ein 4x4 ratsam. Insgesamt absolute Empfehlung!!

The host is very responsive and will help you all the way. The place is very private and feels like your on a different place. Looks a lot like on the photos. very clean, very nice design, very peaceful! Overall great experience and will definitely come back!

My family and I visited Boracay for the first time since I got married there in 2016. It was the first time my two children were visiting the Philippines as well. The home and location were superb. There was an unforeseen maintenance issue that popped up, but communication was prompt and proactive with appropriate and reasonable alternatives. The location was amazing in Station 1 and right next to one of the best restaurants we visited (definitely loved the oysters - must try). Overall would stay again and recommend.

Location is quite insane, the backyard is literally the beach, just a few steps away and you will be touching Boracay’s beautiful water. There is a little bit of a trek to get to the villa, nothing too much to handle, but expect to get some sand on your toes, you will be walking along the beach to get to the place. The rooftop has amazing views of the best sunsets. Each floor has its own patio, so you will never run out of places to hang out. You are right next to the Lind hotel, so expect some noise, nothing that kept us from sleeping. There are a few things in the villa that could use some refreshing but nothing that would stop me from going back. The highlight of the place would be the housekeepers. Their hospitality is top notch. Very responsive to any needs you need, from grabbing groceries, cooking breakfast, lunch or dinner, and they will catch a trike for you whenever you’re ready to head into town

I highly recommend this location. The owner was very responsive and open to questions. The property delivered on expectations and was a very comfortable stay for everyone. I would definitely go back :)

Lovely villa. Comfortable beds, no issues whatsoever. The views and pool are amazing.

The place was beautiful and has few activities for family or kids. Peaceful and relaxing. We got lost because we used waze, better use google map! My bad I copied paste the address and did not pin Balay Angkan not recommending waze . Overall stay is perfect my dad enjoyed his birthday party. Kuya Mar is very helpful. The people are friendly and can be trusted.

Super spacious, clean with a panoramic view of the island from comfort of the villas pool. Excellent service provided by the super friendly and responsive staff, they went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable.

First and foremost, everything looked exactly as as shown on AirBnB.The furnishings, interior design, architecture itself were inspiring & top-notch.The pool was just the right size for a couple to use. The airconditioning units were sufficient to cool down both the upstairs and downstairs even in the middle of the day. Here are some items areas for improvement that we have noticed: 1) upstairs floor was dusty when the light hit it just right 2) only 1 duvet was provided for 2 beds 3) no water refills were given after the 1st night 4) only 1 extra roll of toilet paper was given 5) only 1 set of bath towels provided 6) the rain shower head almost fell over our head 7) the drinking glasses in the bathroom have not been washed and are stained and not really fit to be used unless washed properly 8) the pool was not cleaned for the duration of our stay 9) there is no view of the beach or the sunset from our villa as it was blocked by the firewall contrary to the listing description

Had a great time with family here, celebrated my parents birthday, its nice that they were able to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and relax here, what I love the most is the huge pool and the picture worthy place and that its pet friendly. staffs are very friendly and helpful especially wax, was who responds right away with our numerous questions. would loveee to stay here for a week when we have budget! haha , will defintely rebook this place and bring my friends here as well!

Melgen was always responsive, her staff was helpful, and the Airbnb is beautiful! Would absolutely visit again and recommend to others Also, the WiFi was great!! We really needed good WiFi for this trip and it definitely delivered.

First, the hosts were very responsive to all my questions and answered timely. Second, the place is beautiful with very open spaces where you can walk around. The furnitures are enough for big groups. (there were 25 of us). The big tables were very helpful when dining together and bonding with my family. The view is really nice esp when the wind blows, it’s refreshing and peaceful. My favorite spot was the 2nd floor with the rocking chairs facing the mountain. Third, the rooms are spacious and clean and to top it all there are bathrooms inside each room except the smallest room where the bathroom is outside but just adjacent to the room. Fourth, the pool is clean and warm, just the right size and depth. Amenities are good enough for what we needed on our stay. The price we paid was worth the place. The caretakers were helpful. I would definitely come back here with my family!!!

We enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again. My nephews had a lot of fun using their inside pool. We also recommend this place to our relatives in case they visit Tagaytay. Ms. Dan is a great host and very responsive therefore it’s an easy 5 star from me. Thank you again Ms. Dan!

My family had a great time at Ani Villa. The accommodation is well-maintained and exactly as described. The rooms are squeaky clean, spacious, and smell great. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, and we were able to use the grill as well. The children enjoyed the swimming pool. Towels and toiletries were provided. Since the location is a bit remote, it was very helpful to have a food menu or delivery recommendations. A few suggestions for improvement: * Replace the non-stick pots and pans * Provide cleaning cloths and all-purpose cleaners * Supply trash bags and table napkins We will definitely come back when we visit Quezon again!
