Graces place was absolutely gorgeous! Not only was it cosy and comfortable, but Grace personally provided outstanding hospitality and more than your standard air bnb host. Thank you so much for having us.

The apartment was wonderful, warm and inviting to say the least. So clean and comfortable with lots of little touches to let you know they’ve gone that extra mile and are passionate about presentation and fulfilling their guest’s expectations. My family had a wonderful stay at Carola’s place. The surrounds were beautiful and private and the resorts facilities were fabulous. Nice and close to Cowes also which was great. Communication was great and check in was super easy. The unit was lovely and spacious with everything we needed. Definitely recommend!

From the moment we walked in we noticed how clean and tidy the apartment was. Located in a lovely spot in the resort with ocean views and near the jumping pillows which were a hit with our son. We had everything we needed for our 7 night stay, the beds were very comfortable and there were even brochures for local places to visit and things to do. The chocolates on our arrival were a lovely touch. We have stayed at the resort twice but our first time in this apartment. Will definately stay again.

Very nice and spacious property with well appointed kitchen and 2 very large indoor living areas as described. It was modern, clean. Kitchen was well equipped with plenty of glassware, more than what we expected. Plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces for large groups. Would book again for family reunions. Host is very responsive and flexible when possible.

Wow! This place is absolutely amazing. We stayed as three families, and it was an incredible venue for a weekend gathering. It has both a sense of calmness and joy, with so many beautiful rooms to gather in, an amazing kitchen with absolutely everything you need. Katie was brilliant! Thanks so much Sean and family for such a fantastic stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our week and your house was the perfect base. The place was much larger than expected on a big block with lots of trees. Everything you could need was there and the heating worked well. There was even a large sunroom that doubled as our child's playroom. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely fantastic place, we loved the location and the property itself, our kids loved the cubby house (and piano) and we loved the rooms, kitchen and living spaces! Jacqui was super friendly and accomodating! Thanks for a great family holiday!

Went away for a girls weekend with 10 lady’s and this home was the most exceptional stay!! Highlights include the quality/well-equipped kitchen to cook amazing meals in, the art that immerses you in a dreamy home (loved the Bromley!), the infra-red sauna and the outdoor fire pit. The house has amazing heating and cooling system making it very comfortable (being middle of winter we were warm and cosy). There are 3 very clean bathrooms and ideal to share the space with multiple couples/groups. Locations is amazing! After having a warm breaky outside basking in the sun and it’s a 5 minute stroll to the bay. Blown away by this home - couldn’t recommend more.

I stayed with this lovely Kerry and Rod in their beautiful home right in the center of Phillip Island, and it was an unforgettable experience. Their house is full of charm, in perfect condition, and every detail was thoughtfully prepared – it felt like stepping into a warm, welcoming story. The hosts were incredibly kind and hospitable, making me feel like part of their family. Our breakfast conversations were so interesting – they shared fascinating stories about the island’s history and gave me great advice on local attractions. Thanks to them, I discovered places I would never have found on my own! The location is ideal for exploring the island, and the area is peaceful and quiet. If you’re looking for a genuine, heartfelt experience with amazing hosts, this is the place to stay. Thank you for everything – I will always remember this visit! ❤️

We felt right at home at Lisa’s private oasis. The outdoor garden and pool area was tranquil and very relaxing. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. A great location for a family to stay.
