John and Elaine were very welcoming, ready to greet me and make sure I had everything I needed to settle in. After that they gave me my privacy, which I appreciated. I settled in and enjoyed my stay, it made the perfect base for what I was doing. The place is comfy and roomy, with everything I needed. Be aware, it's a small kitchen with a hotplate and microwave and fridge, but perfectly adequate for cooking.

I was staying on Phillip Island for a friend’s funeral, so didn’t actually get to experience Kieran’s place with all of its offerings, however as a cozy retreat to return home to at the end of a big day, it ticked all of the boxes. I had a great night’s sleep and good pressured shower and Kieran even left me some soy milk for my breakfast. He was a really considerate host, offering me flexibility to accommodate the timings of the wake. thanks so much Kieran.

Property was exactly what we were after . A quaint little getaway for 2 in a great location . Close to restaurants , wineries , walks and beaches. Lots of lovely extra touches like coffee pods, breakfast essentials. Much appreciated .

We went to Phillip Island for the Motogp. Great location, very clean and good access to the track. Would be very happy to stay there next year. Thanks Kim

Hal and Sue were amazing hosts with fantastic communication. The beach is a short walk down the road and the house has everything you need and more! Our little girl was catered to with many toys and Hal and Sue were on hand to answer any questions we had. The hot tub was a lovely touch and their dog, Sammie, was a delight! Would definitely will be back if we visit Phillip Island again! Thanks very much for the wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Gavan’s property. The studio room was lovely, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed. Its location was perfect—just a short distance from a beautiful beach. The host was incredibly kind and friendly, making us feel very welcome. We stayed for one night to see the Penguin Parade, and this property was an ideal spot for that. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Great space with a lounge and a sun room, beds were comfy and kitchen had everything we needed. House was spotless and well styled. Hosts were welcoming and generous, and check in was easy. Good location for the beach and to visit Cowes, also good for the race track :) This is the bottom of the house which has been sectioned off to form its own apartment. But it felt very private and there were no shared spaces or facilities.

James is a very hospitable and attentive host If anything is needed he responds promptly His fur babies Becky and Tyson are very cute and polite furries It’s a perfect location Always feels like my second home when I stay there Thank you James

Trudy & Ray are wonderful hosts (easily the best we have ever had!). They were extremely helpful when it came to giving us recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Their home is even better than the photos depict (in our opinion it’s more spacious than photos make it seem). We could not fault a single aspect of our time in their home or their communication and care as hosts. 10/10! Thanks Ray & Trudy ❤️

Absolutely loved staying at Michelle’s place! The view was unlike I have ever seen before! Wish I got to stay longer!!

Stunning place, stylish & tasteful. On a quiet road just 5 mins walk from the lovely Mount Martha beach & shops/restaurants, it's a great spot on the Mornington Peninsula. A great deal of thought must have gone into the interior design, it was equipped with everything you might need & spotlessly clean. The outside courtyard was very attractive, perfect for breakfast or an early evening drink. Highly recommended.

Geraldine’s place was neat. I made the mistake of not informing of an extra person and a quick response was appreciated being another bed. We prepared meals each day with a lovely flow, due to the items one needs in a kitchen. We liked the nooks available for mood changes.

The best place we’ve ever stayed at, without a doubt! Lisa was an excellent host, she was incredibly accommodating and respectful and had the best welcome brownies waiting for us on arrival. The Bungalow was fully equipped, exceeding all of our expectations. Lisa also has a very detailed folder of information with things to do on Phillip island which was super helpful and useful. Also our husky orca had the best time running around the hard and exploring the place. Thank you so much for everything Lisa, we will definitely be coming back!

A beautiful studio with easy parking, comfy bed and plenty to do nearby. Would definitely recommend and will happily stay there again.

Had a lovely stay at Sharon's place. The surroundings was so peaceful and it was lovely watching all the animals walk past the windows. Short drive from Cowes, where you can find plenty of places to eat and drink, also loved that there was a small cafe just a 5 min walk away from the place! Would recommend staying again! 😊

Marcus and Renee's cottage is so clean, beautiful and welcoming. The check in treats were so thoughtful & delicious. It was such a wonderful, relaxing stay away. would highly recommend & will coming back again to stay. Thank you.

Julie was such a great host and her place was perfect! It is within 2 mins walking of the beach and close distance to plenty cafes and restaurants. Also only 10 min drive to the penguin parade. I would be happy to stay at Julie’s house again and would definitely recommend it to other visitors!

I have enjoyed unwinding in this serene garden for one night. It was clean, nice, and fun. Mosaic art added extra level of fun to the whole experience.Manny and Heather were very responsive.
