Hosts were responsive and met my requests in a kind and flexible manner. Great location & the rooftop swimming pool is a plus. Good washing machine and clothes dry quickly on the balcony. Kitchen has the minimum in terms of cooking utensils but I was able to improvise so OK. The Yogurt App on the TV is decent and you can watch live Premier league football as well as watch live International News. The best nearby supermarket is about a 10 minute walk away and is called Lucky Supermarket. Using the local SIM that the hosts leave for you, you can become a member of the supermarket by downloading the Lucky Reward App. You don't only get bonus points which are redeemable but you also can benefit from huge discounts. Some wines were at 50% discount. I will definitely be returning later this year. I found the Cambodian people to be charming and super chilled.

L'appartement est très bien placé, de sorte qu'on peut se rendre à pied au Palais royal et au Central market. De nombreux restaurants et bars sont à proximité. L'appartement est spacieux, confortable et bien équipé. Mention spéciale pour la piscine sur le toit : quelle vue magnifique ! Le personnel à la réception est très réactif : nous avons signalé un problème de climatisation dans la petite chambre : quelqu'un est monté tout de suite pour résoudre le problème. C'est le 2e appartement que je loue avec Soben home et aucune déception. Je les ai déjà recommandé auprès d'un ami.

As we had hoped, this was the perfect place to stay for the start of our Cambodia trip. Frances and Soeun are so welcoming and helpful - we felt totally reassured while we got over jet lag and explored Phenom Penh. The flat is lovely (and cool!), with great attention to detail - so fresh drinking water (to refill bottles), beautiful coffee in pots in the freezer, a fruit platter and fresh bread delivered for breakfast. It really feels like home. It isn't very central - but only a 10 minute ($2) tuk tuk ride from the palace and riverfront areas so really easy - plus the area around the flat (BKK) is lovely, with nice restaurants nearby. They also have a great market at the end of the street and the flat has a kitchen so you could also cook there and I imagine this would be a brilliant place if you were staying longer in the city (we only stayed 2 nights). Anyway - we totally recommend staying here. Really lovely.

This apartment was lovely, exactly as pictured with a good location and facilities. Staff at the building were very welcoming and friendly. Hosts were top notch too. Would definitely stay again and recommend to people. Thanks for having us!

The place was exactly as described in the pictures and the location was excellent. Tuk tuk's just waiting outside willing to take you anywhere. They are very friendly. If you like Indian food the restaurant next door is the best Indian food I've had and the service was excellent. I didn't make too much use of the rooftop swimming pool. the View was amazing. the temperatures are just way too hot for me. but that pools were very clean and inviting.

We really enjoyed our stay. Poline and his father are nice people. The apartament is spacious, clean and located in a central area. We're only sad we couldn't stay longer.

Le logement est fidèle à la description, accueillant, dans une impasse local. C’est cool de séjourner au plus proche des habitants ☺️ Le seul petit point négatif c’est le fait qu’il y ait des ouvertures dans les murs, non fermables, qui du coup, laissent entrer la chaleur et sortir le froid de la clim située dans la chambre. Chanpor a été une hôte plus que réactive et avec des conseils précieux. Elle vous fait vous sentir comme chez vous et encore merci à elle pour ça 🥰

We loved the place. Outside the city center with a stunning view to the skyline and Mekong. Spent the mornings at the pool. Easy to get a tuktuk. Good beds. Loved it!

Michele's apartment was lovely and made our time in Phnom Penh really enjoyable. The views are spectacular, the apartment and building are both lovely and everyone we met who worked there was really friendly and eager to help out. We had a couple minor issues on arrival but Michele replied promptly, was very understanding and we were offered a solution immediately. Fab value for money. Recommend highly!

The bed was comfortable, internet was fast, hot water and everything was good condition. The swimming pool is busy but pleasant, and it's nice to hang out by the pool and feel a bit of community. Soyorn was very helpful, polite and very fast to respond if I had a question. The only issue was that the person in the room next door played music a lot during the day and sometimes until midnight, but inside the bedroom with the door closed, I couldn't hear it. I would definitely stay here again.

Vibol’s apartment was of exceptional quality. The kitchen appliances were first rate; ceramic hob and excellent cooking facilities including microwave. There is a fridge with freezer compartment and a table to accommodate a family of four. In this regard the apartment is ideal for a family who choose to prepare their own meals. Super bathroom with excellent and reliable shower. But for me, the best feature was the location. The apartment overlooks the grounds of the Royal Palace grounds and is also only a one minute walk from the National Museum and a few minutes walk from the Riverside promenade. I do not hesitate in recommending this apartment and awarding it five stars.

L'appartement et la résidence sont très bien entretenus, et la piscine est un véritable atout. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Toutefois, il est important de noter que l'appartement est un peu éloigné du centre-ville, surtout pendant les heures de pointe.

Me and my friend had fun staying in Katan’s place. The view is nice and the rooms are clean. Karan is also very responsive and accommodates request. Will deffineately come back soon.

The room was very modern and accurate. It was initially hard to find in the evening but the staff there helped us check in. Upstairs bathroom could use a bit more privacy. Overall, worth the price and it's close to Capitol bus station

Very clean apartment with amazing roof top view and pool. I got up for a sunrise swim one morning and had the place to myself it was beautiful. They have a bar with food and drinks from 4.30pm to 10pm which is very convenient. The room itself was nice with a comfortable bed. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. A few local restaurants within walking distance. Overall very pleasant would recommend.
