Hi Everyone. I booked the room for one week, and ended up staying for three. I would have continued staying there , but my circumstances changed, and I decided to move on with my travels. I loved the room and having cooking facilities, and washing machine too. It’s in a lovely quiet part of Phnom Penh. A short tuk tuk ride to Riverside and bars restaurants and night market. It’s a little strange at first, having the whole house to yourself, but I loved it. If I come back to Phnom Penh, I won’t stay anywhere else. Thank you Kanha ❤️

My hosts were extremely friendly & helpful. They were always available. The room was very clean and spacious and the bathroom was immaculate. The bed was amazing, I haven't slept that well in a very long time ! Very convenient: the hosts offer a 2-wheeler/scooter rental service for those in need. The only inconvenience is outside of the hosts control: neighbors are very noisy especially on weekends. They sing their hearts away, cranking the volume up to max.

Sarin and Chef Nak were absolutely fantastic hosts! They were super responsive, told us which places to visit within Phnom Penh and also helped us hire a car to get around. One thing to note is that if you plan to go into the city often, the journey can take around 45 mins to an hour, given that the car has to cross a stretch of water by boat ($2 each way). In conversation, we mentioned to Sarin and Chef Nak that we are vegetarian and they were so considerate that they helped us buy fresh vegetables and even prepared a lovely welcome breakfast. Their place was perfect for a short and relaxing getaway, and the house itself was stunning. The only slight drawback was due to the heaters being solar powered, we didn’t really get much hot water for showers. All in all we couldn't have asked for better hosts than Sarin and Chef Nak :)

LAN war nie anwesend, den Schlüssel zu bekommen war schwierig, die an der Reception lehnten die Betreuung von Airbund b Gästen ab, wir brauchten lange um den von LAN genannten Parkwächter zu finden bei der Abreise war es genau so! Wegen AC mussten wir 90 $ an Elektrizität dazugeben. Das Haus, der Pool etc waren super

I was only come to pnom penh to stays at andy’s place, his place give you the experience as if you are someone who lives in a movie. The balcony is my favorite spot. However if you looking place where you can cook while stay it’s not really suite to what you are looking cause the kitchen is not working, but they have washing machine, so you don’t really have to worry about laundry and dirty clothes while you are traveling. Overall it has been nothing but to match my expectation, love it!

Moody’s place was a perfect choice! The apartment is beautiful, new, and very clean. The location is excellent, with easy access to all important places. Communication was quick and easy, and Moody was very helpful and attentive. We especially appreciated the provided coffee and toiletries, as well as the immediate cleaning service upon request. We highly recommend staying here and would love to return!

Best location in Phnom Penh with great owners

Soyorn is a great host and the apartment is fantastic! From the moment I booked the apartment the communication and information given to me by Soyorn was great. I also got supplied an adapter free of charge and delivered to my room so I could work on my computer which was great. I highly recommend staying at this apartment in Phnom Penh, the pool and gym are fantastic and the area is safe and there many nice local cafes and restaurants to eat and also a 7/11 4 mins walk for the apartment. 5 stars all round!

This condo has really good location And very cool swimming pool view The kitchen equipment is insufficient to cook , the owner offers you to bring whatever you lack but I could not bother , since it is too many things lacking if you want to cook. Probably it is just me This condo in total had a very good price - quality ratio

Staying in J Tower II apartments was the most memorable stay in Phnom Penh, we liked all amenities: sky pool, game room and lobby floor. The apartment itself was modern, the TV was wide screen. The host was communicative and responsive.

Très satisfaits de notre séjour chez Sandrine. Nous sommes restés 1 mois. L’immeuble et l’appartement sont spacieux et confortables. Le personnel est serviable. Des commerces, supermarché moderne et petit marché khmer, sont accessibles à pieds dans la rue de l’immeuble.
