We stayed at Scott and Jodi’s place for a month and really enjoyed it. The hosts were very responsive to all our questions and requests and very helpful. The unit is homey and had everything we needed for cooking home meals. It has a great view of the pool area, golf course and the mountains. We spent a lot of time on the deck. The condo complex has great pool/spa areas, a zen and beautiful cactus garden and nice community center. The community members were very friendly and a wealth of knowledge regarding the area and its amenities. The area is very walkable with many restaurants and great new retail and grocery store options. We loved our stay and are already talking about going back there next year.

Loved, loved, loved this property! From the moment you get to the front door with a chair outside to place your bag while using the keypad, to the incredibly stocked kitchen and bathroom supplies! Enjoyed coffee and sunshine on the private deck overlooking the McDowell mountains. Peaceful and quiet, even heard an owl in the middle of the night. The king size bed is very comfortable. Both pool areas are great with comfortable lounge chairs. Look forward to coming back, highly recommended! Thanks for a great stay!

Very nice two bedroom condo, great location with wonderful park and walking area nearby. Extremely well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Very comfortable.

This is the second time we've stayed with Jacqueline and each time was a wonderful experience. The apartment is charming, warm and inviting. The furnishings are very comfortable and the well stocked kitchen had everything we needed for our visit. The property is lovely, with beautiful landscaping and a gurgling pool that we loved to listen to in the evening. We had the pleasure of meeting Jacqueline on our arrival and were treated with a nice bottle of wine as a welcome gift. Jacqueline is a great host and we couldn't have had a nicer stay. We're already looking forward to returning next year!

Place was very clean and just as advertised. Plenty of room for what we needed. Complex was quiet, and was a great central place for the activities we had planned in the area.

Convenient spot right off the freeway close to everything. Place had everything I needed in a nice small package. Easy to communicate with renter! Would come back.

Mo's first floor apartment has a private secure entry with privacy fencing. It is very clean and spacious with plenty of room for one of us to nap comfortably while the other works. We both commented that unlike every other rental space couch, Mo's reclining couches we actually super comfy! We appreciated that very much!! We also loved the fluffy white towels, and generous supply of kcups and creamer. Lastly, Mo is wonderful. If you want to stay in this area and need a one bedroom with a sweet little kitchen, you can stop searching.

We had a great stay at Thomasina’s place. It was located very close to our family and very easy to get to from the airport. Would love to stay here again next time we are in town!

5 stars! Michael’s check in instructions made the process so easy! The space was very clean upon arrival and felt like home away from home. Michael was very responsive even while traveling himself. The neighborhood is great! A short walk from tons of great restaurants, coffee, live music, etc. I would stay here again and recommend to a friend.

We really enjoyed the comfortable accommodations and peaceful courtyard setting. Our host was very informative and quick to respond to any inquiries. The whole rental/check in process was easy and clear. We’ll be back!

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described. Things were dated but clean and neat. Plenty of room for two people. The area felt very safe, it was quiet and there was a grocery store within walking distance. The location was central to everything we did with nearby easy on and off the 51. Rachel was a great host and checked on us. She provided clear checkin/ out instructions. Would definitely stay here again!

A great find. Host is responsive but unobtrusive. A nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants. There's a Walgreens and a grocery store in easy walking distance. Just a short drive (in Phoenix metro terms) to Old Town Scottsdale, the botanical gardens, hiking trails, and many spring training ballparks. The condo complex is so quite that you can't even tell you are in the city, even when outside! Unit includes covered parking quite close by. The unit is literally steps away from the pool and grills. On the couple of warmer March days we had during our stay, the heated pool had only a few other users and the other guests and residents were all very nice. Condo is perfect size for a couple. Full size washer and dryer in unit are very handy for a longer stay. Bath and kitchen were both well stocked. If you are looking to be overwhelmed with romantic luxury, pay much more someplace else, but if you want a private, clean, comfortable base for your vacation, this is the place.

Nice place and real close to everything we needed to be near. I would stay there again if I am back in town and in need of a place to stay.

Excellent location and great place in downtown. Very walkable to restaurants and bars. The house is well appointed, and feels like home. Host was very responsive and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Truly appreciated the space. Was caught in town due to weather where I was headed. Couldn’t have found a better location or host. Walkable to many great options and the mall. Parking was nice and secure. Access and amenities in the property were easy. Could simply stay and relax if desired. Extremely responsive and communication was amazing throughout. Thank you!
