Clean, comfortable private apartment in a well maintained condo building with pool, hot tub and peaceful outdoor spaces (yes you’re definitely near the airport). Nice having washer/dryer to ourselves. Walkable to ASU, restaurants, brewery and Tempe beach park. Nice that there were cooking seasonings to help with the meals we decided to make. We were very happy with our stay.

Everything was excellent.... I'm not sure what the neighbors below us were complaining about, I do not feel we did anything to cause for a complaint. I think maybe they don't like the idea of you using the place as an Air BNB, and used this as excuse to complain, but I don't really know. We were not causing any issues to cause complaints I am confident of that. Otherwise I had no complaints with everything, all was very nice....

We really enjoyed our stay here! Super thankful to be able to bring our pup with us! The apartment was super nice and much bigger than expected!

Communication was excellent. Easy straightforward checkin instructions. They also provided a heads up that there would be an event happening that evening around the building. Perfect experience.

I had an incredible stay, from the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The home was even bigger and more beautiful than I thought, it was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was ideal right next to a large outdoor shopping center, and several restaurants. The Residences was an amazing host. Very responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic Airbnb experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic Airbnb in Downtown Phoenix, and I can honestly say it was one of my best travel experiences to date! From the moment I walked in, I was taken aback by the beautiful decor and the inviting atmosphere of the space. It was clear that a lot of thought went into creating a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing environment. Derek was super attentive and very helpful!! Highly recommend this place!!

The place is beautiful and fun - right next to the pool and hot tub. DaNuta is sweet and so responsive, I wasn’t worried about anything during my stay! I would absolutely come back.

Lili's condo on the lake was spotless, fully stocked with the necessities, quiet, peaceful, and located close to restaurants and other shopping. Lili was great to work with, friendly, and she quickly responded to my questions and comments. I would definitely rent this place again.

I went for a week for Spring Training. The location was perfect for the games that I wanted to watch. Grocery store and restaurants nearby. Pool was great for relaxing after returning from ballgames. Condo was perfect for me

Well maintained condo close to all of the Scottsdale attractions. We enjoyed the wonderful nearby restaurants and Cactus League baseball. Highly recommend for your stay in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.

Brendan' was a perfect little place for us to grab a couple days' of sun... close to downtown, lovely gardens under our balcony, and very nice pool and hot tub in the complex! Everything was exactly as needed and expected- clean and well thought out. Brendan was friendly, helpful and responsive. It's an older complex that has been super well taken care of, and feels safe, clean, and very pleasant to stay in. Thanks Brendan!

Great quick stay, looked just like the photos and was very clean and comfortable. Within easy walking distance of a grocery store and plenty of restaurants in Old Town.

Great location to resturants. For the price you couldn't get closer to old town. Cute little place! Sprouts across the street so it was easy to grab groceries.

Chris & Cynthia’s place was beyond perfect for my brother and I on our vacation. It was walkable to downtown Scottsdale. The amenities were so great and the place was very clean! Chris and Cynthia were so responsive and helpful - I will definitely be staying here in the future !

Carla’s place was exactly as advertised. Checking in and out was easy, she was responsive, the place was clean, and it had everything we needed for our weekend.

I was visiting the area for hiking and spring baseball, so wanted a reasonable price and a clean place. This home fit that need. There were 2 in our party, which was perfect for the space; you could easily have a family of 4 stay here. Everything was clean and tidy. Very easy to work with hosts.

Very clean and looked like the pictures. We were able to walk to restaurants & the grocery store. We really enjoyed the pool and the great weather was a plus.

Kate goes out of her way to make her place a perfect getaway in the Scottsdale area for guests. Everything is as lovely as the photos. The decor is creative, calming, comfortable. Very clean. Very restful. Perfect pool area for a couple or small group. Close to many activities. Easy to cook in for a meal or two. Beautiful wood tables which complement the desert design motif. Great local recommendations. All in all- a 5-Star stay! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great time with the family at Joe’s place. Great place for 2 families. Backyard is so fun. House is cool, too. Joe was very quick to respond when we couldn’t get the movie room projection TV to work. 5 min later we were enjoying football and movies. Would stay again. Cheers!

We've stayed in many airbnb and VRBO and Jennifer is the MOST responsive host we've ever had. When I wrote about not having bath soap in the master bath Amazon delivered soap the next day! It was because the dispenser had been broken. During our week-stay our family had so many ridiculous questions like the color of the recycle garbage can so I'd write to Jennifer and she always replied soon after hearing from me. The kitchen is stocked AND all the knives are SHARP! Plenty of dishes and towels for our group of 7. The house and pool were spotless. And I appreciate that we were able to get an early check=in and a later check out. Our family loved this house!

We loved staying at Adriana’s place. We were there for Spring Training and were close to Goodyear ballpark. There were plenty of stores nearby for groceries and a good selection of restaurants. It was the perfect location. The neighborhood was quiet and walkable to get our steps in in the evening. With four bedrooms and two bathroom, we each had our own room. We would definitely book with Adriana again.

What a wonderful home! It was a perfect home for our vacation week. Gail’s place makes you feel right at home the minute you walk through the doors. It is stocked with everything you would need. The peaceful surroundings made it so enjoyable to sit outside and read! The three of us said, if we come back to the area, we hope Gail’s place is available. Thank you Gail!
