Great location on the west side of the valley. We spent the weekend here for Dodger spring training games, great to be close to the stadium, no fighting the Phoenix traffic. House has a nice corner lot with a view out back. Lovely to sit out and watch the sunset. Bbq worked great but we did not use the pool. Water was too cold. Didn’t figure out the fire pit. 5 adults so we had to share beds.. the top bunk bed is really only useful for a small agile kid, it’s a bit rickety. Firm beds, super comfy cozy bedding. Open living space to hang, we loved the couch, that’s the best couch ever! Everyone got their own spot, drink holder and feet up and loved the massive TV. Cute little game room for kids. Nice quiet family neighborhood. We had an issue with working the A/C..Jacob was quick to respond when we reached out for help. Thank you, we really enjoyed the house.

We were in town for Spring Training and the house was a great spot for our family. The yard was a nice quiet area for us to enjoy the evenings and let the kids play all day. There was plenty of space to eat and prepare meals. We loved how the dining area had a garage door that opened to the back patio to create an indoor/outdoor dining experience. We spent hours around the fire pit to help take the chill out of the late evenings, played in the pool during the hot hours, and used the speakers to listen to music while we hung out. The Cozy Container gave us extra space and was a great use of a shipping container. It had a TV, kitchenette, A/C, and a full bathroom with tub/shower. We were a little worried getting into the neighborhood that it might not be in the best area, but as soon as you turned off the main road, it was a quiet street and we loved the house. We would definitely stay in this house again. The kids said it was the best trip they've ever been on. We loved the house.

We were doing a major remodel of our home that’s only a few blocks away. I needed a place that would take 3 small dogs plus my husband & I. Very beautiful home. Had everything we needed. We felt right at home for 4 weeks!

This was a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood and convenient location for our needs. The house, pool, and yard games were perfect for our group. The house was nicely updated and had convenient comforts. We hope to return.

We (3 couples) stayed at John's place for 10 days. The house was very clean, and check-in and check-out went smoothly. The kitchen is large and had everything we needed for cooking and eating; we used the grill quite a bit (which appeared to be pretty new). We saw several spring training baseball games; both the Cubs park (Sloan Park) and the Rockies' park (Talking Stick) were very easy and quick to get to. The location was very quiet at night for good sleeping; there is no traffic noise in this area. We did a lot of walking/hiking while there, and brought/rented bikes. The biking couldn't have been better, the house is right at the canal trail, from which you can get to many, many bike trails. We biked to lunch twice. The location is relatively close to McDowell Mountain Park which has excellent hiking trails. The house is easy to get to and close to shopping, and Scottsdale in general has a lot of excellent restaurants.

What a beautiful home! Definitely the most well appointed Airbnb I’ve been in. Well stocked kitchen, games to keep the kids entertained, and comfy beds. We really enjoyed staying here!

The home was perfect for our group. We were in town for a golf trip over a long weekend and enjoyed the centralized location to places we visited, had an excellent outdoor area to hang out and enjoy the pool/hot tub, and was comfortably large with the 4 bedrooms. We would absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely incredible property, perfect for hosting a group of friends. Would definitely come back for a family vacation or golf trip in the future.

My husband and I are retired couple from Illinois and stayed in this rental for a month. Jean was very attentive to our needs. We had a few minor issues in which she resolved very quickly. She checked in with us numerous times to see if everything was ok or if we needed anything. The condo was centrally located with easy access to main highways. One of the things we liked the most about this condo is that it is a one level rental. The pool is right outside the front door, but was undergoing some maintenance issues for a while during our stay. We loved having access to the lake and its walking path around it. We did walk this most days. We also were in close vicinity to Spring training camps and got to see quite a few games. Overall we were happy with our stay and with Jean as our host.

We had a great stay at Thomasina’s place. It was located very close to our family and very easy to get to from the airport. Would love to stay here again next time we are in town!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Super thankful to be able to bring our pup with us! The apartment was super nice and much bigger than expected!

Sarah's Bavarian basement was perfect for our family. Plenty of space and was beautifully decorated. We loved the themed rooms. Everything was clean and there were plenty of supplies. They really went all out. Treats by everyone's beds and extra chocolate in the kitchen. They thought of a lot of little details to make our stay wonderful. Our family loved playing pool and enjoyed some much needed family time. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

We loved staying at Edith’s place during our visit to Dodger Spring Training! It was quiet, shady, safe and the location was PERFECT! There was a dedicated parking space which was very convenient and the unit is completely remodeled! There are also these cute little outdoor spaces that, while we didn’t use, were very inviting! An added bonus was that one of the bathrooms had a lower entry threshold which was really good for my elderly father. It was very easy for him to get in and out. I wasn’t looking for this in a property necessarily, but I was so glad when I saw it! Edith was an exceptional communicator, and we look forward to coming back!

Condo was nice and cool when we arrived. If you’re a baseball fan like we are Goodyear ballpark is not to far away. Great place to stay.

Had a great extended stay at this property in Chandler. Excellent location. All the amenities needed for a short or long term stay. Very good communication before and during the stay. Highly recommend.

This condo has every amenity you could think of. It is nicely furnished , all the beds are very comfortable . We love that it has a heated pool and beautiful walking path around the lake with turtles and ducks and geese. The owners have been so responsive . This property is about 20 minutes to anywhere in the Phoenix andoutline areas. We loved our easy drive over to the Peoria sports complex to cheer on our Seattle Mariners. The check in and check out procedures are easy and explained perfectly. Looking forward to next year!
