Phoenix : locations de vacances avec suite privative

This is our favorite place to stay when in Phoenix. The home is beautiful and spacious, in a great neighborhood. It is near so many restaurants yet is quiet and secluded. And Eric is an excellent host! We loved our stay here and can’t wait to return!

Had a great stay for first time in Phoenix at Liz’s Airbnb. Apartment was comfortable, on quiet street and conveniently located to restaurants and Convention Center. Liz was very helpful throughout our stay and gave us great tips and restaurant recommendations.

Mark is an excellent host. Very helpful and accomodating. The casita has everything I needed for a week of Spring Training games and hiking throughout the Phoenix area. Mark had excellent suggestions on activities and even for event parking. Recommend highly for a single traveller or couple who want to explore everything Phoenix has to offer.

Very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend, thoughtful amenities and clear instructions/communication. Would definitely stay again.

My husband and I stayed at Shad’s placr one night when we were in Phoenix for a family event and it was perfect! The casita is very clean, the bed is comfortable and the sheets are amazingly soft! Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay as long as you have a car. Street parking is easy and access to the backyard and pool was great. Hosts were always responsive if we needed something. Would definitely stay again for Spring Training in March or summer to use the pool

It was PERFECT! I highly recommend staying at this beautiful guest house! We stayed two nights for a girls’ weekend. The hosts were gracious and welcoming. We were wondering if it was professionally decorated. There wasn’t anything that we needed. Everything you could possibly think of was provided…even a fan on bedside table!

The studio was perfect for our stay! It’s a great place to rest your head at night while you’re busy during the day. The hosts were communicative , friendly & even allowed us to extend our visit :) The location is about 15-30 minutes from most areas & the price was very reasonable! Super appreciative of everything & hope to be back!

Jagjot’s place in Gilbert was great! Exactly what we needed, plus more! Clean, comfortable, and spacious. The neighborhood is very nice, and we were able to take a fitness walk around. Restaurants and shopping are just a short drive away. I have already tried to book again, but the dates I need were not available. I would stay here again!

The Airbnb was remolded Nicely, looks just like the pictures, just a lil further from everything WE had planned. Don though was an awesome host, very responsive and helpful! The A/C wasn't working and Don came quickly to unit and got it working perfectly, it was just clogged fliters. we were lucky to check in earlier and check out later, hot tub was great also! thanks so much Don 😊⚾️

- Place is super clean - Amenities provided are accurate to description and super useful. - The place is comfy and cozy. Felt like home. - Check in and check out is easy. - Has a parking area big enough for minivans. 10/10

This was an excellent stay! While it appears small, it is actually roomy enough! The shower was absolutely amazing. I also appreciated being able to use my phone to lock and unlock the door. No codes to remember or keys to lose. Mark is also very responsive and helpful, which is always appreciated!

This stay was awesome! We loved the place and all of the amenities. It was a great place to relax and they had everything that we needed. We recommend staying here if you want a peaceful getaway weekend!

This was a perfect place to stay for our visit with family that lived a few blocks away. Spotlessly clean, fully furnished with kitchen items, linens, extra bedding and nicely decorated. We felt right at home.

Jeannie is a wonderful Airbnb hostess. She is gracious, responsive, solicitous about her guest's needs and always willing to make accommodations. I have enjoyed my three stays at her guesthouse and would recommend her place to anyone looking to enjoy a beautiful, safe, and peaceful neighborhood close to the downtown sights in Phoenix and, of course, spring training games!

We stayed here just last week! Five stars here! Sean is a really good host Quiet location, lovely private entrance, yard and pool. The suite met our needs perfectly: from the comfy king size bed and living room furniture to the thoughtfully stocked closet, kitchen and bathroom cupboards. The private yard is amazing, with an orange tree (hummingbirds), a beautifully clean pool, and your choice of quality furniture to sit, eat or stretch out on! We’d come back in a heartbeat!

Great, smart design and proximity to good restaurants and coffee. Host was responsive and everything went smooth for the stay. Well stocked kitchen and supplies - while we ate out most meals, it would have had what we needed if we were casually cooking in. Few notes: Bed is really soft/squishy. As we typically prefer more support, there was much to be desired there over a five night stay. Backyard overlooks Tempe High School and a railroad. Wasn't too noisy, but not as serene as pictured. Entry door and windows are on the side of the house, so wish there was better privacy from the next door neighbor. We had to keep the blinds shut the entire stay - thankfully the blinds are light filtering so it was still light in feel. Lastly, there's a somewhat high sloped curb to get in the driveway, so be prepared to take it real slow or you'll bottom out. This isn't the hosts fault per say, as that can be normal in the area, but worth noting if you're driving a sports car/Tesla, etc.

Nice place if you have plans out and about. Think of it as a glorified hotel room. It’s comfortable with all the amenities needed. Walking distance from downtown Tempe

Tom and Margie were awesome host and made you feel right at home. They are of a quality and character that made this country what it is. Also, many extras available.
