This Air BNB offered the peace and serenity I needed. The decor was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable. I will definitely book again when back on business in the area. It is also a great location and close to the freeway. Ryan is a wonderful host and is quick to respond to messages.

This a great apartment. Nicely renovated and well kept. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Good location. Note: Google maps gets you lost if you direct to the address given. Instead, route to the apartment complex name.

I thoroughly enjoyed my week stay at this little above-garage apartment. The place is so cool - the design, lighting, furnishings, decor. LOVE the shower. The bed was comfortable too. I felt right at home. Wasn't used to the dry climate of Mesa and the hosts provided me with a humidifier! Enjoyed the place so much I didn't want to leave :-)) Hope to come back sometime. If you are super tall, this may not be the best place for you as you'll likely bump your head on the sloped ceiling, but otherwise it's perfect and about the best value I've experienced on AirBNB.

Great location with tons of amenities! The room was very clean and the entire resort was quiet and very safe. There's even a washer/dryer in the unit which is great for extended stays. Plenty of parking and staff was available 24/7. Highly recommend! Thanks Tania!

The AVE Phx Terra provides a great location if you want a downtown experience. Everyone on staff communicated daily to make sure our needs were met. Note: if you enjoy a pool in January, this is the place for you as the pool is heated! We have rented other Airbnb's during January (homes) and they do not heat the pool so it's impossible to use. We used pool and hot tub daily. Amenities are wonderful from coffee in the lobby to grills in common area patios for grilling.

Great stay - within walking distance to various restaurants and the Phoenix convention center. WiFi worked well. Check in was easy!

This was fabulous! Great and communicative host. It exceeded my expectations. It was very comfortable for four of us and located near great shops and restaurants. Would stay here again
