Excellent stay, excellent host. Very nice place to stay in Bangkok for awhile. Great area.

Thank God for the graceful host, Yoyo, being patient and understanding for my dumb foreign behaviour. He wasn't mad even when I forgot to look at his instructions about the check-in and got stuck in the lobby, then he still helped me out. He's been responsive, helpful, patient and professional the whole time I stayed at his place. The room is big enough for a single person, as per my own opinion. Everything was clean, kitchen utensils were provided, cooking equipments as well. The view at night is beautiful. The entire condo gives a luxurious feeling that I bet I would stay here again next time when I'm in the area.

This was great location for my first time in Bangkok- vibrant area with action every corner you took- very reasonable distance to all the historic sites downtown- Grab (Thai Uber) was very easy to use here- being high up made staying at room very quite and nice escape from chaos going on beneath- highly recommended

Ik heb hier een hele fijne tijd gehad! De kamer was comfortabel en het complex werd altijd goed schoongehouden. De locatie is perfect: vlakbij een BTS-station en slechts twee haltes van Kasetsart University, waar ik studeerde. De omgeving is ook leuk, met veel eetgelegenheden en winkels in de buurt. En binnen 15 minuten met de BTS ben je in het centrum. Land is een fantastische host die altijd klaarstaat om te helpen. Hij heeft me geholpen met mijn visumverlenging en is zelfs meegegaan naar het immigratiekantoor. Daarnaast bracht hij me naar het vliegveld voor mijn terugreis. Hij had altijd goede tips voor de omgeving en nam me zelfs een paar keer mee naar de beste restaurants. Tijdens mijn verblijf van bijna vijf maanden zijn we goede vrienden geworden. Een betere host en verblijf had ik me niet kunnen wensen! Ik zou deze plek zeker aanraden aan iedereen die naar Bangkok reist!

Mein Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt! Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an super freundlich und unkompliziert. Sie hat schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet und war jederzeit hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war genauso, wie in der Beschreibung – wenn nicht sogar besser! Alles war blitzsauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit viel Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wurde. Die Lage war ebenfalls ideal – ruhig, aber dennoch gut angebunden. Ich habe mich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und wohlgefühlt. Sie hat mir tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und dafür gesorgt, dass es mir an nichts fehlt. Ich kann diese Unterkunft die wunderbare Gastgeberin absolut weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder!

Everything as on the pictures, enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the rooftops swimmingpools. The accommodations are also really cool… i really liked the virtual golf. Everything was clean, the check-in easy and the guy that checked us in was really kind. Host is also almost always ready to answer. HIGH recommendation for luxury lovers!

It was all together an amazing experience.The place was clean and all the amenities were available. We cooked at the common area and all the essential items for cooking were available. The bathroom has curtains instead of doors , I didn’t notice it in the photos and that was little awkward for us at first , but that was a very minor discomfort compared to the other experiences. Lots of books were kept a win win for book lovers.

Great place to stay especially if you have a group. It appears that the property is also used as a hostel , but if you rent the complete property, it is only your group. There is plenty of space and restrooms for everyone. The place is very clean and convenient. There are some restaurants and 7-Eleven stores within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

the host was very responsive and helpful . location was superb with many restaurants and 7-11 nearby. My only issue was the steep staircase up to the rooms, gotta be extra careful while climbing up/down.

Nous avons trouvé ce logement très agréable et très bien situé. Nam s’est montré réactif lorsque cela a été nécessaire. Ce logement est situé en plein Bangkok, donc les personnes sensibles aux bruits, prenez des bouchons.

The place was as a discribe . NAt also very helpful and place are hidden gem.definitely we will come again. My kids are loving this place and the place so clean . Safe place. Pool was super clean.and close to supermarket and airport . ❤️❤️

1충 편의점과 세탁소 약국 다양한 식당, 마사지샵 등등 지내는데 불편함이 없습니다. 출근시간 퇴근시간에 엘레베이터는 줄을 서야하니 그 시간대는 피하새요. 방 컨디션은 좋고요 ~ 혼자 있었는데 넓어서 좋아요. 업무하기 좋았습니다 근처 로컬 시장도 볼만합니다 지하철역은 바로 입구에 있습니다 콘도에서 정문까지 수시로 무료카트 서비스가 좋습니다~

Apartment ของ LALIDA is Amazing มาก สะอาด อุปกรณ์เครื่องนอนเหมือนโรงแรม 5 ดาว เธอตกแต่งสไตล์ Modern Luxury และ Cozy แบบผสมผสานที่ลงตัวมากๆ มี TV 2 ตัวซึ่งดีมากๆ ฉันมาพักกับเพื่อนอีก 2 คน สะดวกสบายสุดๆ การเดินทางไม่ไกลมากจากสถานีรถไฟฟ้าสายสีเหลือ Shopping mall ก็อยู่ใกล้เช่นกัน บริเวณที่พักก็มี Local Food , Street food และ Convince store แนะนำที่พักของลลิดาค่ะ

This was a 5 star experience for us. Jack the host was super responsive and helpful. I was concerned as i would be arriving at the apartment at 11.30 pm. We were given clear instructions what to do upon arrival and as promised there was someone waiting for us. The condo was perfect for us and very comfortable. the location is peaceful and the gym and pool both excellent. When you exit the apartments there are thai eateries both right and left. Everywhere we ate was super tasty and inexpensive. Also, turn right and walk 200 meters and there is a 7/11. I will certainly return when in bangkok. There is a train station 5 mins away so you can connect to other lines to get around. Lastly, Jack was very helpful to us and made our stay very comfortable and easy. Going out of his way to be helpful. 5 stars …..

Die Wohnung von Santi ist etwas ganz besonderes und gibt durch die tolle Aussicht einen durchgängig guten Bangkok Vibe. Mir persönlich hat es gefallen, das es nicht direkt im Stadtzentrum war und vor allem die Fahrt mit den Wassertaxis war wirklich eine tolle Erfahrung! Santi war jederzeit schnell erreichbar und hilfsbereit und hat darüber hinaus noch gute Tipps gegeben 😊 immer wieder gerne

Our stay at Toshiaki’s penthouse was nothing short of incredible! The view from the penthouse was absolutely breathtaking, and the space itself was in pristine condition. As a local, I needed a place to stay for an early morning interview near this listing and chose it over a hotel to experience the nighttime ambiance—especially the terrace. It was an excellent decision! The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the host was highly responsive. Normally I don’t write reviews, but Benny genuinely was a great host, not only did he help me navigate Bangkok, but he also showed all the great spots and took time out of his day to help if I had questions. The place was cozy and super clean, everything worked properly and the view was super nice. There was a garden and pool within the condo that I often went to, it was very relaxing and super nice. The condo was also within walking distance of a Muay Thai gym, which I would recommend to anyone looking to get some exercise. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here a lot, and if you’re looking to book a place in Bangkok, then I can assure you this listing won’t let you down.

Peter and his wife were amazing hosts, making their Airbnb feel like a home away from home. Even before our trip, Peter checked in to understand our needs and remained super responsive throughout our stay. The moment we arrived, we could see the care put into every detail—spotless, cosy, and stocked with thoughtful touches like snacks, fruits, water, and even laundry detergent. The panoramic sunrise views were breathtaking! Midway through our stay, Peter even asked if we needed anything topped up, which was so thoughtful. The condo is secure, family-friendly, and perfect for concertgoers (near Impact Arena), medical visits (many good hospitals around), or those wanting to stay close to Don Mueang Airport. Shopping and dining options like Lotus’s, Charn The Avenue, and Big C are just 10 minutes away. Peter and his wife are passionate, genuine and kind, and go the extra mile for their guests.
