The location is a little out of the city, but good luck finding anything near as nice for this price in the middle of the city. There is a 7-11, ATM, gym, coffee machine, and an amazing pool with a great view. As for the room, everything was just as seen in the pictures. Very comfortable bed and linen, with dimmable and RGB lights inside the room. Kitchen is fully stocked with plates, silverware, glasses, etc… The bathroom is a little tight, but is extremely clean. All in all an amazing place for the price. Excellent room, would book again!

Phani made my first airbnb experience and my first trip to Bangkok extremely memorable and great. She was super kind and responsive and helped me out greatly with booking cabs to tour Bangkok and around as well as arranged airport pickup on request.

The house was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was fantastic, responsive, and friendly. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and all instructions were clear and easy to follow. Will stay here next time.

Sehr angenehme Unterkunft! Was allerdings zu beachten ist: Die Gegend ist verhältnismäßig relativ teuer was Restaurants betrifft. Alternativ gibt es Streetfood um die Ecke. Es gibt alles was man braucht in Reichweite. Das Internet hat leider nicht sonderlich gut funktioniert, aber Phani war sehr hilfsbereit und hat probiert das Problem zu lösen.

Convenient place to stay for a solo trip to Bangkok especially if you want to be in the Sukhumvit area. The place is a 15-min walk to On nut BTS or a 5-min motorbike ride to the station. Good size of room with a kitchen and washing machine that you can use for an easy stay! Everything works in the unit and clean as well. The corridor is a bit loud sometimes but manageable with some ear plugs :) Thanks for the seamless check in too! 👍⭐️

My family had a lovely time in this place . The house is very neat and tidy. Exactly as described. They have everything we need. Also, the neighbours are friendly and welcoming . I had a really good stay here. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to public transport and plenty of places to eat and shop nearby, which made things easy. The guesthouse itself was clean and well-kept, which I appreciated after a long day out. It’s a simple, comfortable space that worked well for my trip. For the price, I think it’s a solid value — nothing fancy, but definitely good for anyone looking for a practical and affordable place to stay. A perfect experience that deserves more than 5 stars! My family had an incredibly happy time during this trip. It was a special family trip to celebrate my mother-in-law's 70th birthday, and thanks to Nabil and Chang, it became even more memorable. The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. My family enjoyed every moment at the swimming pool. The hosts thoughtfully prepared everything we needed for a barbecue, allowing us to cook and share meals together, creating warm and lasting memories. The welcome chocolates and letter were especially heartwarming after our late-night arrival, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture. What stood out the most was the hosts' exceptional support. Every time we needed assistance, they responded promptly, making our stay completely hassle-free. One memorable moment was when Nabil brought over their dog for a short visit—our kids absolutely loved it! The presence of the dog brought so much joy and added an extra warmth to our stay.

Great stay, very comfortable apartment literally 30 seconds from Wang Lang market. The apartment is down a quiet alley way so not disturbed by market noise. High end appliances and fittings, a pleasure to stay here.

Very comfortable home to stay in, especially as we were in a group of 6 friends travelling together. Host Aom was extremely helpful with suggestions on local places to eat and have clear directions on how to find the place. It's close to BTS but still about 30 minutes away by train to central Bangkok, so not much to do except a local night market. Good place to unwind but a little too far away from the city centre. Plenty of snacks and beverages supplied, which was a nice touch. Easy communication with host, Aom.

Dům Benyada je jako oáza klidu uprostřed džungle velkoměsta, nádherný, čistý prostorný, cítili jsme se v něm jako doma a jestli ještě pojedeme do Bangkoku, tak se zde určitě znovu ubytujeme

Ein tolles Appartment welches sehr gut an einer MRT Haltestelle gelegen ist. Das ist, meiner Meinung nach ein sehr großes Plus. Ansonsten kann man auch vorort fußläufig Märkte besuchen. Das Appartment selbst überzeugt durch seine Ausstattung und dem Pool sowie Fitnessraum im Gebäude. Muss man mal erlebt haben. Die Aussicht vom Pool ist ein Traum!

Shami’s condo was exactly as mentioned in the listing. She was very responsive and gave clear instructions for checkin and check out. The place is on 34th floor and offers amazing views of the roads below, both from the room and the utility area. All equipment’s worked as expected. 7-11 on the ground floor was an added advantage which eased out stay. However, the room felt a bit smaller than what I’d expected. The place is at a junction of busy roads and wouldn’t recommend for tourists who are not used to Bangkok, esp given public transport would be some mins away to take you to CBD area.

The condo is beautiful. Great view of the city, 7-Eleven inside the building.

Easy check in and check out, building easy to find, grab easy to find, many tourist in the area, near 21 terminal mall, there is a coffee shop beside the building, and also the building has service for rent car if you want to go around bangkok/outside bangkok, i took it and got make sense price, thanks for the uncle who guard at the receptionist, the room fit for us with group of 5. The room looks like the photos in airbnb, we use the kitchen well for making breakfast and using the wash machine also, got 5 towel, using the pool at 8th floor, walkable 7 11, and also walkable MRT

El piso es una maravillosa, te sientes como en casa y está en una ubicación casi inmejorable. Está al lado de la parada de nanas para coger el tren y desplazarte y para mi gusto nana tiene muchísima vida nocturna y sitios chulos para cenar y tomarte algo. Sin duda es lo mejor que encontré en esta zona.
