Our family booked the entire building for a week, occupying both units. The layout features multiple staircases (one without railings), which worked for us but may be challenging for elderly guests or very young children. We absolutely loved the location! Right across from Chợ Bến Thành, it’s a short walk to restaurants, shops, and the city center. The property was clean, with cleaners visiting during our stay, and the dual washer/dryer was a bonus. Our host Qui was very responsive and accommodating. The air conditioner in the lower unit was non-functional, and despite a technician’s visit, it remained unrepaired, causing uncomfortable conditions, poor ventilation, leading some in our group to seek alternative lodging. Also, one bathroom in the upper unit lacked water pressure, limiting us to one bathroom. We recommend confirming these amenities before booking. Overall, we enjoyed our stay for the unbeatable location, cleanliness, and responsive host. A great spot for city immersion!

We booked room #7 and it was a good amount of space. We enjoyed having enough of a kitchen to make breakfast and not have to go downstairs. The laundry was awesome to have. Communication was excellent. It was all very clear and the pictures matched the location. I think we read a comment where they didn't think the AC worked strong enough. We had NO issues with it. Worked great! Huge TV and was nice to have Netflix. It was quiet which we really enjoyed. And easy with a grab to get into the city center or we just walked a few times because we don't mind a good walk and see the city on the way. We stayed 4 nights and it worked great for us!

We stayed at this place for 3 weeks and loved it. When I arrived from the airport, I was helped with the luggages to the room. The place is peaceful and quiet. The host was very helpful and responding to my questions/requests immediately. Everybody is so nice and friendly. We will come back and choose this place to stay again.

Lovely apt immaculately clean and great location near the airport, we stayed here as we had a layover between flights and it was a great option and we made use of the roof top pool.

Highly recommend staying here, whether it's for a short time or longer. I was in Vietnam for 6 months and instantly felt at home while I was renting here. The hosts are extremely welcoming and friendly, willing to help with any issues. The location is ideal for anyone who wants to stay in the heart of HCMC, close to all the landmarks and amenities. I'd like to say thanks to everyone who made my stay in this amazing city perfect, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again next time I'm back. 5 stars across the board.

Stayed for a month here, the room was pretty much as described but no paintings or plants. Very clean, easy to find and check-in-out. Hanna was a very responsive and nice host A+. Since I stayed one month there was two room cleaning per week (put up the sign on the door when you want), and one laundry per week (leave the laundry basket outside the door). They also sell 20L water bottles. There is many michelin phở and famous 50-70 year old phở restaurants within 10-20 mins walk, as well the coffee shops are amazing I enjoyed Sipply and 16 grams the most. Tan dinh market is also nice and very local. Also very easy to grab to any tourist destinations. Overall I would recommend.

This apartment offers great location for your final day in HCMC as the airport is 11 minutes away. Being so lead to a lot less stress as it was one less thing to worry about.

We stayed here for only one night. The place was clean and had everything we needed. There was even a beer and a soft drink in the fridge for us, which was a very nice touch.

Host was very responsive and lovely. We had caterers and vendors come decorate for a Hens party. Host allowed the vendors to arrive the day before to plan out their decorations. Host is very friendly! Airbnb is as pictured on the site. Very spacious and in a safe location. Highly recommend - also near Elgin restaurant which is a 10/10 restaurant! Please do yourself a favour and eat there!

Great stay at a beautiful property. As a group of 10 friends who were travelling from 5 different countries for a reunion, it was smooth for us to check-in at separate times. The staff was helpful, and always prompt in responding to our requests. They helped arrange everything we needed. The property was beautiful, and we utilised the swimming pool, gym, badminton court, tennis court, golf driving range and karaoke room. Grab was convenient to find cabs and order food. All in all, it was a great property with great staff and we couldn’t have asked for anything better!
