From the get go, Tin was extremely communicative and responsive. When there was anything I wanted to ask about or required, I could trust that it was handled as soon as I messaged Tin. The location is truly the biggest bonus, it is surrounded by many cafes and all the stores that are required. Travel into the city centre is also incredibly easy, and catching a grab was also great with the tower guards who were constantly directing taxis and making our travels easier. Would highly recommend booking a stay with Tin!

Beautiful, clean and modern space. Cosy and had everything we needed in the air bnb, snacks and coffee were a nice treat. I would highly recommend staying at La Maison, close to markets and lots of great coffee and restaurants near by, while also quiet and off the main street. The host is very helpful and responsive, there is a cute thrift store below the air bnb and the motorbike security downstairs beside were always friendly. We had a great stay in Saigon :)

I stayed here for almost 6 weeks and it felt like home. I like being able to walk to anything I could possibly need and you get that here. Close to street food, fancy food, boutique-y cafes, a bakery, pharmacy, bars, an open air market, nhao, shopping of all kinds. Easy to get to any part of the city from here yet doesn't feel overly touristy. So many airbnbs lack personality but this felt really special and in a cool authentic building. The bathroom being disconnected from the apartment didn't bother me. Its private and it makes more sense if you think about it. I saw another review complaining about the loud club across the street but it's actually not too bad. No louder than my place in Lower East Side, NYC. Anyway, don't come to Saigon for peace and quiet, come to revel the chaos, that's the best part! Lan was a great host; responsive, kind, perfect english. Bonus tip: get a gym membership at The Landmark, a nearby office building, its gets you an amazing rooftop pool with a view

L’endroit est très bien situé et plutôt sécurisé, le quartier est typique vietnamien avec beaucoup de spot de street food accessible à pieds tout en étant très proche de District 1 et des endroits touristiques. L’hôte est très gentil et pourra vous conseiller des endroits à visiter et/ou manger à Saigon. Si vous avez de la chance, Justin vous montrera même comment cuisiner des plats typique de la région ! Enfin l’appartement est au dernier étage d’une résidence, vous disposez d’une salle de bain / toilette relié à votre chambre. Le standing n’est pas le même qu’en Europe mais est très descent pour un logement au Vietnam, je recommande cette chambre pour son rapport place/qualité/prix.

Ved første øjekast så opgangen lidt skummel ud, men det viste sig at være et skjult skatkammer af spænende speakeasy agtige barer og hyggelige cafeer. Pga stedets popularitet var der en del trafik af gæster til barer og cafeer i opgangen sent på aftenen. Stedet er ikke lydisoleret, så hvis du er støjfølsom, så medbring ørepropper. Lejligheden er super charmerende og i gåafstand til mange af Saigons seværdigheder.

the place was great value and comfortable. easy access with a lift. communication was quick and responsive. the area has many cafes, a nearby convenience store and sufficient eateries. Highly recommended for the price.

Ánh sáng trong phòng được thiết kế vừa đủ, không quá chói mà vẫn đảm bảo sáng sủa, thích hợp cho cả nghỉ ngơi và làm việc. Ngoài ra, phòng còn được trang bị đầy đủ tiện nghi như máy lạnh, nước nóng, và một góc nhỏ pha trà/cà phê rất tiện lợi. Điểm đặc biệt là không gian yên tĩnh, thích hợp để thư giãn sau những giờ làm việc căng thẳng hoặc chuyến đi dài. Chủ nhà rất thân thiện và chu đáo, luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ khi cần. Good location close to the airport. Everything was as written and we enjoyed our stay! recommend!!

Trung’s place is close to the centre, there’s alot to do nearby and is well connected with popular sites. I highly recommend staying at his Artistic place It was a bit noisy every morning for a couple of hours but he had provided us with earplugs to help us with the same. His art collection was beautiful too!

A little retreat in the hustle and bustle of the city. I looked forward to coming back here everyday. Everything in the house is meticulously placed and intentional. Mai also kindly checked in with me from time to time and gave me some great recommendations in the area. Would stay here again and any chance I get in Saigon.

Great place and great host. The only thing would be the location is a little too close to a busy area where I can hear the vehicle’s noise.

We spent two weeks at Jay's apartment and it was very comfortable and in a good location. We had to do a little cleaning in the kitchen before using it, but otherwise the apartment was clean and had what we needed. The location was great because it was close to a major road and a mall, but set back enough to be quiet. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance.

Thanh was very proactive in his responses to messages, very quick and accomodating. He was lovely enough to sort out a cot for my 9 month old and awaited us for check in, showing us how to get to the apartment and giving us a quick walk through. The apartment is situated away from the hustle and bustle, so can be very relaxing, but not too far from everything, just a grab car away.

Tramy was a great host, with the location that I needed, in a building with friendly staff, nearby grocery stores, pharmacies, coffee shops, and restaurants. Her weekly cleaner did a good job, and Tramy helped me with several things during my stay, including when I accidentally walked out without my key card and when I asked about purified water delivery. The bed was comfortable, and the computer chair was very nice.

Clean and beautiful unit at a Top Class location in Ho chi minh. Landmark81 at the doorstep. Walking distance to the parks and Saigon river. Plenty of convenience, groceries, cafes, restaurants. Quiet at night. Was able to enjoy a good rest

Jennie is a such great host. She responds fast and very helpful. Her place is super convenient, there’re many marts and shops on the ground floor. There’s also a big park in front of the apartment as well, which is great for photography.

We enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive and her brother was very helpful everytime we needed something. Place was clean and well lit, and this building has a drop-off place so it was easier to load/unload luggages to pick up vans/taxis compared to another landmark building we previously stayed at. Also, lots to do within walking distance and good security.
