This was the only place we could find quickly close to Aeon Mall for a night which was convenient and it worked for us. Communication was great and the host helped us order some pizza.

the host was quite kind and had a good communication with us. the apartment is spacious and clean. the building has a big mart on the 1st floor and helped us a lot :) I recommend this place for people have a plan to visit this area, Hanoi

The place is in an excellent location, within walking distance of the main attractions. The street is adjacent to a market where you can immerse yourself in local life. We were fortunate to visit during a Vietnam football match, and the vibrant street atmosphere could even be felt from the apartment. The washing and dryer machines are located on the first floor, making them very convenient for long stays.

Solo female traveler. A great base for a 2+ week stay in Hanoi outside of the tourist center, but easily accessible by Grab bike/car. Apartment exactly matched pictures/description, and the building is very secure. Good location for access to shopping, beauty salons, restaurants, etc. Reliable wifi for video calls. Mattress and couch are both quite firm. Responsive & helpful host. Would recommend if you're looking to get a taste of life in Hanoi outside of the Old Quarter. the apartment is very beautiful, very clean. interior is very good. kitchen is good. bathrooms and bathtub are clean. she helped us in booking cab as well in cheaper prices. overall experience was wonderful. highly recommendable

This was my 2nd time staying at Ms. Thu's place. She and her staff were incredibly great. Definitely will stay again next time.
