We had a few hiccups with our original Airbnb, so our review is solely based on our experience with the hosts and not this exact listing. The hosts were very communicative and responsive to all my questions. They had a staff member to help us with check-in, especially when we had a really late check-in. They were willing to be flexible and helpful. They also helped us arrange for a car pick up from the airport. The rooms we were in were spacious; water pressure and air conditioner worked really well. Good location that was a quick Grab away from the main attractions; we also had access to a coffee shop downstairs that was spacious and cool. Overall the hosts were clear and the space was good! We initially wanted one place with four rooms, with a shared communal living room for our party, however we ended up with four separate rooms on the same floor, which ended up working well. They were sure to accommodate specifically what we asked for when there was a minor hiccup! Great hosts.

Wszystko było naprawdę wspaniałe! Linh poszedł nam na rękę, bo chcieliśmy się szybciej zameldować i zaoferował nam większy apartament, który miał dostępny wcześniej. Jedyne co się nie zgadzało to cena basenu, powiedziano nam, że jeden bilet na basen dla rezydenta jest za darmo, a reszta gości po 150 000 vnd za bilet. W rzeczywistości musieliśmy wszyscy zaplacić po 177 500 za bilet, dla rezydenta była jedynie 15% zniżka. Możliwe że basen nas oszukał

Fantastic staff and beautiful apartment. Everything was spotless and exactly as listed. We booked at the very last minute and were able to check in immediately. Area was quiet from street noise but a little far from Old Quarter central so not as much available near by, however taxis were very cheap so was not an issue. Staff were also very helpful in organising local tours.

May war eine hervorragende Gastgeberin! Sie kümmerte sich außerordentlich fürsorglich um unsere Anliegen und war sehr bemüht, uns einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Die Wohnung verkörpert den authentischen Charme einer typischen Hanoier Unterkunft. Sie wurde gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Tagsüber ist es aufgrund der zentralen Lage im pulsierenden Altstadtviertel lebhaft und damit auch nicht leise, was zum urbanen Flair der Gegend beiträgt. Abends kann man entspannt auf dem Balkon sitzen und die angenehme Atmosphäre genießen. Ein großer Vorteil ist die ausgezeichnete Erreichbarkeit der Altstadt Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß. Die Kommunikation mit May war außergewöhnlich gut. Sie hat sich mit großem persönlichen Einsatz bemüht, uns einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Ihre außerordentliche Gastfreundschaft und Mühe möchte ich besonders hervorheben. Vielen Dank für diese tolle Erfahrung!

The location is easy to find and holly is very responsive during our stay here. She also provided us with thick blankets and it really helps esp at night when the temperature was dropped. One thing that needs improvement is kitchen utensils cleanliness esp the kettle. Overall, we had a nice experience staying here. Thank you!

Die Unterkunft war perfekt. Für die ersten Tage in Hanoi, ein super Start. Kann ich nur jedem weiter empfehlen.

This was a great home too live in for a week with 12 guys, they had spacious rooms for everyone to have a bed A nice outside kitchen and balcony to chill and eat, close by the city and all the restaurants and shops, Even organized a taxi from the airport for us , We recommend for the price and stay , Thank you

This 3-bedroom Airbnb was perfect for our group! The place was clean and conveniently located near everything (especially the market!), and comfortably fit all of us. Considering how many people it could sleep, it was definitely worth the price. June was a fantastic host - very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay which has the lake view and near the super west lake mall and alot of cafes arounds. Would recommend this place away from all the busy hustling city center.

We had an amazing stay at Su Casa’s place! It was perfect for our big family gathering, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and thoughtfully arranged to accommodate both adults and kids. The common areas were spacious and cozy, making it easy for us to spend quality time together. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals for a large group. The location was also ideal – close to The Cuisine Street, yet peaceful and private. Su Casa team was incredibly responsive and ensured we had everything we needed for a smooth and memorable stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base for our family trip. Highly recommend this Airbnb for large families or groups looking for comfort and convenience. We’d love to come back again!

We enjoyed the stay at Ukiyo house ~ Ngan was proactive and communicated well prior and throughout the trip too! When I accidentally left behind a set of clothes and realised it only a few days later, she was active in helping me to find and I got them back safely. Thank you Ngan and Ukiyo House! ☺️

We enjoyed our stay here. Great price for a group within walking distance to most things. It was clean and communication was easy and prompt for anything we needed.

Habitación super limpia, comoda y acogedora al lado del rio. El barrio es maravilloso, a unos pasos del rio. Muy tranquilo. Phung nos dio muchas recomendaciones muy util. Me volvería a quedar. Gracias!

Mình tìm được chỗ này cho đoàn ở trong dịp công tác ngoài HN, phải nói là more than expected ý. Anh chị host siêu siêu nice, cho mình luôn một list hàng quán chất lượng. Nhờ vậy mà giờ về lại Saigon thì nhớ Hanoi hơn :D My team was on a business trip in Hanoi and we decided to stay here. All I wanna say is everything was more than expected: super nice and friendly host, good location, and you will be recommended an excellent restaurants list by our host. Schöne Wohnung mit dem nötigsten was man braucht, ein schöner Balkon, A/C und heißes Wasser, dazu die liebste Gastgeberin, die man sich vorstellen kann. Alles ist mit Liebe gestaltet, Be verkauft unten selbst bemalte T-Shirts und Taschen in die man sich nur verlieben kann ♡ Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und man hat somit einen guten Ausgangspunkt um die Stadt zu erkunden.

Rosie’s place was so wonderful that my friends and I decided to stay for a couple extra days. Rosie was very welcoming and accommodating for our itinerary change. She included us in the first full moon celebration with delicious sweets and fruits delivered to our place. Thanks for included us Rosie. The only thing I forgot in my previous review was to mention how great it was to have a washing machine for laundry. Works well and very clean. Each room 101/201/301 have patios with furniture for sitting to enjoy coffee with friends. The top deck 301 was a perfect get together place for my friends and I. We spent a few hours here hanging out and enjoying the street views of Hanoi :-)
