Phúc Yên : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

We had a fantastic time at Bach’s place! The place was spacious, clean, well equipped, perfect for our group. The billiards table and Netflix projector made our evenings really enjoyable. Bach and his team were super responsive and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. The location was also convenient, with great food options nearby. Overall, a great experience, and we’d definitely recommend it to others visiting Hanoi!

l'appartement est juste en face du mausolée d'ho chi minh ce qui est vraiment super pratique ! il y a une jolie terrasse 5eme étage et un plus petit balcon au 6ème. les chambres sont lumineuses et très bien décorées. l'hôte a été très gentil et accomodant. il nous a même permis de rester jusqu'à 16h le jour du départ car notre avion a été retardé. nous avons vraiment passé un moment agréable !

Le logement est parfait pour 6 personnes avec 3 belles chambres, 2 salles de bain et une terrasse exterieure. Bien situé pour acceder facilement aux principaux centres d'intérêt de Hanoi, et tres calme. Anna Anh etait disponible pour repondre a nos attentes. Nous recommandons ce logement !

Logement 3A fidèle aux descriptions, très bien situé dans le vieux Hanoï, à proximité des principaux 'lieux touristiques'. Logement spacieux, calme (même si la petite rue est très animée), bien équipé, entrée autonome, au coeur d'un immeuble habité par des vietnamiens donc impression de vivre comme un local :) Les toilettes sur le pallier ne sont pas un probleme. Seul point 'gris' c'est la salle de bain très petite (il ne faut pas être trop corpulent !), et la quantité d'eau chaude pour la douche qui s'épuise vite (limite pour 2 douches à moins de laisser le système se recharger). Très bons restaurants à proximité (canard grillé, bun cha, coffee shop...). J'ai adoré mon séjour et recommande ce logement. A bientôt !

She was a very friendly and responsive host, the house was worth the price since there were plenty of rooms for only the 6 of us, few of the bathroom doors can't be closed but they were clean and spacious, a big plus was how she helped us to check out late since we had a baby and elderly with us and we also had quite a late flight that day

호안끼엠 주변 관광하기에는 위치가 상당히 좋습니다. 호스트가 영어도 잘해서 소통도 원활하며, 친절하게 필요한 물품이나 청소도 무료로 도와줍니다. 무엇보다 한국인들이 중요하게 생각하는 청결에는 문제없습니다 ㅎㅎ 숙소 컨디션은 사진과 거의 동일하다고 보시면 됩니다. 한 가지 아쉬운점은 기찻길 옆이라 소음이 있는편, 그래도 구시가지 관광 목적인 사람들한테는 최고의 선택이 될듯! PS. From arranging the pick-up vehicle to assisting us until check-out, we are sincerely grateful to our host. Thanks to you, we had a happy trip in Hanoi and are now returning to Korea.

First off, we didn’t stay at this apartment due fault in piping however we were relocated to somewhere more central and it was as described. Old quarter apartment, gated community. Amazing as it’s above a coffee shop so morning coffee fix was literally a stone throw. Walkable location but grab was easy to access as well. Overall I’d say it was good. All co-host communicated professionally and understanding. Assisted with locations/ airport transfer and explained rules clearly. Lots of promotions from the management as well like 20% off massage !

The Silkhouse is fantastically located being right in the middle of Hanoi Old Quarter's famous "Silk Road". Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square and Hoan Kiem are mere steps away, and there are many excellent restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Folks considering staying should know the house is older and very vertically-oriented -- there is no elevator and 5 total floors. Each bedroom is reasonably appointed and has its own bathroom, making it ideal for a large party where folks prefer to have their own space. The amenities are fairly basic, but again, the main benefit of staying here is the location. Hosts were very communicative and helpful!

I had an absolutely amazing stay! The property is conveniently located just a short walk from Hanoi's charming Old Quarter. The hosts were outstanding—truly helpful and attentive. We were thrilled that the apartment was serviced every three days during our stay, which made things even more comfortable. The hosts also went above and beyond by providing excellent recommendations for local restaurants and must-see spots, enhancing our experience. The apartment itself was spacious enough for four people, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Overall, I would highly recommend staying with this host. It was simply outstanding!

Super séjour dans l'appartement de Huy, je confirme les commentaires que j'avais pu lire précédemment : on s'y sent comme chez soi ! le logement est grand et le lit très confortable, coin cuisine très pratique. L'appartement était parfait et Huy est toujours réactif et répond très rapidement lorsque vous avez besoin de quelque chose. Cependant l'adresse est un peu difficile a trouver, on ne l'a trouve pas facilement sur Grab ou sur les applications de livraison par exemple donc l'adresse était un peu compliquée mais hormis ça c'est parfait

Beautiful apartment and just a shown in the pictures. The location is outstanding with tons of walkable options + ease to get a Grab to anywhere else. We used the Luk Lak restaurant as our landmark for Grabs, and found it very convenient. Coffee shops are just outside the apartment. Appliances seemed new - the washer/dryer specifically. The apartment served our family of 3 (2 adults and a 4 yr old) well as a landing spot after our international arrival. Would stay here again!

Our third visit in Hanoi. This is our favourite area to stay from now on and this apt is located just on the lakeside. Apartment is quiant, lots of space and natural light. Absolutely great choice. Beautifully decorated too. Many cafe's on the beach road. Recommendations. Pizza Bella and Good Time Burger in the close by island. Banh Mi Pate Cot near Pan Pacific Hotel and Truc Bach Massage where blind men do absolutely great massage. All these in very easy walking distance. When coming again to Hanoi, I would book this apt if available. This time we stayed two weeks.

The place was great, and the attention to cleanliness really stood out. The kitchen had the basic tools with everything we needed. The location was ideal, just a short walk to cafes and restaurants. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

All the pictures match the listing. Although the actual view from the balcony is even better in person, especially at night. There are coffee shops and shopping mall right next to the listing so it is really convenient location. There is even a supermarket/ grocery store within the mall. There is a kids cafe and arcade to keep kids entertained and lots of delicious restaurants in the mall. The host was really communicative and responded quickly to any inquiries. All amenities listed was there. There was also premium streaming service provided on the television. On the day of checking out, my son accidentally forgot his iPad and the host was quick to contact us about it. The host was easy to work with and was able to return the iPad to us within the hour. My family really enjoyed staying there. I can’t recommended this place enough and next time I am in Hanoi, I will definitely be staying here again.

Thuy and Phuong were very helpful and responsive prior to and throughout or stay. We had no issues getting into the apartment (the electronic lock is very useful). The location is ideal as it's quieter than the Old Quarter but only a five minute walk away from it. There are lovely restaurants and cafes in the area and it's not difficult to find public transport nearby. The apartment is just like how it looks in the pictures with all amenities provided. The hosts left us two large bottles of water which was much appreciated. The only downside was the shower, which only stayed warm for about 3-4 minutes, even after leaving the immersion on for longer than recommended. Overall, I would wholeheartedly recommend staying here if you are visiting Hanoi. Thanks again to Thuy and Phuong!

Nice decoration, excellent value & good location. The 3 bedroom I booked was amazing. Honestly, the room was more than I expected with nice decoration and super clean. The host Mark really made my stay happy and convient, I and my family had such a great stay with such a wonderful recommendation for Tours and car to airport. Highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay with S. Sens Homes and Trần Vân Anh. The host provided very helpful instructions for checking in and was great at communicating. The apartment was comfortable and pretty quiet compared to staying in Old Quarter. We thought the area was excellent and close to everything you need. We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to see. There were snacks and giant water bottles included as well. We would recommend staying here.

Such a great experience. probably one of the best place in Hanoi. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and great at communicating, highly recommend!
