Thanh is a great host and has been very responsive and helpful during my stay. The apartment is conveniently located and comfortable even for an extended stay.

This is the second time I have chosen Nghiem's place to stay when coming to Hanoi. Right now, while waiting for being taken to the airport, I'm writing a few lines of review for you. The location is nothing to complain about, it's too convenient to get around. The room with lake view is airy and romantic, allowing me to sit for hours on the balcony without getting bored. The apartment is tidy and clean, the host is enthusiastic and helps a lot. I will definitely come back next time.

Great location and awesome view! The host responds quickly, the kitchen is clean. Perhaps the bathroom could use a more thorough cleaning and bedsheets were washed with an intense detergent, yet in general the place is great value for money and we really enjoyed our stay.

Hang's place was a dream. The apartment was in a quiet location in Hanoi but you could easily go to the Old Quarter in a few minutes via Grab. A couple of nice restaurants downstairs, there's a supermarket and a convenience store, so you really don't have to worry about getting hungry or getting quick stuff for your needs. There's an outdoor and indoor pool, a gym and a nice park. More importantly, Hang is a joy of a host. She responds fast, makes great recommendations. She even assisted me in booking for a dinner place for Christmas Eve and in getting a van to go to the airport. Her place is beautiful. And my kids and I would love to return to this place once we're back in Hanoi. Highly recommended!

Ngay từ khi bước vào, không gian sang trọng và lịch sự của căn hộ đã tạo nên một ấn tượng mạnh mẽ. Thiết kế hiện đại, trang trí tinh tế cùng sự chăm sóc tỉ mỉ đến từng chi tiết mang lại cảm giác thoải mái và đẳng cấp. Vị trí của căn hộ cũng là một điểm cộng lớn, với khoảng cách gần Hồ Tây nên rất thuận tiện cho việc dạo bộ, thưởng thức cảnh đẹp và tận hưởng không gian yên bình giữa lòng thành phố. Ngoài ra, các tiện ích xung quanh như quán cà phê, nhà hàng và khu mua sắm cũng rất đa dạng, đáp ứng tốt nhu cầu giải trí và ẩm thực của du khách. Tóm lại, căn hộ không chỉ mới mà còn thể hiện rõ đẳng cấp qua sự sang trọng, lịch sự và vị trí vàng của nó. Đây chắc chắn sẽ là lựa chọn lý tưởng cho những ai mong muốn có một trải nghiệm lưu trú đẳng cấp tại Hà Nội.

Was a great house to stay in and close to the airport, only downside it is a bit far away from the city and use grab is a bit difficult but the host help out with those difficulties

Wszystko było naprawdę wspaniałe! Linh poszedł nam na rękę, bo chcieliśmy się szybciej zameldować i zaoferował nam większy apartament, który miał dostępny wcześniej. Jedyne co się nie zgadzało to cena basenu, powiedziano nam, że jeden bilet na basen dla rezydenta jest za darmo, a reszta gości po 150 000 vnd za bilet. W rzeczywistości musieliśmy wszyscy zaplacić po 177 500 za bilet, dla rezydenta była jedynie 15% zniżka. Możliwe że basen nas oszukał

Host was incredibly responsive, dealt with any issue we had in a prompt and efficient fashion and went over and above to provide recommendations for restaurants and local things to do in Hanoi. The location was ideal as in heart of the old quarter, walking distance to excellent restaurants and entertainment. The host provided excellent recommendations for local Vietnamese restaurants in particular, some of the best food I have ever had. The AirBnb was exactly as expected from the pictures and description on site. Host also arranged transportation from airport, which provided seamless transport to AirBnb.

Had a splendid stay here. The location is right in the heart of old town making it perhaps one of the best options of stay on this regard. The host was responsive and helped us with anything that we seeked assistance with. Would certainly pick this stay when I visit again in the future.

Thinh & My 님의 숙소의 숙소는 아름다운 서호 인근에 위치한 매우 매력적인 숙소였습니다. 오래된 건물이지만 잘 관리되고 정돈되어 있었고, 무엇보다 관리자인 Hieu의 적극적인 서비스가 매우 인상적인 숙소입니다. 숙소의 특성 상 호텔 수준의 청결과 정돈 상태를 기대하는 것은 매우 어려우나, 아름다운 지역으로의 접근성이 매우 우수하고, 우리가 필요한 모든 것을 보유하였으며, 여름철에는 아름다운 정원에서 매우 즐거운 시간을 가질 수 있을 것으로 생각됩니다.(우리는 겨울철에 머물러 그럴 기회를 가지지 못했습니다.) 하노이 숙박시설의 특성상 난방이 되지 않았지만 Hieu의 적극적인 지원으로 우리는 춥지 않게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 우리는 Thinh & My 님의 숙소에서 매우 인상적인 아름다운 추억을 만들 수 있었습니다. 만약 하노이에 다시 간다면 또 머무를 의사가 있습니다.

Chỗ ở ngay gần khu show ca nhạc, rất tiện cho mình đi bộ ra show. Chỗ ở sạch sẽ, rộng rãi, dễ chịu. Mình sẽ quay lại lần sau. Chủ nhà vô cùng thân thiện, nhiệt tình & chỉ dẫn rất cẩn thận. Cảm ơn chủ nhà

This host communicated quickly and easily. The only issue i had was incorrect keycode on instructions. Also it may benefit some people to know you have to go down a dark ally to get to the door. Everyone was friendly though and there is a guard close by that was very helpful and kind. We felt very safe and even in the ally I would have been happy to share a beer with anyone I met there. Very kind people everywhere in Vietnam and this neighborhood was another lovely example of that. The park close by is unmissable, lovely at night and beautiful all hours. If you have the people to stay here I recommend it highly.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, bright, and spacious. It is beautifully furnished and looks just like in the photos. We would definitely stay here again if we are in Hanoi

property is very swanky and very well maintained. all amenities are provided as detailed and is in one of the posh locations of Hanoi. Perfect trade off between distance from Old Town vs luxury stay. Nice decoration, excellent value & good location. The 3 bedroom I booked was amazing. Honestly, the room was more than I expected with nice decoration and super clean. The host Mark really made my stay happy and convient, I and my family had such a great stay with such a wonderful recommendation for Tours and car to airport. Highly recommend it.

I had a fantastic stay! The area is perfect, especially for anyone looking for a nice and peaceful neighborhood in Hanoi. West Lake is a totally different vibe — full of expats, cafes, and just steps away from a shopping mall. The apartment felt very secure, with high-level security and even a safe in the room, which was a great plus. The host was incredibly kind and helpful. I had a few small requests, and he was always quick to respond and proactive in solving everything. We really felt at home during our stay. If I ever come back to Hanoi, I’ll definitely choose this place again. Thank you for everything!
