The room looks like the photos. The shower was hot and the aircon was cold the only night I needed it. The outside balcony is ground level but nobody ever walked past. The location is near several good gyms and central to Rawai in general. The host is also exceedingly pleasant. The room was a great value when I stayed!

We stay at the Paul’s apartment for 10 days. Apartment is located in the perfect location, very close do the shops, restaurants and beautiful beaches. Apartment is also very spacious with the big balcony which has a amazing views. Tv got a good choice of English language channels. Paul is a fantastic host. I can highly recommend to stay in his place. We will definitely back there soon.

The place is very close to Karon beach, yet away from the hustle bustle of the beach. Had a very pleasant stay here. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for some peace and quiet and stay close to the beach. While we did not explore it - the walkway to the Big Buddha is right on this road, too!

I have stayed in this complex before. What sets Kob's place part is there is wallpapered accent walls, paintings and prints which give the unit a nice look and feel unlike the starkness of others units. I also liked the weekly cleaning and case of water as I was an extended stay. The complex grounds and pool are pristine and the security could not be better. The location is perfect. It's close to everything but set back far enough from the street that you don't hear a thing. The entire experience was wonderful from check in to check out. The safe is a bit small and I found it cumbersome to use but that is so minor compared to how much I enjoyed staying there. Thank you Kob and Apple for helping to make my holiday wonderful.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The apartment is spacious, the view from the balcony is beautiful (especially at night), and everything you need is within a 5-minute walk (7-Eleven, pharmacy, market, good restaurants—Pinto, for example). The washing machine in apartment is also something that proved to be extremely useful. Communication with the host was seamless. We arrived later than expected, but the host arranged an easy check-in process. One piece of advice: If using a taxi, use “Chic Condominium” as the final or starting destination instead of the actual address. This helps the taxi driver save time.

Beautiful place, my kids loved the kids pool area and there’s a kids club so the kids can play while you relax and just be on your phone. Yuliia was amazing responded quickly and her place was clean 10/10

This is the place to stay if you want to be close to the beach . A quick 5 minute walk right across the street. Great local food on the street , and a market for all your other needs. Would stay here again! Anne was quick to respond to all of our needs, and was a very gracious host. Anne was able to have a taxi pick us up from the airport and bring us to the apartment. We ended up using the same taxi for all our adventures in and around Surin beach and Phuket!

We had a very pleasant stay. The place makes you feel like you are at your own place, it is in a great location, surrounded by all simple amenities, restaurants, and massage places. Access to the sea is so easy. We wish we come back soon.

I booked this place via Airbnb and it did not disappoint. The staff was amazing, special mention to meme, their restaurant was great. Food was great. The host Peter was very kind and accommodating. They tried to fulfill all our requests, since we were traveling with a toddler so it was difficult to manage sometimes. They were helpful. We were greeted with coconut water and fresh cut 🍉 watermelon on arrival. The rooms are basic but the view is amazing. Literally in front of the ocean 🌊. Take a mosquito repellent with you for sure. Since their place is on a slop, I had asked them via airbnb to book me a cab. It costed me 900 baht one side, from phuket airport to their place. You can also book extra activities from them if required. All in all an excellent experience. Thank you

An excellent few days at Nicolas’s apartment. We were able to check in early and it was super easy to gain access. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great. We didn’t use the kitchen but it appeared to be well stocked. We appreciated the bottled water and snacks. An easy walk to all that Surin has to offer.

Our stay here was great! In the evenings there was live music at the pool in the center of the courtyard, so we could sit on the balcony and enjoy. The pool and gym were great and the hours were the earliest we have seen. This location is a 10/10 we were able to walk straight out and been surrounded by amazing food options, massages and shopping. The beaches were not that long of a walk either. Paul was super responsive and the condo was one of our favorites. We would definitely stay here again!

L'appartement est magnifique. Lumineux, spacieux, luxueux, la piscine agréable et cerise sur le gâteau, le spa sur le balcon. On a passé un super moment, je recommande.

这次住得很满意！位置特别好，周边有很多餐馆，吃饭超级方便，小区旁边就是 7-11，随时可以买东西。走路就能到海滩，早晚去散步很舒服。房间布置得很温馨，住起来很放松。楼顶的泳池也很漂亮，白天可以晒太阳，晚上还能吹吹风，总体体验很棒！下次来这边一定还会再住！

Nice apartment, located at 2nd floor, so the sun doesn't make you mad at the noon. Nice bath and bed. Good swimming pools and green territory of the building.

This is my second time staying at one of Zoey's properties at The Deck. I had two great experiences! The view and location is excellent, and I like how the buildings are a little secluded while still being close to the street. Will return!

This is the place to go if you want to be moments from walking street Bangla Road, but be able to retreat to your sanctuary. A very well appointed apartment with great amenities. A bar, restaurant and rooftop pool upstairs which was fantastic.

Хозяйка Waeota супер, всегда на связи, чем надо было всегда помогала. Заселение прошло дистанционно, без всяких проблем. Огромное спасибо за проживание!

I had an excellent stay at this accommodation! From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and hassle-free. The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made it feel warm and welcoming. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and all the amenities were thoughtfully provided. The location was also ideal and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-organized place to stay. The host Chris was very helpful as I required some assistance on check out day. Recommended n will visit again. Surin beach was very nearby as well.
