we had a nice stay at the Appartement. It has a lot storage room so you can unpack all your bags and it is definitly good for a long time stay. Every room has an aircondition and big TVs with netflix. Unfortunately the cleaning Lady seemed to have a bad day before our arrival because there was dust in almost all corners of every room and the drawers/closets were dusty (so Inhad to Clean it before putting our clean cloths in it) and there was hair in the bathroom and one the toilet. For our Kids (3 and 6years) it was too far to walk to the beach because it was too hot and they are lazy and there are no sidewalks 😅. adults can walk to the beach. we usually took a Taxi which was Like 200baht. there are 2 Pools and 2 gyms in the condo which are great and we had a Lot of fun in the Pool😄. there is a Restaurant in the complex which is Open Till 5 or 5:30pm where you can get breakfast, ice cream and Thai food. the 7 eleven is only a 5min walk away 👍🏻

My family and I had a "feel at home" stay from the moment we stepped into the apartment. It definitely deserves a 5 ⭐ rating plus another 5⭐ for the host Fiona, who, ever so graciously, not only answered all my queries but also helped me Google a pick up location for a tour I was planning on taking. From the day of my booking to the time we said goodbye to Phuket, Fiona was ever so present to be of help. Thus making our stay worry free in a new country. I would not hesitate to book here again, if I ever do visit Phuket again 🥰.

We had a great time there. It's in a good location within walking distance to the beach. Groceries and restaurants are also nearby. The host gave us some great local recommendations and they were very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay, also has a nice pool and small gym in the complex that we used.

Great stay just off the main road at Rawai Beach. The apartment was just as described. It was small but had everything we needed for a great stay. Really comfortable bed (which is so rare), fast internet, functional kitchen, washing machine, comfy couch, smart TV, lots of towels. The apartment was very clean and comfortable.. Would definitely stay again. The hosts were also very responsive so thank you.

The host was attentive and provided complete information. The property is located right near the mountains, offering a stunning and very private view from the room. Although the building is quite old, the room is well-maintained and well-equipped, making it happy for a medium-length stay. The host keeps the room clean and ensures the basics are well taken care of. It may not be fancy, but it’s comfortable, peaceful, clean, and conveniently located with easy access to the city. I wasn’t disappointed and would definitely keep this on my list for a stay in Phuket again.

Second time at this amazing apartment, really comfort, clean in the middle of Patong beach, providing at the same time serenity and privacy. Andy & Nikki always so kind and friendly, to help or answer at any questions. Missing already this place, will visit for sure soon :)

Dean is a stand out and an all star, and so are his rental properties at Chom Tawan! We loved every minute of our time in his rental and truly appreciate his level of genuine effort and communication. We cooked meals everyday thanks to the fully stocked kitchen and spent unforgettable moments in the apartment, the pool. the beautiful property and, of course, the breathtaking beaches just a short stroll away. Do yourself the favor and book you're stay at Chom Tawan through Dean; there may be alternate Airbnb options for this property but there's only one Dean🙏🏽.

This apartments are almost the best I’ve been in Phuket. I’m very happy to meet Julie and her beautiful apartment near Kata Beach. Very well furnished and well equipped with almost everything you need during your holidays in Thailand, all the stuff in the apartment is very good quality and almost new. Very beautiful apartment with astonishing ocean view on Kata Bay. Super highly recommend to stay here and enjoy your holidays. Definitely will come her again

Malgré une cote un peu difficile pour accéder au logement, celui-ci était conforme à la description, bien équipé, très agréable et calme avec une très belle vue sur la ville et la baie. Ayant répondu à nos attentes, je le relouerai à l'occasion.

Отличное расположение дома, в тихом месте с прекрасным видом. Хорошая просторная квартира со всеми удобствами. Анна довольно быстро реагировала на вопросы. В целом довольны. Единственное - необходимо прочистить или починить слив воды в душевой, очень медленно уходит вода. И своеобразный охранник, если у вас байк, будьте готовы к вечно сбитым зеркалам, так как он байки сам переставляет, как посчитает нужным, к квартире это не относится. Однозначно рекомендую.

Un bel appartement aux photos conformes : ce fut un plaisir d’être logé dans cet appartement au sein du Diamond Resort, doté d’une machine à laver (c’est rarement le cas dans ce complexe) et de nombreux accessoires à disposition, le tout avec une belle vue dégagée depuis le balcon ! Il y a eu un petit couac concernant ma réservation mais Natalie a été réactive et une solution a été trouvé, sans que Airbnb n’ait eu à intervenir : merci :) Point positif : l’arrivée comme le départ s’est fait de façon flexible (merci aussi pour cela). En résumé : un lieu que je recommande, suffisamment proche de tout pour passer un séjour riche en activité, et suffisamment éloigné afin d’être tranquille, si vous préférez par exemple profiter de l’agréable piscine du complexe.

Abdullah and the whole facilities of the hotel amazing! Ideal place to stay away from hot and dirty Patong city but still very close. Perfect location.Room nice and spacious with a free and safe parking.

I had a fantastic experience staying here . The view is incredible. quiet place 5 min from kamala beach . The owner was professional, responsive, and accommodating throughout the entire process. The apartment was well-maintained, clean, and exactly as described. Any questions or concerns were addressed promptly, making my stay smooth and enjoyable.

Sehr moderne Unterkunft und direkter Zugang zum Pool. Schöne Raumaufteilung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und angeschlossenen Badezimmern. Gastgeberin Yana ist sehr nett.

I used to live in Phuket and DCondo Mine was my accommodation while living and teaching here. So, I was familiar with the location and accommodation beforehand and that's why I chose this location for my first 3 nights. Lupthawit's accommodation was just as described. The apartment was clean, the bed had plenty of pillows and was comfortable (which is important to me). There was an air con which helped with cooling at night. I didn't cook and ate out for all meals but there was a full fridge, microwave, cutlery, and plates, cups, etc. There are places to eat, get massages, etc within walking distance but with the heat, it's better to have a mode of transportation. I can't wait to be back, I hope it's sooner as this is my first time back, since leaving in 2018. Thank you for your hospitality. The check in and check out process was seamless and I really appreciate that I was able to checkin early. Khap Khun Kha

Super hôte ! Réponse très rapide et m’a donner quelques adresses. Le logement est super bien équipé avec tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Une magnifique piscine très grande. Cependant l’emplacement est assez loins du centre de phuket (pathong) 20min. Moi cela ne m’a pas dérangée car j’aime la tranquillité. J’aurais juste rajouter un rideaux pour la fenêtre de la cuisine pour une totale tranquillité.

Lovely place to stay, really good location. Really clear and easy instructions to self- check in as we arrived late. Really clean apartment, appreciated the bottles of water on arrival in the fridge, the hairdryer, great air con, stove etc. Honestly couldn’t fault our stay. Really lovely place, Man was also so sweet in trying to assist when I lost my passport ! Unfortunately I had to cut my stay short but it was a lovely time I had while I was there and if I visit again, it'll certainly be to here

It's been lovely staying here. Everything was perfect. The location, the property itself, the staff here. All excellent. The place itself was great too. Really well equipped and well thought out. Had everything we needed and more. Last but not least, it was great dealing with Cory as well. I will make sure to book again in the future. Thanks for everything.
