Amazing house and great planning of the rooms. Very quiet and nice location, we had 2 motorbikes to go around, very easy to get a ride on Grab app. House had everything- from speaker to connect and listen to music to necessary cookware- even equipment for toddlers. Very nice to have the pool equipment, toys for kids even. Very good water pressure. The cafe is 15 steps around the corner- everything tasty and fresh. Oleg and Sutapat are great hosts and very helpful. We had no technical issues (power cuts or anything like that).

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und haben uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Haus ist geräumig, sauber und bietet viel Platz. Das WLAN war ausgezeichnet. Die Schlafzimmer sind groß und komfortabel. Eine Überraschung war jedoch der Ausblick vom zweiten Stock auf ein heruntergekommenes Gebäude, das scheinbar als Unterkunft für Obdachlose dient. Die Lage ist okay – etwa 15 Minuten vom Strand entfernt, allerdings muss man eine große Hauptstraße ohne Fußgängerstreifen überqueren, was mit Kindern mühsam sein kann. Positiv ist die Nähe zu mehreren Supermärkten. Der Preis von ca. 4500 Baht für 10 Tage für Strom und Wasser zusätzlich, entsprach der Beschreibung, wir fanden ihn aber etwas hoch. Die Kommunikation war aber sehr gut und wir waren auch sonst grundsätzlich sehr glücklich mit der Auswahl. Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden, Waschmaschine auch sowie funktionable Küche. Pool war super mit Kindern und hat auch viel Spass gemacht.

My stay at this Airbnb was excellent. She was prompt with her feedback on taking my text messages and my phone calls. Her place was extremely clean. She made me feel so welcome in had a bunch of snacks upon my arrival.

Wir haben uns bei Tim und Pat sehr willkommen und zuhause gefühlt. Sie sind wunderbare Gastgeber und stehen immer für Fragen und Informationen bereit. Unsere Kinder mochten auch die Katzen und Hunde und auch Spielzeug war vor Ort. Der Pool und der schöne Garten waren wunderschön und wir haben jede Sekunde unseres Aufenthaltes genossen. Le logement est vraiment agréable et dans un quartier paisible. Une grande mosquée à proximité et différents commerces très proches. Aree est une hôte super réactive et disponible. A recommander !

Mike, Eddie and Penny made our dreams come true. The lovely stairs gave us a very authentic feeling, something that will be lost forever after the deconstruction. The spacious kitchen-terrace with the immaculate view 24/7 gives you a place to wind down, or wind up; when the sun rises.) To reach the soft and tranquil beach of Ao Yon, you had to walk down another set of stairs—truly a stairway to heaven, so to speak. An enjoyable walking distance away is the UNG Pearl Farm. I can't spoil anything anymore, it’s an experience I simply can’t recommend enough! We are happy to have been able to experience this, it is truly one of our top 3 stays in our Thailand journey.

Недавно вернулись из отпуска, который провели всей семьёй (14 человек, от 3 до 81 года) на вилле в Таиланде – и это было лучшее решение! В отличие от отеля, здесь не пришлось тратить время на исследование территории, всё было под рукой. Вилла просторная, у каждого была своя зона отдыха. Отдельное удовольствие – повар Win, который готовила для нас вкусные и разнообразные блюда. Бассейн без ограничений по времени, дети могли купаться хоть всю ночь. На территории есть всё необходимое – стиральная и сушильная машины, настольный теннис, бадминтон. До пляжа пешком далековато, но на такси всего 7–10 минут. Сам пляж чистый, береговая линия большая, волны зависят от погоды. Хозяйка виллы Ольга всегда была на связи, помогала с любыми вопросами. В итоге отдых получился незабываемым – комфорт, уют и полный релакс! Спасибо за замечательный опыт!

Serendipity led us to this incredible villa, and we couldn’t be happier! The villa’s location was perfect—close to Kata Beach and the night market, yet peacefully tucked away. We stayed in a brand-new private villa for two, and it was spotless, quiet, and incredibly comfortable, with a relaxing Bali-inspired vibe that made us feel at home instantly. Thoughtful touches set this place apart—daily maid service, fresh water bottles, and even laundry service—small details that made our stay effortless. But what truly made our experience special was the incredible staff. Their warmth and attentiveness made us feel like we were on a luxury cruise rather than a last-minute getaway. This trip was one for the books, and we can’t wait to return. Thank you for making our spontaneous adventure in Thailand so memorable!

It was a nice villa to hang out in, spacious with lots of things inside like a projector and loud sound system. Only thing is it’s a bit far from the old phuket town but once we picked up a scooter it was okay.

This was a good place to stay. A little far from the beach but could easily take a taxi. About 45-60 minutes in traffic.Overall a good place to stay for the price! Cyril

If you're planning a trip to Phuket, you HAVE to stay here! The location is unbeatable: close enough to the beach for easy access but tucked away from the crowds and noise. The peaceful surroundings, with greenery all around, made the stay so relaxing and comfortable. My family and I had an amazing three days here — spending our days exploring and playing at the beach, then coming back to a quiet, cozy place to unwind. A special shoutout to the host, who patiently guided me even though I arrived late and made sure everything was perfect for us. Highly recommend this place for a fantastic stay!

This property was amazing and so was the host Daniel. He gave us early check in for no extra charge. The pictures do not do this properly justice, it’s far far better in person. We’re back in Phuket in December and will 100% be visiting again. Highly recommended.
