I had a very nice trip and can only recomend the accommodation if you are looking for a peaceful, quiet and not crowded place. There isn’t a lot going on so it’s just to relax. The house is very pretty and clean, the description was very accurate.

as someone who has moved away from the hotel scene and into Airbnb I was delighted with Alan and Nuch's place. it was everything it promised. extremely private and quiet but close enough to all the delights of Rawai. Alan and Nuch were so helpfull, welcoming and co operative. I initially had some travel difficulties and had trouble getting there at my agreed time but Alan was so understanding and helpful and made an upsetting travel disaster somehow pleasant. If we wanted some peace and quiet we got it and If I wanted a chat we had a chat. The room was perfect, clean and accommodating. Not only did we find the perfect spot for next time and I will be back we found some friends in Alan and Nuch even if I did miss out on some Carbonara. Thank you for a wonderfully week. everything was perfect.

An amazing place to stay—highly recommended! Surrounded by nature, it’s peaceful and relaxing, with incredibly helpful staff. The best place I’ve stayed in Phuket! Just a short scooter ride from the harbor, shops, and restaurants. I’ll definitely be back. Jessie, the host, was a huge help throughout my stay.

Die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber alles ist vorhanden. Ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Kommunikation klappte wie am Schnürchen. Dennis und sein Team waren sehr hilfsbereit inklusive Privat-Shuttle zum Bus und improvisiertem Fahrrad-Verleih. Die Anlage ist ansprechend grün und nicht weit vom schönen Yanui Beach. Man braucht irgendeinen fahrbaren Untersatz um mehr zu sehen als den Strand.

Great value, kind host. The bed was much comfier than all the other places we stayed in Thailand, although the pillows were too thick. 711 one minute away is a huge plus. the laundry downstairs is convenient, you use a machine to pay. The restaurants nearby are really tasty. there is a dispensary downstairs nextdoor too with a cafe, so it gets loud when walking past the lobby, but the sound doesn't go to the rooms.

Ich hatte einen grossartigen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war super sauber, gemütlich und genau wie beschrieben. Das Highlight für mich: Nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bangtao MMA Gym – ideal für mein tägliches Training. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber trotzdem nah an Restaurants, Shops und dem Strand. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Würde definitiv wiederkommen!

Домик хороший. На территории бассейн - небольшой, для купания вдвоем классно. За месяц проживания всегда были там одни. Персонал отзывчивый, уборка по требованию. Никаких доплат. В доме мебель и техника немного уставшие, но всё рабочее. Газовая плита с одной рабочей конфоркой, микроволновка, тостер, чайник. Стиральная машина не в доме, а общая на территории. Ванная и душ как бы на улице - под навесом, за бетонной стеной. Ванная большая и классная. С водой всё хорошо: сразу течет горячая, хороший напор. Интернет очень не стабильный. Без байка или машины сложно добираться до ближайших магазинов/кафе. Выход на трассу, вдоль которой нет тротуаров и ходить пешком там очень некомфортно. Это очень хорошее отпускное жильё за очень приятную цену. Уединенное тихое место, утопающее в зелени.
