We spent two weeks at Jay's apartment and it was very comfortable and in a good location. We had to do a little cleaning in the kitchen before using it, but otherwise the apartment was clean and had what we needed. The location was great because it was close to a major road and a mall, but set back enough to be quiet. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance.

Nice spot for friends to gather after party or breakfast. It’s more fun than staying in a hotel. We would come back here for our next trip.

Thanh was very proactive in his responses to messages, very quick and accomodating. He was lovely enough to sort out a cot for my 9 month old and awaited us for check in, showing us how to get to the apartment and giving us a quick walk through. The apartment is situated away from the hustle and bustle, so can be very relaxing, but not too far from everything, just a grab car away.

Great apartment and place to stay really enjoyed it and was the host was very great and friendly.

May is incredibly supportive! The apartment is clean, fully furnished, and surrounded by great restaurants. What matters most to me when staying in a new place is whether I can sleep well, and this room made me feel completely at ease. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m in HCM!

Had a very good stay. The horse took very good care of us and was very prompt and responding on the app. She even arranged a mid stay clean for us. At no extra cost when the plumbing broke down, she had somebody there very promptly to fix the problem.

I spent 2 nights at this apartment in Sky89 and it was a great time. The building has good security and in good condition, many amenities such as Karaoke room, movie room, rooftop pool & sauna. The only thing is that you have to settle your car/bike parking spot because this area doesn't allow street parking, you can ask the security guard for a parking spot outside of the building, the basement of the building costs more if you don't mind. The apartment is spacious and minimal, they also provide water. Hosts are very responsive :)

The best accommodation. Best service. They were so nice and accommodating helped so much with our luggage. We had 15 girls for a bachelorette and it was a little chaotic with so many girls but they helped us so much with their concierge survive. 100/10. Their generosity and staff really made our trip. Alojamiento impecable. Limpio y camas muy cómodas. utensilios de cocina necesaruis para cocinar. Habitaciones amplias. el detalle de la piscina en la azotea es una maravilla. para relajarse despues de visitar la ciudad y hacer diferentes tours. Dueño muy amable, responde rápido a cualquier cosulta y pregunta que tengas sobre la zona o el alojamiento. sin duda volveriamos a alojarnos en el mismo sitio si volvemos a Ho Chi Minh.

The apartment is spacious, convenient, really cool view, great books, and simple furnitures, free of cluster. The surrounding food is great (try the porridge across the street - tiny little place). Hosts’ hospitality and responsiveness are unmatched, super helpful and kind as they let me have their unused bag because I couldn’t find anything that fits my needs. Bring some earplugs if you’re sensitive to the street noise as the Karaoke across the street can get loud at night (but very lively - recommend joining them for a night or two).

Clean rooms, great central location just minutes from Bui Vien and Ben Thanh Market, functional washer and dryer and great views of the city. Hosts were great communicators and very helpful throughout our stay.

Perfect location. Trang is an excellent host, very responsive and accomodating. Will definitely stay again.

Nhà sạch sẽ. không gian dễ chịu. vị trí tuyệt vời đi bộ ra MRT rất gần. xung quanh có siêu thị lớn, nhà thuốc, nhà hàng , coffee... rất tiện lợi. Có dịp quay lại Hồ Chí Minh tôi sẽ ở đây. cảm ơn chủ nhà

Phòng đẹp, trang trí nhẹ nhàng, ấm cúng. Sảnh đón đẹp, nhân viên lễ tân và bảo vệ rât thân thiện. Tiện ích nội khu rất tốt, hồ bơi rộng, có chỗ đi dạo rất lý tưởng.

The apartment is well managed with full of amenities. Great stay especially for kids with very big swimming pool

空港からタクシーで向かい、少し離れた場所に降ろされたためどこかわからずチャットで質問すると、すぐに近くのコンビニまで迎えに来てくれました。滞在中はわからないことがあってもホストへ質問するとすぐに返信があり、助かりました。 部屋の中は綺麗でキッチンにはお皿や鍋もありましたが箸やフォークはないので自分で用意する必要があります。 建物内にプールやキッズルームがあり、近くの建物にはレストランやカフェも入っているので小さな子連れ旅行にはとてもいい環境でした。 チェックアウト後も18時までは荷物を預かってもらえるとのことで最後まで身軽に観光を楽しむことができるお宿でした。

It is a lovely place to stay, convenience and quite clean.

It was a good stay at Kate's place. Apt was spacious and clean, to D1 is about 10min by motorbike. Grocery store at the basement is convenient. It's about 40 min from airport, depending on traffic. My family like the rooftop pool access from the building. I've stayed in other abnb in this building before and would return.
