Really loved staying here. Great place and just a 2 minute walk away from the ancient town and night market.

Muy bonito, disfrutamos de la piscina, muy limpia, muy encantador, está apartado del bullicio pero en 3 minutos andando llegas al mercado nocturno y centro de la ciudad, la dueña encantadora y nos explicó todo muy bien, gracias por todo!

Vuong was clear and communicative. Our trip was a last minute switch from another location due to a natural disaster there, and we weren’t as prepared as normal. They helped us with various other things to understand and see/do. The peaceful location by the river was nice - the only drawback being the nearby rooster that wakes up early and with some fanfare!

If you visit Hoi An, you MUST stay here. This is right along the river in the Ancient city. The hosts will collect you from the airport, bring you and your bags here, and deliver concierge-level service. Trust their recommendations and you’ll have the trip of a lifetime!

Hoi An offers a unique blend of local agricultural life and tourist attractions, centered around its beautiful ancient town. In addition to the town, Hoi An features peaceful, uncrowded beaches. Do River Homestay is ideally located between the ancient town and the beaches, both accessible by foot or bicycle. If you think Hoi An is just about the ancient town, you're missing out on its serene nature and lush rice and vegetable fields, which offer an experience rarely found in big cities. For a deeper appreciation of Hoi An, I recommend staying longer in a place like Do River Homestay, where you can closely observe local village life. The homestay provides functional facilities, cozy rooms in a separate building from the host’s house, and renovated, well-maintained bathrooms. The host is very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable about what guests seek. I stayed for a month and enjoyed a very comfortable and enriching experience.

The service and hosting were fantastic—welcoming, flexible, and made my stay truly enjoyable. The space itself was great—clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing. The neighborhood was amazing, with easy access to restaurants, coffee spots, bars, and the beach. Recommended.

Superb location, easily accessible to restaurants, grocery stores and other points of attraction. Room precisely as described with strong WiFi and Netflix (big plus).

This place has been by far an outstanding place to stay super clean and stylish! Staff was nice although kind of slow in responses though but everything else was great. Cheap stay as well.

Wij hebben een super fijn verblijf gehad! Als iemand aan mij zou vragen waar ze moeten verblijven in Da Nang, zou ik dit sterk aanraden! Alles was aanwezig en toen het regende kon ik lekker overdag een warm bad pakken. De host reageerde super snel! Alles wat je nodig hebt is, zelf een strijkplank en een EHBO setje. Al met al geven wij dit voorblijf en dikke, vette voldoende.

Perfect location near My Khe beach, right in the middle of vibrant nightlife on bar street. Host was very supportive and helpful. Highly recommended!

Chambre très agréable, propre et calme, offrant de nombreuses commodités. L'espace est lumineux et décoré dans un style architectural français, ce qui crée une ambiance très confortable et apaisante. J'ai été vraiment impressionné par cette chambre et j'ai adoré y séjourner. Je reviendrai certainement pour un séjour long lors de ma prochaine visite à Da Nang.

I spent 10 nights at Nafala Homestay and thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is great, and easy to walk to all the main sights, my room was large, comfortable and clean with regularly changed bed linen and towels, and Thao (Na) and her family could not have been more helpful, arranging airport transfers, various trips and even doing my laundry! I would recommend borrowing one of the Homestay bikes and riding the short distance to Hidden Beach, which is glorious.

This is a great find. The view from the balcony is lovely and the room itself is very comfortable. I worked remotely from the room looking over Hoi An old town for a few hours before heading out. The night market is 2min walk & the location for restaurants was perfect. The main strip of bars is close too, but far enough away that it’s peaceful. I would definitely stay here again.

Great home in hoi Ann 10 min to old town and 10 min to coconut baskets ,home guarded by security guard and home was very spacious and clean would stay here again.

Linh is a very friendly host, initially there were some temporary entry issues with the key and digital locking system, but Linh came over to sort it out. Thereafter entry and exit became very smooth. Her place is very comfortable, all electrical gadgets, kitchen equipment, room inventory, bathroom and the living room was excellent. I can not hold myself to appreciate that small cute looking oven. This size, never seen it before. I wish we could have stayed longer to really enjoy the roomy bedroom and the living area. Keep it up Linh. I strongly recommend this property.

Nice home stay.

Ann's place is a hidden gem. Cozy, clean, beautiful. Communication was perfect, and Ann arranged my check-in at 7 AM after a horrible night in a sleeper bus. I should mention that the hosts had to remove some of the furniture from the terrace, so it didn't really match the photos, but it didn't bother me much. Other than that, it was an exemplary experience of AirBNB hospitality, 6 stars out of 5.

The location is perfect for the old town and all the great eateries in the new town. We felt really welcomed and comfortable - well worth the cost! Thank you!
