Piacenza : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

Amazing place to stay, location could not be better, close to shops, cafes and the nearest beach is like a 10 minute walk. Had a wonderful time there, thanks to the great air conditioning as well (in every room!!). Massimo is a superb host, always comes back with an answer literally within minutes. Could not have been happier with the place!

Abbiamo appena trascorso una vacanza meravigliosa presso la casa di Valerio, situata in un luogo incantevole, con una vista spettacolare del Golfo di Rapallo. La casa è perfettamente attrezzata e offre tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno per una vacanza rilassante e confortevole. Gli spazi sono ampi e luminosi e si respira un’atmosfera accogliente e familiare fin dal primo momento. La posizione è ideale per chi cerca tranquillità e bellezza naturale di paesaggi incantevoli, con una splendida piscina, perfetta per rilassarsi nelle calde giornate estive… pur mantenendo la possibilità di raggiungere il mare in soli 10 minuti! Un ringraziamento speciale va ai padroni di casa, Valerio e Michela, che si sono dimostrati estremamente gentili e disponibili. Sempre pronti a fornire consigli utili e a garantire che il nostro soggiorno fosse perfetto in ogni aspetto. Il luogo ideale per chi cerca relax, bellezza naturale e un’accoglienza davvero piacevole. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

Die Aussicht vom Balkon und der Garten mit Pool ist ein Traum. Der Garten ist komplett unzäunt, sodass unser Hund sich hier rundum wohl fühlen konnte und ohne Bedenken herumtollen konnte. Marta ist eine super liebe und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Sie hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet, uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben und jedes Anliegen erfüllt. Die Lage ist super, in 5 min zu Fuß ist man an der Promenade und viele größere Städte sind in der Nähe. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, das benötigt wird. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden definitiv wiederkommen.

Sehr schön gelegene Unterkunft auf den Hügeln am Rand von Genua. Der Blick hinunter Richtung Meer ist wunderbar und der tolle Garten mit Meerblick lädt zum Verweilen ein. In der Unterkunft ist alles da, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auch eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner ist vorhanden. Die Unterkunft ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen, jedoch muss man immer mindestens 30-45 Minuten mit dem Bus fahren, um Genua zu erreichen. Geschäfte sind ebenfalls ein Stück entfernt. Alles in allem empfehlen wir die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter.

We stay in the apartment for two nights during a business trip. And everything was fantastic. The apartment is exactly what we want and it’s a perfect place for friends, colleagues and a family. Mariagrazia organised it perfectly and we had no check-in issues after our flight delay. Mariagrazia was very helpful, answer quickly and was a perfect host.

Cercavamo un posto tranquillo e carino dove trascorrere un fine settimana in armonia e lo abbiamo trovato! Ci siamo innamorati subito della casa di Claudia guardando la foto della camera con il letto fra le due finestre : dal vivo è ancora più spettacolare, come tutto il resto. La cura e la passione di Claudia si rispecchiano in ogni angolo della casa che è ricca di tanti piccoli dettagli veramente deliziosi. Inoltre Claudia è un’ host gentile ed attenta ai suoi ospiti; ha sempre risposto velocemente alle nostre richieste dandoci dei consigli sempre utili e precisi sia per visitare la zona sia per indicazioni relative ai ristoranti. “Il giardino di Claudia” è un luogo dove puoi rilassarti e … sentirti a casa! Ci piacerebbe tornarci nel periodo estivo per goderci appieno tutto lo spazio verde che c’è a disposizione. Sehr schönes Haus in der Nähe des Po. Mantua, Parma, Reggio Emilia, Modena, Carpi, Brescello, Colorno - alles nicht weit weg. Monia ist sehr nett. Jahreszeitbedingt waren die Baum-Wanzen trotz Fliegengittern unangenehm. Outdoorplatz und Katzen von Monia sehr nett. Haus ist sehr ruhig. Ausstattung ist sehr gut, Preis jedenfalls günstig. Tipp zum Essen ist Osteria Da Bartolino in Vidiana.

Wir haben uns in Viktors Airbnb sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage und das Aibnb in den Weinbergen ist wunderschön. Viktor war sehr flexibel was den Check-in betroffen hat, wir konnten schon um 11. 00 Uhr einchecken. Auch hat er uns Tipps für Restaurants in der Nähe gegeben. Wir könnem dieses Airbnb gerne weiterempfehlen.

Four of us had plenty of room and privacy if wanted. Very clean and well maintained. All the amenities were available as described and Holvan and Goulia were very nice and responsive to questions. The metro and bus lines were nearby and easy. Would stay there again.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella bellissima casa di Nicolò dal 4 al 18 agosto io, mia moglie e i nostri 2 figli di 8 e 9 anni. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Abbiamo sfruttato molto la possibilità di mangiare all'aperto e la comoda piscina del residence. Non abbiamo mai avuto problemi di parcheggio. Il mare si raggiunge in pochi minuti in auto.

Very centrally located on a 1st floor of a traditional Milanese building with courtyard. Easy access to two stations and 25mins walk to Duomo through the park. Eleonora was very helpful and responsive with any issue and questions we had. Also super grateful we were able to check out later on the day. My daughter loved her welcome present and we enjoyed all the restaurant recommendations she gave us! Highly recommended, would recommend perhaps for a couple to stay in the summer when it’s not too cold to enjoy the terrace.

My family and I stayed at Anna’s property this weekend. We got to the apartment and was greeted at the property by Anna who was very nice, she explained everything we needed to know about the property, lots of information about the local area and how to get around the city. Her apartment is in a great location for getting around the city as is only 15-20 minutes walk into the city centre, 4 -5 minutes walk from the local metro station and tram stops. The property had everything you would need whilst visiting Milan and was absolutely immaculately kept. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here! I will 100% be looking up Anna’s apartment the next time I visit Milan. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour (3 nuits) au sein de l’appartement de Riccardo. Il a été très accueillant et nous a partagé des bonnes adresses à proximité. L’appartement est grand et bien équipé. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Davide welcomed us warmly, despite our late arrival, and kindly took the time to give us a full tour of the property and help us understand some of its incredible history. The apartment is stunning and a world treasure, yet also somehow very comfortable and peaceful. We all slept and worked really well here. We loved the local bakery and walked everywhere - to the historic centre and even to Boccadasse. It was a wonderful trip and we'd like ve to come back one day! Grazie mille, Davide e Genova!

O espaço era exatamente como no anúncio. A região bem tranquila e segura. Ficamos 2 dias em Milão. O grande ponto positivo é a localização. Fizemos tudo a pé. Foram 25 minutos a pé até a Catedral (Duomo) de Milão e os outros pontos. Havia tudo perto, inclusive um supermercado Esselunga enorme há 10 minutos. Vários restaurantes perto também. O espaço atendeu bem Nossa curta estadia. Éramos 4 adultos e 1 bebê. Tivemos um quarto de casal e uma sala/cozinha com sofá-cama para dois adultos com conforto. A cozinha tinha todo o necessário para cozinhar. Havia berço e cadeira de alimentação para minha filha de 1 ano. Internet funcionou bem, a comunicação com os anfitriões foi otima. Não tivemos problemas. No fim da estadia fomos a pé para a estação central de Milão que ficava há 25 minutos a pé. A proximidade dos pontos é muito boa realmente.

What an amazing stay we have had at Clorofilla, Desenzano. Diana is a fantastic host. Super friendly and smiling, ready to help out with our visit at any time! The apartment is everything you need for a week’s stay. We used the tennis court, bikes and private beach too. It’s an easy walk to the centre with great restaurants along the lakeside. Even without a hire car we did something different every day using the ferries, trains and taxis and a few helpful transfers from Flávio! We loved cooking and eating in too as the apartment is so lovely to be in and after a day out we couldn’t wait to get back and relax on the balconies or chill in the lounge surrounded by all the greenery. This has been a great holiday and we would highly recommend to all our friends and family. If we ever had an Air BNB this is how we’d like to run it! Grazie Mille From Tiffany, Matthew and Matilda

The apartment was very modern,clean and easily accessible. Was hard to find a place to stay in Milan during designer week and this apartment was affordable and about a 20-30 min drive to Duomo. Check in process was easy. Overall loved our stay.

Gostámos do espaço. Apenas ficamos tristes com a limpeza da cozinha. Os utensílios tinham manchas e não estavam muito bem limpos. De resto adoramos o espaço todo! E gostamos muito do anfitrião. Recomendou bastantes restaurantes e locais a visitar! Recomendo esta casa !

Nice stop in Milan, great restaurants in neighborhood. Close enough to train station with luggage (~15m walk) and the apartment was comfortable. Responsive and helpful host.
