Great location, walkable to many areas and great restaurants. The host Clotilde was extremely communicative, friendly, and responsive. Provided local recommendations for restaurants, sites, walking routes. Fans were provided in all rooms which helped keep the temperature comfortable in the summer. There was a narrow spiral staircase to the upstairs bedroom and 2 spacious bedrooms on the main level. Great stay for our family!

It is a unique apartment, full of creative spirit and at the same time absolutely comfortable. There are comfortable beds, an equipped kitchen and a relaxation area. Communication with Helmut was timely and pleasant. Thank you very much!

Le logement repondait tout à fait à nos attentes et à la description. Nous avons pu y loger à 10 personnes et il était parfaitement placé vis-à-vis du lieu de mariage auquel nous étions conviés. La communication avec Sarah et Daniel et leur flexibilité pour l'arrivée et le départ nous ont grandement facilité le séjour. Merci !

Our little group had a lovely stay at the loft. Easily accessible, private location with great proximity to great restaurants and the metro. Canal St. Martin is idyllic and very walkable. The loft is charming and has great amenities. The floors do creak as some of the other reviews state but for an older building with this much character that is to be expected and wasn’t bothersome for our group. Some of the rooms are smaller than we expected so that is something to note although it didn’t affect our stay. We had a very lovely time and would absolutely rent the space again.

We lived staying at Claudia's flat. It was a great base to explore Paris from, being on just a metro ride away from all the central areas. Claudia was a great host, providing clear instructions on check in, house instructions and local area recommendations. There are many shops, bars and restaurants in all directions from the flat. The flat is really well prepared with all the basics you'd need - charging ports and travel adaptors, kitchen utensils and pans, combi microwave and hob (really helpful as we cooked from home a few times) and toiletries.

Loft très bien placé, avec une décoration hors du commun (on est à l’opposé du Airbnb froid et impersonnel et ça, nous avons apprécié). Logement très bien équipé, notamment avec une literie de qualité. Et communication hyper fluide avec Fabrice. Peut être prévoir des bouchons d’oreille pour le moment où le magasin situé en dessous se fait livrer.

The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore all the wonderful sights Paris has to offer. Our host was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met throughout our stay. We felt very well taken care of. Overall, this home provided the perfect setting for our family trip, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Paris.

Christophe e Caroline sono stati fantastici: purtroppo abbiamo avuto numerosi problemi con i nostri voli di arrivo a Parigi e loro sono stati disponibili, flessibili, comprensivi e accoglienti, oltre ogni aspettativa! Noi avevamo organizzato una riunione fra sorelle, dopo diverso tempo di distanza e la casa così luminosa, accogliente e piena di personalità è stato un elemento protagonista delle nostre giornate. La cucina è attrezzatissima, con ogni possibile utensile o elettrodomestico si possa aver bisogno. Per finire, elemento non marginale, è assolutamente silenziosa, ad ogni ora del giorno e della notte. E' una casa fantastica, la consiglio caldamente!

This place is lovely! The hosts are incredibly thoughtful and responsive. I would tell anyone to stay here with full confidence that their expectations will be exceeded. The location is superb and easily navigable.

Le séjour chez Éric s’est très bien passé. L’appartement est idéalement situé, très proche du métro et des commerces. Il est aussi très spacieux et très bien équipé. Nous n’avons jamais eu l’impression de nous marcher les uns sur les autres. Nous recommandons sans problème

We had a wonderful stay at this unique Paris loft! Being on the ground floor made arrival easy, and the location was super convenient with Metro stations nearby. The space is small but very well designed, with lots of charm and character from its past life as a workshop. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful—they stocked the fridge with water, spreads, and condiments, and even left a bottle of champagne for my girlfriend and me, which was such a sweet surprise. On our last day, they even offered us a late checkout without us asking. Overall, it was a cozy, memorable place to stay with hosts who genuinely care. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay. Lirane was so lovely and checked in to make sure we were ok while we were there. Perfect location for us, metro 5 minute walk, lovely bakery literally 100m away which we used a lot! Space was large, modern and light. Felt safe when in the apartment. Large dining table was a lovely area to be social. Some of the fixtures and fittings could do with some tlc but this didn’t affect our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Liranes place again.

Excellent séjour chez Flavie. Le studio proposé offre toute l’intimité nécessaire et l’accès au jardin est très agréable. Studio confort avec tout l’équipement nécessaire et très propre, bien situé pour faire de belles ballades en forêt et super accueil de la part de Flavie.

Lovely place for a long stay. Great location and very walkable. The stairs are TOUGH, just a fair warning. Really appreciated how much linen was available. Overall, absolutely recommend if you can climb five flights.
