Brenda, Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to rent grits! We had a great time even though we had a good bit of rain. Your place was beautiful! The trails were great especially since you could jump on the trail within minutes! Thank you for being so responsive to any issues that I had due to the storms! The whole house generator was a savior!!! The pictures of your place don’t do it justice! It was perfect.

This beautiful cabin in Albany, Kentucky was rented for a women's retreat with 15 ladies from my church. It was easy to get to, the directions were clear, and it was only about 6 minutes away from a Dollar General store where we could pick up anything we needed. The view was just gorgeous and there was plenty of outside seating. The sights and sounds all around were wonderful, especially at night as we sat around the campfire. Dana, the local contact, was very kind and helpful. I appreciated her leaving extra bath towels and washcloths for our large group. The huge table was a wonderful place for us to gather for meals, crafts, prayer, and devotion. There were plenty of beds and the kitchens were stocked with pretty much anything we needed. My only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer. I would love to rent this cabin again in the future!

Host had excellent communication!

The cabin was perfect. The view was amazing and the property was peaceful. Check out the river access trail at the end of the road. I do recommend driving unless you want some incline training. Hammock was perfect for a nap. There was a nasty storm with high winds while we were there and Jeff came to check on us and make sure the road was clear. We stayed here to go to Cumberland Falls. We weren't familiar with the Big South Fork Recreation Area and it was amazing. We could have skipped our day at Cumberland Falls and stuck to exploring more BSF. Fantastic overlooks, rock arches, waterfalls, and all right near the cabin. Thankful for the hot tub after long days of exploring. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a great place located south of Burkesville, KY. It is perfect for a Dale Hollow vacation for fishing, golf or family getaway !! Sarah did a great job of communicating and the cabin was perfect for us.

This was our second time returning to this cabin and we loved it even more the second time. The fall colors were beautiful and we loved spending time out on the porch. FYI there are dog/child gates on both sets of stairs which was very convenient. There is also a Dollar General <10 min away which is very convenient in case you forget things.

Jeff is one of the best hosts we've had! Very attentive to make sure we enjoyed our stay. His place is absolutely amazing! We definitely will be booking another stay.

Our family enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing visit. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a large knife to cut up a watermelon! The screened in porch was our favorite place, and we had plenty of room. Our kids loved the dartboard on the porch!

Wow Wow and WOW! If you’ve done much traveling at all, then you already know that there’s always something either broke missing or sometimes just stinky about the places that You’ve stayed, but not with this beautiful mountain side cabin! Jerry and Penny have the most immaculate location That we have ever had the pleasure of staying at! But It wasn’t just the beautiful cabin itself or the amazing view of the mountain sides and lake, It goes far beyond that! Their customer service and hospitality was 2nd to none. They stayed in contact with us during our stay just to ensure that me and my family were comfortable and takin care of daring our entire trip and if you are like most people who are coming down here to enjoy the lake then I don’t think you could find a better location. From the pull through driveway, making it a breeze to get your boat parked right next to the cabin for worry free parking and it only being a mile from the marina! 10/10 recommend We all loved it A must stay

We will definitely be back. The house is well maintained, spacious, and clean! Joe reached out ahead of time to ensure check-in was easy. It is always comforting when you walk into the house and it is exactly what is described and pictured. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this place again.
