Great place to stay! Clean and comfortable! Everything we needed!

We have just lost my mother, and I wanted to find a comfortable ABNB that myself and my family could come together and try and relax and reminisce! While we were in town to lay my mother to rest with my father! This was the perfect spot! We will return in the near future to this special spot to enjoy hopefully under better circumstances! This made the second time staying at Ashley's Airbnb. It is in a great location, for riding SXS, close to trails. Also close to town love how big and roomy the house is.

Sheila’s home was incredible, if you’re looking to get away from the busy hustle of everyday life, book a stay here and make sure to stop at a grocery store. Only a couple hours from the Gatlinburg, an hour or so from cookeville, makes this a great spot for day outings. This was everything that we wanted! Sheila and Darryl were the nicest people, with lots of information, shortcuts, and jokes to be had. We’re already planning our next trip back down so that we can bring our pups!

Loved it! So pretty and all the upgrades done are not reflected on the pictures. Spacious home. The pictures can't show how much space you have. Peaceful and quiet area. Enough sleeping for for all and then some! House feels at home with everything you would think you need in a house of your own. Would definitely stay again. The whole family loved it.

This has to be one of the best AirBNBs I've ever stayed in. Firstly, the host is super nice and very accommodating. The house was like a dreamy little cottage out of novel, sitting in a field next to a babbling creek. We watched the sunset on the front porch while our pups played in the field and gawked in aww of the insanely clear night sky that had no light pollution from any cities. Inside, we were greeted with a huge welcoming living room and the comfiest bed I slept in my whole trip. The guest book is filled with great stories that paint a picture of this cottage giving memories to dozens of families that will be cherished forever and explain why the place feels so special. But I have to be honest, I was won over completely by the coffee bar. They even provided to go cups for me to take a coffee on the run the next morning when we were rushing to get back on the road. Overall just a magical and wonderful stay.

We got many hours of joy from the piano and the incredible screened in porch. We loved the tranquility and the birdsong. The new, blessedly deep bathtub and big shower were excellent. Also enjoyed reading a few of the great books! The place was not as clean as we had expected, and since we were staying for over a month we did a good bit of cleaning, so it may be better for the next folks. Updates to the kitchen and better pans would be nice. Be prepared that there are not a lot of restaurants or grocery options nearby. We planned ahead so that wasn’t an issue. For accessibility, be aware you will need to go up or down curved wooden stairs from the main level to get to any bathroom. Be careful not to slip on the steps.

Our family enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing visit. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a large knife to cut up a watermelon! The screened in porch was our favorite place, and we had plenty of room. Our kids loved the dartboard on the porch!

Amazing place to stay in such a great area. The cabin & amenities were very nice. Pictures don’t do it justice. Host was very helpful and great with communication. Highly recommend staying here on your next trip!

This home is beautiful! Great game room, tons of extra games in cabinets for kids and adults, more than plenty of space for the 14 of us, very clean, great amenities. Would definitely stay here again! Hosts communicated very well and quick to respond when asked any questions. Highly recommend!

Host had excellent communication!

This was our second time returning to this cabin and we loved it even more the second time. The fall colors were beautiful and we loved spending time out on the porch. FYI there are dog/child gates on both sets of stairs which was very convenient. There is also a Dollar General <10 min away which is very convenient in case you forget things.

I traveled all the way from Maine to the cabin. I was in town for a local truck event and thankfully the cabin was SUPER close by. It was very easy to find with the directions they provided. Unfortunately I was at the show most of my stay but I thankfully did get to enjoy the hot tub!! When I arrived after my 18+ hour drive it was all up and running ready to enjoy that was a HUGE bonus! The house was extremely clean and had everything I needed. I reached out to see if I was able to use the hose to wash my truck and they were very accommodating with that which saved me a huge headache of finding a car wash LOL there is talk of another event in the fall, I know where I’ll be staying again!!

First let me say Jenn is wonderful! She’s very sweet and one of the easiest host I booked with. Second the cabin was amazing. Our family had a blast, it was clean beds were comfy very spacious! We will be staying here again for sure !
