Sogand’d place was perfect. The location, space and everything about it was perfect. The kitchen is fully equipped for whatever you need. The washer/dryer were also very useful as we were traveling with 2 babies. We already want to book again for next year!

Our trip to Long Beach was nice. It is a busy neighborhood with limited parking. It was nice to have a reserved parking spot at the rear of the property near the garage to avoid trying to park on the street. The beach is only a 1 -1/2 block walk. 2nd street is close by and there are many eating options available. Dog beach is close by if you have a dog. For me it was a golfing trip and hoping to do it again next year.

Planned our proposal here and it was absolutely stunning atmosphere, amazing beach, wonderful space, and all around a good experience.

New construction ADU (accessory dwelling unit) in a quiet and very peaceful neighborhood in an LA suburb. Closer to Disneyland than downtown LA but right in the middle of SO many Southern California sites and attractions. Super clean, but smaller place. Owners live in home on property so they are very responsive and helpful with any needs. Highly recommend.

What an absolute hidden gem this place is! This place is like a little oasis hidden in the city! The deck is a wonderful place to rest and relax or even for dinner with a friend!

We loved the location being within walking distance of restaurants and the beach! And it was so wonderful that Bic decorated for the holidays in December and had a Christmas tree set up in the living room that was color-coordinated with the home. We appreciated this being there during Christmas!

Lovley home, clean, new and plenty of space. The game room was a hit. The location was pretty quiet considering a busy road on one side. Close to a nice park and some good mexican restaurants. 15 minute drive to Disney. Would reccomend it forsure.

This was a wonderful place to stay for me, my husband, and our 1 year old! The location is incredible, super walkable neighborhood, lovely houses to look at, and a super short walk to Wilson park! We felt super safe during our stay and didn’t experience any issues with noise or neighbors. Highly recommend :)

Lovely space for us and our two teenage daughters to stay while we finished restoring our house from the Eaton fire. We know the area and were a bit concerned street parking could be difficult but thankfully there were always a few street spots close by.
