Katherine's apartment was an excellent place for us to stay during a medical trip to Colombia. It is just a 3-minute drive to the hospital, which was very convenient. The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay; the beds are cozy, the hot showers have great pressure, and the kitchen has all the cooking and eating utensils you might need. The hostess even provided a fan for added comfort during our recovery after surgery. The building itself is accommodating, and the security guards are very helpful with calling taxis and offering local suggestions. A large pool is available for guests, although it has limited hours. There is also a playground directly below the apartment, where children play happily in the afternoons. The playground closes at 6 PM to ensure a quiet environment for everyone. Additionally, there is a decent gym for workouts. The best part of our stay was the hostess. She was proactive, kind, helpful, and always available to assist us. Highly recommended.

Luis Eduardo is a perfect host! He was super friendly and communicative from the first contact until after we had left. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need. The kitchen is much better equipped than most places in Colombia and Luis Eduardo even left us ingredients for us to use when we arrived. The location is quiet and peaceful, and the view is beautiful. If you like birds, you will love waking up with their songs and watching the different colorful species in the surrounding trees. If you’re looking for peace and comfort in that area, you won’t regret staying there!

We stayed two months with our three dogs and two cats and had an awesome time. It’s a great place for our pet, we really liked being close to cacique and quickly get an Uber for about 6000 Colombian pesos. The pool was the perfect temperature in my opinion. The house is old and sometimes is in need of maintenance, but Carlos Mario was very responsive and did his best to address our needs as quickly as possible. You need to bring your own toiletries, and we needed to supplement some of the kitchen utensils. But we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Andrea and Carlos Mario for your hospitality.

Beautiful house in a peaceful, tranquil and safe neighborhood. Has everything needed for a short or long term stay. Easy to find off the main road, yet secluded and private. Highly recommended.

El apto es muy bonito, coincide con la descripción, la atencion fue muy buena, la anfitriona siempre nos respondio a tiempo y nos hizo buenas recomendaciones, el lugar es tranquilo.

Es un apartamento cómodo y limpio, está muy bien ubicado es muy central. Las áreas comunes son geniales. El check-in fue muy facil con entrada autónoma. Fernando nos ayudó mucho y respondió siempre.
