Super great place to stay. Be sure to respond early to the host if you choose the permit parking. My car was safe on the street but I wish I could have gotten the permit parking.

Great location in a historic building. I stayed while attending a conference at the Tacoma Downtown Marriott and found it to be quite convenient to walk to the event space on foot. There are some great restaurant options close by, too. The BnB has high ceilings and clean, comfortable amenities. The appliances and shower are in good condition. The space was quiet and relaxing with large windows. A good downtown home base - recommended!

Great location and perfect for a single person looking for a getaway! Amazing views, clean and well equipped. Best for a single person as size of bedroom makes it hard for a second person to get access to the bed (great for smaller couples) but other than that we loved it! Host was great, they live in the building and they were super responsive. Just overall a great experience!

I had an amazing experience staying at Christine’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and well-organized. The check-in process was easy, and Christine was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The place itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the WiFi was fast and reliable. I especially loved the peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect, close to Korean grocery store and very quiet area making it very convenient to explore the area. Overall, I highly recommend Christine’s place to anyone visiting Federal Way. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you, Christine, for being such a wonderful host!

Beautiful cabin with modern technology, a great kitchen and a really nice backyard. We enjoyed the spaciousness, the wam floors in the bathroom and the convenient location to Crystal Mountain. We would like to experience it also in a different season, we think this would be a great place all year around. Matteo

We had a wonderful stay at Laura’s house in Harstine Pointe. The location near the beach, lagoon and bluff trail was fabulous. The separation between upstairs and downstairs, with a bathroom, bedroom and living area on each floor was great for two families, and all was clean and in good condition. The view of the sound from the living room was beautiful! Thanks for the great stay!

We have stayed at many vacation rentals and we all agreed that this rental was one of our best ever. It’s a bit of a drive to get to the grocery store but we prepared and did not want to leave once we got there because the property is so incredibly lovely. The host was very kind and accommodating. The house is very well equipped and so comfortable. We will definitely stay there again and would highly recommend this rental.

Young is such a great host, very responsive always asking if we need anything. She even felt sorry for us when we couldn't catch any fish and brought us a big plate of fried fish to eat!! 😆 I would definitely recommend a stay if you are coming to the Seattle area!!

Our stay at Sunsets over the Sound was great! The home was very comfortable, had all the desired kitchen implements and it came with great weather! So, we were able to enjoy the deck and the view. Tracie was very prompt in response to questions and easy to work with. Looking forward to another opportunity to visit again! Thank you for letting us use your lovely home.

Beautiful place to stay with large windows facing the water and incredible views. Enjoyed seeing seals, and the Great Blue Heron exploring the water. Beds were comfy and kitchen well-stocked. Community is very peaceful and quiet and enjoyed many walks/runs on the paths. Would absolutely stay here again!
