Pieria : locations de vacances avec jacuzzi

Das Haus hat einen Touch mit 90-er, ist nicht 100% modern bzw auf dem letzten Stand, allerdings genau das mach sie so charmant und einzigartig. Die Verbesserungspotential wäre sicherlich: WLAN und ganz klar eine effiziente Klimaanlage, zumindest in der vorderen Haushälfte, sowie die Gartenbeleuchtung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, an der Stelle vielen Dank an Gabi, unsere deutschsprachige Gastgeberin, die immer für uns da war.

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub in dem Haus von Electra und ihrer Mutter verbracht. Der Empfang sowie der Kontakt insgesamt war sehr herzlich, zuvorkommend und lösungsorientiert. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf das Meer ist grandios. Unfertige Gebäude in der Nähe haben uns dabei gar nicht gestört. Der Naturstrand bietet lauschige Plätzchen und viel Ruhe für die Erholung. Die Schlafräume scheinen frisch renoviert zu sein und sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert, so dass man sich nur wohlfühlen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank an euch beide.

Wir waren super zufrieden. 👍 Der Gastgeber hat schnell auf die Nachrichten reagiert. Die Wohnung ist in eine ruhige Straße, nicht weit vom Strand und den Zentrum. und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Es ist alles da gewesen was man brauchte. 👌Zum Begrüßung waren Wasser und frisches Obst☺️. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Nur mit der Dusche muss man ein wenig aufpassen, die Kabine schließt nicht ganz zu und das Wasser spritz auf den Boden raus aber uns hat es nicht gestört. 😉Uns hat gleich am zweiten Tag eine Katzen Familie adoptiert 🐱, Mama Katze mit fünf Kätzchen. Wir haben uns sofort verliebt 🥰. Es war ein ganz toller Urlaub. Die Wohnung und den Ort kann ich nur empfehlen 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍. Nochmal vielen Dank an den Gastgeber 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Meilleur AirBnB auquel nous avons jamais été ! Très calme, vue sur mer ET montagnes, parfaitement propre et bien équipé. Hôte très réactif et sympathique. Son papa nous a accueilli très chaleureusement et ce fut un plaisir de le rencontrer. Nous sommes sous le charme et recommandons le logement à 1000%. Ce fut une merveilleuse expérience ! Amazing stay! Felt right at home. There is EVERYTHING and more you could need for short (or long) stay. The views are breathtaking, the area in general has a lot to offer-from mountains to the beaches to the cultural sites and buzzing towns. Theodoros was very nice and had solid recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit. The pool obviously was a blessing on hot days. We highly recommend this place and would come back anytime.

The villa was amazing and the response and hospitality were excellent. We really enjoyed all the facilities which were of a high standard and as described. Definitely recommend and would love to come back again

Μιχάλης is a friendly and wonderful host. He met us at the door and gave us a tour and clear instructions about the apartment. The apartment is so clean and the view of the mountain is spectacular! There are many cafes and restaurants, and a nice park too, within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful villa in a beautiful area. Close to the sea restaurants, pier etc. Pavlos was an amazing host that will go out of his way if you need something. We will be back next year...

We had a wonderful holiday in this house! The location was perfect - the house is in a quiet area, but only twenty minutes from the beach, restaurants, shops, the airport, the center of Thessaloniki and two minutes from the water park. The area around the house is very large, so the children had plenty of space to play. The inside of the house was very clean and tidy, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owners of the house are very responsive and promptly resolved any issues. Our family was greeted very warmly. Ermolaos and his wife Dimitra were very caring. It was a pleasant and unexpected surprise for us when we checked into the house and saw a pie on the table that Dimitra had baked for us! Ermolaos is very friendly and he helped us a lot to adapt and provided a lot of useful information about local restaurants, entertainment and the best beaches. We recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay during the holidays.

This property is a beautiful refuge, and provided a spectacular location for a meeting of friends that also included a series of business meetings/discussions. The views are spectacular, there is a nice public beach nearby, and you can access a lovely (if pricey) resort nearby where there are plenty of restaurants, shops, and a market. This is about a 3 minute drive away. Better yet, if you cross the peninsula (about a 12-minute drive) to Nea Fokea, there are good restaurants at half the price, a larger market, and also a lovely public beach. That said--you don't have to leave the property to enjoy a great time. There is a breeze to cool things down much of the time, a nice small pool/spa and spectacular sunsets. The interior of the house is comfortable, and feels like a lovely family home--it has essentially two apartments, with separate kitchens upstairs and down. The wifi was more than adequate for 5 to use simultaneously, and we were able to hold international Zoom meetings.

Maria and George were excellent hosts. They stayed in communication with us from the very beginning of the booking. The Villa was very charming and felt very private. It definitely felt like it was off the beaten path. Our kids loved playing in the hot tub and pool, even though the pool was not heated. We were traveling to Turkey to see family and decided to stop in Greece for a few days. We weren’t exactly sure what to expect, but it appears that much of the little beach town closes down after the summer season. We thought there would be more restaurants & cafes within walking distance, but with George’s recommendations, we did find some nice restaurants & cafes in the nearby little town of Nea Kallikrateia. Maria & George welcomed us with a stocked refrigerator & they even offered to cook us a meal! There was a good pizza restaurant that was open in Nea Irakleia that we walked to. We drove to Thessaloniki one day & a stunning beach about 1 1/2 hours away called Kavourotrypes Beach.

Wir hatten tolle Tage in Kostas Unterkunft. Die vorherigen Bewertungen beschreiben es sehr gut. Kostas und seine Frau sind sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Das Haus ist wunderschön und unsere Kinder konnten toll im Garten spielen. Alles war sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Definitiv über airbnb Standard. Das Haus liegt oberhalb eines kleinen und sehr schönen Dorfes. Im Dorf gibt es 2 Tavernen und 1 Café. Man benötigt ein Auto. Strände, größere Supermärkte etc. alles in ca 15 min Entfernung mit dem Auto.

Very nice place to spend your time with friends or family. The Villa is big enough for a large group of people. The pool is nice and clean, with a view to the see, and a very nice and clean yard. Kitchen is fully equiped with everything you need. Air condition in all rooms. The entire villa is very clean. Dimitris is a very nice guy, ready to help you with everything you need.

très belle propriété. espace piscine formidable ! hôte très réactif et arrangeant. vue imprenable ! maison très soignée et très propre. un seul petit bémol : la 4 ème chambre ne possède pas de porte ; les occupants sont donc réveillés dès que quelqu'un est levé. je recommence sans réserve cette villa.

sehr schöne Unterkunft, direkt am Strand. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Ein Grillofen auf der Terrasse und die Spa Ecke sind hervorragend !

Amazing hamlet, situated in a wonderland garden, with everything your heart desires, very cozy attached outdoor area, near the sea and with all needed amenities.

A great getaway! We went for the weekend and it was wonderful! The room was clean and spacious! The kitchen was equipped with everything one would need! The hot tub room had the projector right next to the hot tub! Everything was great for a little escape fron the city! Even though it was raining for a majority of our time there, we were still able to use the hot tub, kitchen, and enjoy the nature. On top of a peaceful airbnb, the hosts were beyond generous! Their hospitality and kindness made the trip all the better! They gave us helpful information and were readily available to help us when we needed :)
