Krásna garsónka so všetkým vybavením :) poloha tiež veľmi dobrá a hostiteľka neskutočne priateľská a milá :) ďakujeme pekne a do budúcna ak by sme cestovali ešte do NR určite by som zvolila toto ubytovanie opäť :)

Place is a lot bigger then it looks in pictures. Huge kitchen and living room. Big screen TV and well maintained. Good value for money. Check in was smooth and a good host.

- Die Wohnung liegt am Rande der Ortschaft. - Leider gibt es keinen Parkplatz. Die Parkplätze vor dem Haus sind Kostenpflichtig. - 10min. zu Fuß bis zu nächsten Einkaufszenter(LIDL).

The place was nice and tidy.Exactly as it said on the website.We we're visiting during the Christmas time and the Imrich even build a Christmas tree for us with Christmas decoration.We will definitely use this place for a future holidays.

We loved our stay at Martin’s place. Location wise it is situated in a calm and peaceful neighborhood, from which we can get to the city center with public transportation, bolt or car very easily and fast. There are several great supermarkets and amenities in 5/10 minutes tops, and you can park free of charge on the street. The apartment is amazing: big, spotlessly clean, with all the things need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking, and the appliances are new and in great condition. The apartment looks even better than the photos. Martin was great, helpful and responsive when we needed. I absolutely recommend Martin’s apartment for a wonderful, comfortable stay in Bratislava.

Ми проживаємо в цій квартирі вже місяць і за цей час у нас залишилися лише найкращі враження! Квартира ідеально чиста, доглянута, зі всіма необхідними зручностями. Тут дуже затишно, комфортно та приємно перебувати. Розташування просто чудове – спокійний, красивий район, поруч усе необхідне для комфортного життя. Тут дуже гарна атмосфера, яка створює відчуття домашнього затишку. Особливо хочемо відзначити господарів – вони просто неймовірні! Дуже доброзичливі, уважні, завжди цікавляться, чи все в порядку, і готові допомогти у разі потреби. Їхнє ставлення робить проживання тут ще приємнішим. Ми дуже задоволені своїм вибором і сміливо рекомендуємо це місце всім, хто шукає комфортне житло з чудовими умовами та чудовими господарями!

Skvelá hostiteľka, príjemný bytík, tichý panelák, veľa zelene. Určite som tam nebola posledný krát. Odporúčam aj pre rodinu s dieťatkom.Vanička, hračky, detský jedálenský set na stolovanie. Dávam 10/10

Terezia was a wonder host! The instructions to the accommodation were very clear, she was very helpful in answering questions about the area and giving advice on how to get to places. The apparetment is in a very quiet area, and I felt very safe as female solo traveler coming back in the dark. There is a shop just a few minutes away, and the bus stops to centre is a few minutes away, bus 70 comes every 15 minutes from early morning till late evening and it costs less than a euro to get to centre, and the journey takes only 10-15 minutes. You can reach the airoport on bus (1 change) as well in 30-40 minutes, and Uber to the airport cost me just 7 euros. The apparetment is small, but perfect for 1 or a couple. It is clean, the bed is comfortable, the shower is good and washing machine is an extra bonus. The balcony is perfect to have breakfast or have a coffee. Overall, a little gem in Bratislava. Do not be put off by it's location a bit out of the centre

Tout s’est très bien passé, c’était vraiment un superbe appartement. Et un autre très accueillant.

S ubytovaním som teda sme veľmi spokojný, ako aj s prenajímateľom. Potešila nas aj klíma, ktorá síce nebola spomenutá vo výbave ale bolo to také príjemne prekvapenie v týchto horúčavách.

Všetko vporiadku rýchle jednanie.

Velice čistý byt. Vše perfektní. Snadný příchod na byt majitel na mě počkal. Příjemné ubytování. Definitivně se vrátím. Děkuji

Pobyt u Ivany sme si užili. Byt bol priestranný a moderný, záhradka bola veľkou výhodou, keďže sme mali so sebou aj psíka. Poloha bytu je výborná, okolie je tiché, no do mesta je to pár minút autom. Jedine negatívum sú asi presvitajúce závesy, kvôli svetlu z ulice je horší spánok.

Bola to vydarená dovolenka. Bývanie príjemné. Hostiteľ , naozaj veľmi príjemný človek. Cítili sme sa naozaj príjemne..

Quiet location and a clean spacious apartment. Both the wellness amenities and the apartment were clean and we'll maintained.

It was very cool place with swimming pool near to the festival place (approx. 15 minutes walk) where we went. We enjoyed it and we want to stay here at the next year again. ☺️

The house is very stylish and cozy, we can find there all we need with our small daughter (especially she likes playground and toys :))

urcite odporucam, vhodne tak pre rodiny alebo aj skupiny priatelov, ten byt je obrovsky, kazdy si najde svoj kutik, spolocna miestnost s gaucom a jedalenskym stolom je obrovska vhodna na posedenie s blizkymi ci priatelmi a izby su na poschodi, pomer cena a kvalita hodnotim velmi pozitivne, jedinym minusom za mna ze v popise bol uvedeny bazen a virivka pricom tam ziadne neboli
