Cascina Distrutta è una sistemazione davvero incantevole, ben arredata e completa di tutto. Letti comodi, stanze spaziose, bagni grandi con sanitari recenti, caminetti che creano un'atmosfera calda e accogliente al punto da dimenticarsi la TV. Marta ha sempre risposto celermente e si è sempre dimostrata disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Per completezza d'informazione lascio qualche info supplementare che avevo inizialmente frainteso a beneficio di chi verrà a soggiornare prossimamente: la quadrupla in mansarda e una stanza matrimoniale hanno il bagno indipendente, le altre due stanze matrimoniali hanno il bagno in comune collegato da un'anticamera con porte comunicanti. La sauna (nel momento in cui sto scrivendo questo testo) costa 30 euro al giorno e necessita l'apertura e l'accensione anticipata ad opera del vicino. Una cassetta di legna per il camino reperibile sempre dal vicino costa 10 euro, il sapone presente nei bagni è solo quello lavamani senza shampoo/docciaschiuma

A wonderful self contained ‘cottage’ set in the grounds of Marcos house and garden. A remarkably quick walk to Alassio central, balconies on both levels, very clean spacious and beautiful views. Kitchen well kitted out. We enjoyed lovely arrival supplies, useful guides to the area in a folder and Marco’s help booking excellent local restaurant. The arrival drive is up a wonderful Italian hillside, where a need for a reverse to negotiate the hairpins is the norm. Worth having the smallest car you need! A lovely stay, Thankyou.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit bei Dario und Daria! Die beiden sind wirklich tolle Gastgeber. Dario hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns nicht nur mit einem gesunden und süssen Snack überrascht, sondern auch mit Trinkwasser. Besonders schön war es, dass wir mit unseren zwei Hunden reisen konnten – der grosse, eingezäunte Garten stand uns zur Verfügung, was für uns und die Hunde perfekt war. Dario lebt überhalb der Airbnb-Wohnung und war, bei Fragen für uns da. Er hat uns eine sehr gute Einführung in die Gegend und die wichtigsten Orte in Andora di Marina gegeben und uns einen schriftlichen Guide zur Verfügung gestellt, in dem wir nachschlagen konnten. Auch Ausflüge in die benachbarten Städtchen wie Alassio sind absolut empfehlenswert. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnung, der ebenfalls sicher und eingezäunt war – sehr praktisch! Ein grosses Dankeschön an Daria für die schnelle und klare Kommunikation über Airbnb und an Dario für die Gastfreundschaft! Grazie mille!

Siamo stati nell'appartamento di Patty per 15 gg. Ci siamo trovati a nostro agio anche con il nostro piccolo pet. E' stata un'ottima esperienza, grazie anche alla gentilezza dell'host. Lo consigliamo certamente per chi ama la tranquillità.

Lovely stay at Roberta’s place :) it is a bit of a trek to the house (which is great because it means you’re in the middle of nowhere in nature!); so they kindly came collect us in the church by the closest town (just 3mim drive) and we followed them to the place. Nice small cottage with loads of private garden space and a lovely pool:) highly recommend! You can tell Roberta is so proud of her little space and is super eager to share its beauty with the guests :)

We enjoyed our stay very much. Civezza is a nice, quaint, old town, about 6 minutes by car from the nearest beach. The apartment has a very beautiful terrace overlooking the Ligurian hills and mountains, and thanks to the olive tree (and an umbrella) there is shade from morning to evening. The apartment has its own entrance on the terrace side; the house is probably at least a hundred years old (like the rest of Civezza) but very nicely updated with all facilities (dishwasher, washing machine, TV, etc) and with all amenities nearby (grocery, restaurant, parking place, etc.). The owner was very helpful and gave us a lot of suggestions for what we wanted to do.

Io, mio marito e la nostra cagnolona Gina abbiamo trascorso in questo luogo magico i giorni tra Natale e Capodanno. Immersi nel silenzio della natura, abbiamo vissuto in totale relax 5 giorni tra passeggiate Gina, letture ed escursioni nei paesi vicini dove abbiamo trovato ristoranti buonissimi. La casa è bellissima, più bella ancora che in foto. Luminosissima, calda e dotata di ogni comfort. Jessica si è resa da subito disponibile per ogni necessità. Non ce n'è stato bisogno perchè la sua casa ha tutte le carte in regola per essere un piccolo angolo di paradiso! Siamo partiti, col desiderio di tornare al più presto.

Schöne, ruhige Gegend. Die Unterkunft entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Das Meer ist leider etwas entfernt, 20 min. mit dem Auto, aber es ist den Aufwand auf jeden Fall wert. Die Unterkunft ist so wie wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Vielen Dank

Hi, vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist richtig schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Für unsere Kinder war das Trampolin ein Highlight. ( Es wurde aufgrund dessen nicht so viel nach dem Internet gefragt☺️) @Johan, wir bedanken uns für den netten Empfang und den lockeren Umgang. Ihr habt da echt was tolles erschaffen. wir haben unsere Ferientage in der Wohnung Nummer neun sehr genossen. Von der Wohnung aus hat man eine tolle Aussicht auf das Meer. Zu Fuss ist man schnell im kleinen Dörfchen. Es hat überall schöne Cafés und gute Restaurants. Einzig die Strasse war eher laut. Vor allem wenn man die Fenster geöffnet hatte. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

The apartment of Andrea is in a old building. The furniture is old too but everything is functional and clean. The neighborhood is quiet, the terrace is big with a nice view. We enjoyed our stay there. For the price it was OK.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei Gabriela und Werner, haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt! Alles war super eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und hochwertig. Die Lage und die Aussicht sind atemberaubend, die Anlage selbst ist traumhaft. Vor allem die wunderbaren Gastgeber, ihr Gastfreundschaft und Bereitschaft, unseren Urlaub zu einem echten Erlebnis zu machen, sind hervorzuheben. Sehr positiv zu erwähnen ist der sehr gut sortierte Hofladen mit moderaten Preisen. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub - vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder! Volker und Anne

nachdem wir uns mit unserem xl-bus nach sant‘ agata hochgearbeitet haben wurden wir sehr herzlich in empfang genommen. patrizia hat uns ganz schnell alles gezeigt, danach konnten wir die tolle anlage und den pool geniessen. villa angela ist super gepflegt und hat durch die höhenlage traumhafte aussicht bis zum meer, wenn es an der küste nicht zu diesig ist. weil wir ganz alleine dort waren, hatten wir die natur und die tolle location für uns 5 köpfige Familie ganz exklusiv. wenn alle apartments belegt sind muss man sicher mehr rücksicht nehmen, aber jeder findet immer ausreichend platz zu entspannen. zur ruhe zu kommen. wir kommen wieder!!!

alla casa non manca davvero nulla, pulita, essenziale, semplice ma dotata di tutto ciò che serve . il terrazzo fuori con una bella vista. il parcheggio per l'auto è all'interno del cortile, molto comodo. la casa è collegata al paese con una ripida salita ma breve. in 10 minuti si raggiunge il mare da considerare se si hanno problemi motori. ho passato un fine settimana di vero relax dato anche dalla zona veramente silenziosa

nous avons passé un agréable... le logement correspondait parfaitement à nos besoins, une fois arrivé nous pouvons tout faire à pieds, aussi nos courses, que nos activités... logement a recommandé sans hésitation

Wohnung liegt gut und ruhig in den Hügeln zw. zwei Dörfern. Die Terrasse lädt zum „Draußen Sitzen“ ein. Alpicella ist gut zu Fuß für den kleinen Einkauf und Kaffee erreichbar, die freien Stände in Alpisola waren mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen, wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt.

Comodo appartamento a pochi passi dal mare e vicino al centro e alla stazione di Pietra Ligure. Ottimo il parcheggio incluso.

Casa pulita e ordinata in ogni sua parte. Casa grande come in foto. Noi eravamo in 7 tra cui 3 bambini siamo stati benissimo. Zona tranquillissima. Graziella molto gentile e disponibile sia prima del check in fino alla fine del check out. Molto consigliata!

Super esperienza presso questo appartamento. La host super super disponibile. Era tutto come descritto nell’annuncio. Casa dotata di ogni necessità, a 4 minuti a piedi dal mare, posizione tranquilla. Sicuramente lo consiglio a chiunque debba soggiornare a Spotorno. Grazie ancora

Punto forte della casa: la posizione fantastica soprattutto per chi ha bambini, circondata da negozi (a pochi metri da ottimo pasta fresca, mini market, gelaterie, bar) e adiacente alla ZTL quindi sicura per uscire di casa con i bambini in quanto priva di traffico. La spiaggia e il parco giochi sono a pochi passi. L'alloggio è comodo per un soggiorno di due adulti e due bambini. Il letto e il divano letto sono comodi, la cucina è ben attrezzata, e l'host ha fatto trovare anche qualche prodotto per la prima colazione e qualche bustina di condimenti per non dover subito fare la spesa. Anche l'ascensorino è comodo se ci si sposta con un (piccolo) passeggino. La descrizione dell'appartamento e dei dintorni corrispondono alla descrizione e i contatti con l'host sono stati rapidi e efficienti. Unica nota dolente:il pavimento dovrebbe essere pulito più a fondo perché lasciava i piedi neri (e io passavo la scopa più volte al giorno). Però siamo stati davvero soddisfatti e torneremo sicuramente
