Pieve del Grappa : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

L’ambiente offre un perfetto connubio tra lo stile rustico, con i suoi dettagli autentici e accoglienti, e un tocco di raffinata eleganza che rende ogni spazio estremamente piacevole da vivere. Uno dei punti forti è senza dubbio il camino, che crea un’atmosfera intima e rilassante, ideale per riposarsi dopo una giornata lavorativa (l'ho utilizzato durante il periodo invernale). Inoltre, la casa è dotata di ogni utensile immaginabile, perfettamente organizzato, per soddisfare ogni necessità: dalla cucina agli accessori per la pulizia, non manca davvero nulla. Anche la doccia, poi, merita una menzione speciale: spaziosa e con un multi-getto rigenerante. Concludo includendo anche un parcheggio e super mercato a pochi passi.

We traveled with a family group of nine people and had plenty of space for everyone. And the location was peaceful, as it is about a twenty-five minute walk from the heavily visited tourist spots. There are restaurants and a grocery store nearby. It met our needs well as we visited Venice for a few days, and the owner and manager were very helpful.

Alloggio confortevole caldo e molto pulito. Biancheria a disposizione. Ilenia host premuroso e discreto. La mattina della nostra partenza nevicava e il suo papà è addirittura uscito a spalare il vialetto. Torneremo sicuramente!

I had a fantastic stay at this property ! clean, comfortable, The location was perfect, with easy access to piazzale Roma . What truly made the experience exceptional was the host. They were incredibly helpful, caring, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. From providing local recommendations to checking in to see if everything was okay, their hospitality was top-notch. We really enjoyed our stay in Spinea. We were in Padua, Trieste and Venice. The accomodation was perfect. Quite area, accomodation like description, spacious, very clean and with places for the car. Magdalena and Francesco are very nice hosts. They were every time willing to help us. For instance they offered us to wash our dirty laundry and they gave us more bath towels. It is also very well located to go to Venice. Venice is so wonderful (one needs almost three days to admire the splendour of the old town). By car or by bus 50 minutes from Spinea. We went by car. We went to the station (only 2,5 km from the accomodation). Lots of places to park the car at the station. Then we took the train to Santa Lucia (only 3 Euro a way online tickets, it takes only 15 minutes). That's it. As soon as you get out of the station Santa Lucia in Venice you have a view of the Canal Grande. It's amazing !!!

Ein schönes und großzügiges Appartement! Schöner Pool! Ruhig gelegen, gleich daneben befindet sich ein Pferdehof, was natürlich den Kindern sehr gefallen hat. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Silvia und ihr Mann haben uns sehr freundlich bei sich aufgenommen. Leider waren wir nur zwei Nächte da, aufgrund der Lage sind Ausflüge nach Treviso, Bassano oder Marostica ohne Probleme in kurzer Zeit möglich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Il nostro soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole! Il posto era impeccabile: tutto molto curato, pulito e accogliente. Rosanna è stata gentilissima e sempre disponibile nel soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta, facendoci sentire davvero a casa. Un’esperienza che consiglieremmo sicuramente a chiunque. Grazie ancora per l’ospitalità, torneremo volentieri!

Abbiamo trascorso un paio di giorni qui ed è stato tutto perfetto. Fin dall' inizio Carmen è stata molto disponibile, amichevole e ci ha accolto perfino lasciandoci in frigo dei lamponi e una crostata fatta da lei. Inoltre ci ha dato molte indicazioni su dover poter passeggiare con la nostra cagnolina Yana: lago del mis, cascata della Soffia, cadini del Brenton, lago di Santa croce... La casa era dotata di tutto il necessario e pulita. Il giardino adorabile (completamente recintato quindi perfetto per i cani) come Oliver il suo maltese che ha giocato con Yana. Consiglio assolutamente sia a chi vuole rilassarsi che a coloro che amano passeggiare/fare trekking.

We stayed for 2 months in Padua at Alberto's place and everything was great. The apartment is nice, clean and tidy, with all the necessary amenities; the location is excellent (8 minutes walk from the city centre, 5 minutes walk from the hospital). Alberto is very helpful, he responded quickly to messages and warmly welcomed us upon arrival and explained everything important in detail. Also, organized cleaning service once a week is a big advantage. We really recommend staying here, even for a longer period.

El departamento es muy cómodo. Fuimos en invierno y no pudimos aprovechar mucho la terraza. El baño es muy amplio y con buenas instalaciones. El colchón estaba muy bien y de buenas dimensiones. Hay algunos negocios y un supermercado grande en cercanías. La caminata al centro de la ciudad es relativamente corta y agradable.

Appartement très bien situé avec une terrasse qui offre un point de vue magnifique. L’appartement est confortable et il y a eu une bonne communication avec l’hôte.

Perfect. I would not look for another place to stay in Venice. Dimitri and Valentina were great hosts and the apartment exceeded all our expectations. We pre-arranged a boat transfer and got dropped off less than 200m from the apartment. On arrival Raoul checked us in and gave us great recommendations for local restaurants - our favourite was Al Vecio Maragon (pre-booking advised)! A great location, quiet but also incredibly close to the Rialto Bridge (5 minute walk), early in the morning you can visit the local bustling fish market (Peschiera Fratelli Da Vio), but I would also recommend Majer (Calle del Scaleter) for amazing croissants and coffee. The apartment itself was spotless and was very well equipped. The balcony was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring and catches the sun throughout the day! I will recommend this place to everyone, and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you very much!

We had a very enjoyable stay during christmas, the apartment was warm and cozy and very clean, there eas plenty of parking spaces and the town was in walkable distance. luca was very helpful and his dog was very friendly and cute! we are looking forward to our next stay, thank you!

perfect couple of days tucked away at Francescas apartment. she is so responsive and helpful. great views from the terrace were especially special seeing the NYE fireworks. highly recommend.

This was a great stay, all thanks to Laura- we came to Venice to run the marathon, only to find that we absolutely had to pick up the race packs the day before our flight arrived. Laura went over to Mestre in her spare time and collected our packs and had them waiting for us at the property- without her excellent support, we would not have been able to run. This was indicative of the care and attention we recieved throughout our stay. Grazie mille, Laura!

Bu evden ayrılmak istemedik! Harika bir tatildi. Evin inanılmaz güzellikteki manzarasına hayran olduk. Terası ve geniş pencereleri ile Venedik’i gerçekten evin içerisinden yaşadık. Evin konumu da şehrin tadını çıkarmak için doğru bir seçim. Ev sahibimizin organize ettiği özel transfer bizi havalimanından aldı ve evimize getirdi, dönüş günümüzde bunu tekrar kullandık ve çok rahat ettik, yorulmadık. Bunu ayarladıkları için de ev sahiplerine çok teşekkür ederiz. Ev sahibimiz Pietro bizi karşıladı çok kibar ve yardımseverdi, şahane zevkli dekore edilmiş evini gezdirdi, her şeyi tek tek anlattı. Aile apartmanı olması ve konumu itibariyle kendinizi her zaman güvende hissedebilirsiniz. Evin içinde sizin için her şey düşünülmüş, olumsuz tek bir şey söyleyemem. Kesinlikle bu eve geri dönmek isterdik. Tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle güzel Venedik!

Beautiful spot in the Rialto area of Venice. 10 mins walk to San Marco Square and most attractions. Plenty of restaurants right outside the apartment. Very centrally located. Apartment looked just as advertised and the view from the terrace was perfect. Couldn’t have asked for more.

My family and I had such an amazing time in Venice! The apartment is so unique and feels like a different world. Everything is beautifully put together and the decor is truly inspiring. We had so many nooks to explore and I feel like the photos don’t even do the space any justice. It was ten times better than we were expecting! The palazzo, that this apartment is located in, feels like you’re stepping into history. It’s just amazing!! The views from the balcony are unparalleled. I have so many photos from all the sunsets we were able to see. Definitely hire a porter for your luggage if you’re hesitant or packed a big suitcase. My family and I managed to haul our stuff up but if I ever have the pleasure of visiting again, I wouldn’t think twice about hiring help. We truly had a wonderful vacation! Thank you, Olivia!!

Monica’s apartment is beautiful and well located. It was spotless when my friend and I arrived. Monica and her husband were incredibly helpful in coordinating our transpiration from the airport and to the train station. I would absolutely stay here again.

Buena relación con el precio. Muy cerca de la Plaza de San Marcos, con agua caliente ideal para el invierno. Es pequeño para cuatro personas con muchas maletas, pero la descripción del anuncio fue exacta y menciona claramente su tamaño, así como también menciona que hay escaleras que subir. Su cercanía, precio y amenidades hacen que sea muy buena opción.
