Pieve San Lorenzo : locations de vacances

Nous y avons passé des nuits totalement paisibles et ressourçantes, et pourtant ce petit appartement se trouve au beau milieu d’un bourg ! Le lit nous a été confortable. Nous nous sommes sentis choyés par notre hôte, même s’il ne s’est pas donné de se rencontrer en direct. Le rapport qualité/prix fut excellent à nos yeux et nous pourrions repasser pour essayer la saison de l’été plutôt que celle de l’hiver.

Martina has been an amazing host, very accomodating for our big group. Great communication throughout as well. The house was just as described with lots of kitchen tools, while the view was just breathtaking. We had a great time and will definitely book the place again! If you are looking for a peaceful place immersed in nature, this is it!

First of all, Elena was amazing! She communicated with us multiple times and met us exactly when and where she said she would be to escort us to her home. As she describes, there are steps everywhere in Cinque Terra. So be prepared. But, her home and the view are just as described, “Simply Amazing!”. And, to say that her home was clean is an understatement. Cleanliness is a top priority for my family, we are hotel snobs. This place is spotless! I can’t say enough about how welcomed Elena made us feel when we got there. If we ever get back to Cinque Terra, this is exactly where we want to stay. Thanks so much Elena!!

We loved our stay here! The view from the patio was amazing and there’s lots to do in the area such as hiking, eating local cuisine and visiting the beach. I’d like to thank Craig and Gina for being such great hosts. They made sure we were well looked after and gave us lots of great recommendations and tips. Upon arrival they left us some bottled water and fresh milk as well as a hamper with some wine, bread and home-made jam and local honey. We particularly enjoyed trying the “pranzo di lavoro” or workers lunch in the local villages and eating at a restaurant all recommended to us by Craig. All the food was really good value for money compared to Florence for example. Overall, the property was exactly as the description, it was kitted out with everything we needed and matched the photos. It felt like a home away from home and we hope to stay again soon!

We stayed here for two weeks. It was myself, my wife, a 5 year old and twin 3 month olds. The accommodation was more than comfortable for all of us. Monica was a perfect host before and during our stay. We were greeted by her upon arrival and provided with an extensive document outlining all of the house recommendations, property amenities and local activities such as hiking and other excursions. The property is a little slice of heaven and we spent most of our nice days with some hiking followed by relaxing and playing by the shared bbq area which in our opinion had the best view of the surrounding mountains and valley. Monica was very responsive to all of our questions and requests during our stay. The pool was closed but we used the hot tub twice, which was very relaxing. The local restaurant in Sillico is less than a 5 minute walk and has great rustic Tuscan food with local ingredients. Thanks for an excellent experience we endeavour to come back hopefully next time in the summer!

A truly magnificent place to stay in Tuscany!! Picture perfect views, sunsets & a true feeling for the area. We stayed in the downstairs unit, and it was so, so beautiful- from the ceilings to the kitchen and the arched windows to admire the views. Equipped with everything we needed. Francesco and his family were so welcoming & friendly, making us feel completely at home and welcome. Our children were free to play & explore. The Farm to Plate experience was just brilliant & something we will never forget- our youngest is now chief Tiramisu maker (kid friendly version) when we get home! It is a must-do! Tom & Meatball (the cats) & Antonello (the dog) were a loving addition to the stay! We would return in a heartbeat and would recommend staying here to everyone!

Wir planten einen Kurzurlaub, weg vom Altagsstress. Tatianas Unterkunft ist dafür genau das Richtige! Am Abend hört mann nur die Stille und die Geräusche der Natur! Herrlich! Jeden Morgen gab es ein Frühstück vor die Türe, welches aus selbstgemachten Zutaten bestand (Brot,Ei, Honig etc.). Tatiana war immer schnell erreichbar und hilfbereit. Danke für alles! Die Anfahrt mit dem Auto ist ein wenig speziell, jedoch für sichere Autofahrer mit einem Personenwagen durchschnittlicher Grösse gut machbar. Auch dahingehend wurden wir vorgängig gut beraten. Wer Zeit für sich will und nicht tägliche Unterhaltung von aussen benötigt ist genau richtig!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist stilvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Der Blick auf den See (von allen Zimmern) ist unschlagbar. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreicht man mit dem Auto in ungefähr 20 Minuten. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr unkompliziert. Kommen gerne wieder!

We got lost a bit as apparently these kinds of places don’t have an address. So you need to pin the grotto/church, and then look for a bus stop/parking/stairs going up. We had a lot of luggage, and they have a contraption that can help all the luggage up. But better if you travel light. Using the “train” has a fee. But still it was worth it. The Place was beautiful. If you want a quiet time to be away from it all, this is the place. The views are amazing. The house has 3 levels with different rooms. A lot of climbing stairs so not good for those with knee problems. It is not very accessible with public transport. But they can provide a taxi service for €20 going to Riomaggiore (5mins away). The interiors were well decorated and spacious. It has everything you need. Laura and Pala are the best hosts! They made you feel like they are family. Love them and hope we can go back there one day!
