Pigneto, Rome : locations de vacances avec jacuzzi

L' appartamento e' in una ottima posizione, vicino al parco dell' Appia antica, villa Lazzaroni e la metro A a 10 minuti a piedi. Vicino alla via commerciale via Appia Nuova ma non nel mezzo del trambsto. L'appartamento e' spazioso e luminoso, dotato di tutto il necessario (inclusi set di cortesia di saponi vari, spugne e tutto quello che serve in un appartamento). Un elogio particolare ad Antonietta, host insieme ad Andrea, che oltre alla flessibilita' nel venire incontro ad ogni esigenza, reagisce praticamente tutti i giorni e in tutti gli orari in un batter d' occhio. Grazie mille!

Valerio è stato molto gentile e super disponibile, la casa è molto carina e con un grande spazio esterno, godibile soprattutto con temperature più calde. siamo stati bene

Aucun problème à signaler, on a surtout apprécié l'espace, intérieur et extérieur. C'est rare à Rome. Le quartier est très calme, on entend un peu les trains. Le matériel à disposition est un peu basique, mais suffisant. Seul point négatif: les oreillers de très mauvaise qualité. Nous recommandons pour une famille.

Host molto disponibile per ogni evenienza. Appartamento in zona molto tranquilla e abbastanza ben connessa tramite la stazione ferroviaria (circa 15/20m a piedi) sia con Roma centro che con aeroporto di Ciampino

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Angelo. il est adorable, nous avons même été accueillis avec des bières et petites spécialités. Le logement correspondait parfaitement à la description et était très agréable. La petite cour intérieure est un vrai plus pour pouvoir se poser après une longue journée. Angelo nous a également conseillé des restaurants et activités à faire. Bref c'était parfait ! Encore merci Angelo.

Staying at this gem of a villa in Piana del sole (just 20minutes from the centre of Rome) was the perfect weekend getaway from the stress of the city! The jacuzzi worked wonderfully and the outdoor lounge area was very pretty and accommodating. The interior part of the house looked much better than the pictures, so my only criticism would be to take some new pictures to show off how nice it is 🤗 All in all would 100% stay again.

Fabio was an amazing host. Incredibly kind and helpful! He waited for us at the Airbnb and showed us all in detail. Thanks for the goodies lefts for us!!! He was of great help to find public transport into the tourist sites which we really appreciated!! The house was just ABSOLUTELY impecable, very modern (a rare find in Rome!!!!) and soooo spacious!! There were 8 of us and we never felt on top of each other! It takes a bit of time and knowledge to sort out transport but once done, it is very easy to get into the city. We took the bus 31 towards EUR Magliana metro (if you get up early you can use their $1.50 euro carpark) and then metro it very quickly everywhere. The only issue is that the buses were unreliable but once on the metro it was SUPER EASY! Thanks so much Fabio! We highly recommend this Airbnb to all!!

appartamentino grazioso ,tranquillo, pulito . Peccato di esserci andato in questa stagione e non aver potuto usate la piscina, è davvero carina. Host gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo.

Lovely villa, easy to find and place was a lot bigger than you’d expect and was great for the kids to have space with the pool. Hosts were great and responsive to any queries. Quite well suited for things like shops, few restaurants in area as well although we opted for a couple takeaways as easier with having the kids with us when we were there which was easy enough to do. We originally were planning on staying in center of Rome but rented a car and stayed here, best decision we made as it allowed us to travel around to places like Pompeii and there is a lake not far with loads of small towns to visit. Would advise anyone renting a car to look into the ZTL boundaries for Rome, we were only made aware by the sat nav making a passing comment but it was no issue as only really applies to parts of the center. Overall a great experience and Rome/surrounding areas are surreal.

En na eu un accueil très chaleureux, l’appartement était magnifique grand lit jolie salle de bain avec jacuzzi le Colisée était un quelques minutes à pied l’endroit était calme j’ai eu aucun soucis lieux très sécurisé je recommande ce logement les yeux fermés 😍👌🏼

La casa davvero spaziosa e con tutto l’occorrente per passare un piacevole soggiorno. Adattissima a gruppi numerosi (noi eravamo in 10 persone)! Non vicinissima al centro di Roma ma che, con un po’ di organizzazione, risulta comunque facile da raggiungere! L’Host gentilissimo in quanto è venuto incontro alle nostre esigenze!

Beautiful house in a quiet and private area. Comfortable beds and nice facilities. Would definitely stay again and Giorgio and me his daughter were very helpful.

Fabio and his mother were fabulous hosts. Their villa was welcoming and clean with amazing views of Rome from the living room. We enjoyed Frascati, Rome, and other small towns nearby. Train was easily accessible. Restaurants and vino terrific! Staying at the villa made our family vacation a wonderful memory! Grazie Fabio ! We may return in the near future!

The house was exactly as described and we had a wonderful time. Communication was always spot on and Flavio was a great host. Everything worked perfectly. The house is in a great location. Perfect for day trips into Rome or to the surrounding hilltop towns. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.
