From the start Daniela was very friendly, helpful and an amazing host. Her apartment was lovely and had everything we needed for our stay. A great location for Marco Simone Golf Club and only a short uber ride away from central Rome. Highly recommend.

We loved staying at Bruno’s and Britta’s place. The apartment is spacious with a great terrace and an amazing once in a lifetime view of St. Peter’s basilica. The walk to the Vatican is only 13 minutes, however the area felt quiet, very safe, and less touristy than other parts of Rome we visited. There’s a variety of restaurants, supermarkets and other shops nearby. Very good transit links are reachable within short walking distance. Britta and Bruno communicated proactively and thoroughly.

Un appartement au calme, au fond d'une impasse, avec une grande terrasse ombragée pour profiter des repas dehors. Alessandra est aux petits soins. Idéal pour un séjour romantique.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa ed è stato veramente molto confortevole trovare un ambiente caldo e pulito. Letti comodissimi e la casa è veramente bella . Ampio spazio esterno molto curato e cortile privato con parcheggio. La consiglio con estremo piacere a tutti ci siamo trovati benissimo. Un caro saluto torneremo presto a trovarvi.

Great place to stay near Rome! Very easy access to all Rome has to offer and still being peaceful and private!

Claudia and Fabio were amazing hosts. The week before our stay they were in constant contact helping arrange transportation from the airport to the flat. On the way from the airport to the flat Fabio gave us a ride and a little tour. The flat was well maintained and had everything we needed. It was close to Vatican City and walkable to everything we needed. If we get to Rome again we will definitely stay here. Cannot recommend them enough. Also we’re very responsive to questions and proactive with messages. Plus they gave us a gift basket and a gift for our five year olds birthday. They go above and beyond! Simply amazing!

Antonella went above and beyond to make our stay excellent. She was responsive during our trip and helped us pick restaurants to eat at and booked a taxi for us. Was very accommodating for our 3 month old as well. Would highly recommend staying here when you visit Rome! Location was perfect to stay in a quieter area with easy public transport into the center within 20/30 mins.

Appartement conforme en tout points à l’annonce. Nedim a été très réactif et attentionné à mes demandes et questions. Très bon emplacement proche du métro pour se rendre rapidement dans le centre de Rome. Environnement un peu bruyant mais c'est normal pour un centre ville. Merci à Alissa et à sa maman pour leur accueil chaleureux.

Квартира соответствует описанию, находится в 10 мин. От Ватикана . Район спокойный и чистый Хозяин квартиры был очень любезен по нашей просьбе заказывал нам такси с аэропорта и обратно. Большое ему Спасибо. У нас была замечательная поездка Останавливались на одну неделю. Семья из 4 человек.

séjour très agréable.le logement est idéalement situé pour visiter Rome. Le marché situé dans la rue est pratique et il n' y a pas de nuisance.Fabia est une une hôte accueillante et disponible. je commande cet appartement.

Thanks Luca and Alessia for their hospitality. We really liked the flat and its location. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with a child, we felt at home. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, the neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!

The apartment was of course terrific. The real star of the show was Gabriella: you soon find out that when she says her passion is making her guests comfortable and safe and that her first priority is you, she absolutely means it. Her communication was excellent, and there was no task too large or too small that she couldn’t do for us. If only every host had her energy and enthusiasm for making your stay as close to perfect as it could possibly be. So, go ahead and book this place. You’ll be glad you did.

Excelente apartamento muito grande , cama muito confortável, Nicola nos deixou macarrão , bolinhos e croassant .Muito perto da.estacao de trem e em frente ao ponto de ônibus. Fizemos tudo a pé muito bem localizado.

Sehr tolle Gegend die perfekt angebunden ist. Ich war schon mehrmals in Rom und würde immer wieder in die Unterkunft von Jochen. Das Viertel ist wirklich toll, man kann super schnell zum Bus um in die Innenstadt zu fahren, hat Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars und tolle Cafes direkt am Piazza um die Ecke - Testaccio ist ein wahrer Traum! In der Wohnung war auch alles in Ordnung und sauber :)

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung war grossräumig, sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet – genau wie beschrieben. Nertila war eine tolle Gastgeberin: Sie hat immer schnell auf unsere Anfragen reagiert und war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Wenn wir wieder nach Rom kommen, würden wir sehr gerne erneut bei Nertila wohnen!

Un appartement idéalement placé, très propre et calme. Tout est disponible a proximité ( arrêt bus, restaurant, supermarché, bar….) et le petit plus est la place de stationnement. Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation

The bed is comfortable and location is an easy walk to Piazza Navona. For the hot water heater, make sure to turn on with a couple hours to heat the water for showers. The key is an older door lock, so turn it a couple times for the bolt to unlock. Watch the instructional video for access too.

Чудесная квартира за свою цену! Район немного далеко от центра, но туда довольно легко попасть на общественном транспорте. Очень удобно, что в квартире две ванные комнаты. Отличные спальни, несколько телевизоров, хорошо оборудованная кухня 🙏 Рекомендуем!

C'est notre deuxième séjour chez Luca. Nous apprécions beaucoup la localisation à la fois proche de la gare et assez proche de sites touristiques comme le Colisée et le Capitole. La rue est calme et pratique. Commerces et restos à proximité. J'aime l'allure vieillotte de l'endroit. Un grand portique, quatre bâtiments entourant une cour, des balcons donnant sur l'intérieur (ça me fait penser à Sofia Loren et Marcello Mastroianni dans Une journée particulière). L'appartement contient de vieux meubles et beaucoup de livres, dvd et cd. Les murs sont décorés de belles gravures. L'appartement est petit mais convient bien à deux personnes pour un court séjour. La minuscule cuisine est assez complète. Ses armoires font penser à une brocante, beaucoup de choses en double ou en triple, certaines belles et d'autres moins. La salle de bain est très bien. Quelques bémols: La minuscule télé ne servant qu'aux dvd, le confort du mobilier. Par contre, le wifi est excellent. Merci Luca et Sofia.
