Kasia was an excellent host and her house was beautiful! The view of the lake was absolutely stunning in winter, as it would be regardless of the season. The kitchen was well equipped, accommodating multiple cooks at once, and everything was spotless - we found we could even use a cup without rinsing because there wasn't even a speck of dust on anything! On top of all this, Kasia was friendly and always quick to respond, and even answered right away when we called with a question. Would definitely stay again!

This house was gorgeous and the perfect size for our familys' Christmas vacation. We had some issues due to a dramatic drop in temperature and a frozen pipe leaving us without water in the kitchen and the bottom floor not useable due to the cold. However, our hosts were immediately responsive, providing a small portable heater and ultimately a plumber to resolve the issues. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed to cook for my family for the week. The large shovel and broom were helpful to remove the snow. We loved the fire places, watching the snow fall via all the hugh windows and falling to sleep under the stars through skylight windows in the master bedroom. We look forward to staying again in the summer to experience more of what this wonderful home and area has to offer!

We had a wonderful stay! Haifa has done a beautiful job with the place and we really appreciated all the extra touches - a treat tray on arrival, wine, hot cocoa for kids and very well stocked bathroom supplies. The place is located in an amenity filled community. We went for local skiing and decompressed at the ceramics shop making artwork with the kids . We will be back again soon!

Super homey and cozy. Very relaxing. Enough space for both families. Music theme was cool. Will def want to revisit in the spring/summer!

Garen was an exceptional host! he laid out extremely helpful house & community instructions and was super responsive & kind throughout. In addition he was extremely accommodating about check in / out times which proved super valuable for our group. Last but not least, the BnB was as beautiful as advertised and was perfect during our stay. We hope to come back again!

This is our third time at the lake house. The beautiful views of the lake are magnificent! It just never gets old. The house was nice and clean and the beds were so comfortable! The two living rooms plus the basement are so great when having a group stay at the house. Plenty of TV’s for everyone to enjoy. Our hosts David & Lee have always been super friendly and are always very responsive when needed. We can’t wait to go back!

If you're looking for a weekend getaway and proper 'cabin in the woods' feeling, BOOK THIS PLACE!! Ample space for 5-6 Adults. The only drawback is no Air Conditioner. But if you're going with good friends and family, it's an amazing time!

Everything about the home and the host was exactly as decribed in the ad. The host communicated clearly and was always responsive. Th home was beautiful inside and out and very clean, it had everything needed for the stay.The area was safe and easy to get around to wherever you wanted to go. This is an amazing place to stay and I would highly recommend this host and home for your next stay.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay a great deal. It's located in a large gated community on one of the hills in the area, and the community included amenities like indoor tennis courts, an indoor pool, and an indoor hot tub. It also includes a restaurant at the top of the hill. We made great use of the tennis courts. The restaurant at the hilltop was doing a special "beer and beef" night, and while the restaurant isn't fancy, the food tasted good and the price was a tremendous value compared to New York City. Because it's a gated community, it's necessary to complete some paperwork before the stay, but we had a smooth check-in and did not experience any problems. Bilian was really patient with all my questions, for which I was grateful.

Great place!! It's an ideal rental. It has everything you need for your stay without a lot of personal items. So, it feels more like your vacation rental vs someone elses house. The rear of the house opens to a wooded area giving it a secluded feel and the deer walk right up to the deck.

Great place to stay within a great community. Had ample space for my guest and I. Definitely wish we could have stayed longer!

Everything was great. The beds were very comfortable. I really liked the sheets too. The house was very clean and well equipped. We were there for work and had issues getting to the office to pick up our pass for the trash compactor due to the office hours conflicting with our work hours. Susan and Phil were very accommodating and picked up our trash for us which was super helpful. They also left a couple bottles of wine which was a nice touch. We’ll definitely be back next year and recommend staying here!

nice rental. hosts communication was superb. very nice and quiet community w tons of amenities. we went to the lake thinking we would have to pay hourly rate for boat rental and the boats were free to take out on lake as long as you wanted. we took out a canoe. everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Guests were all very friendly and respectful as well. We had great time and would definitely recommend this rental and the community.

Perfect location for a small family looking for a ski weekend at big bear. Conveniently location just a quarter mile away from the ski area. Cabin was clean, well equipped and well maintained.

The neighborhood is very nice, skiing mountain only 3 min of drive, the house was spotless clean and everything very organized, well equipped basement with lots of entertainment activities and playing tables. Responsive host. Worth the price, we even asked for a late checkout and they did sn exception for us.

Mike was amazing and very responsive and the place was as beautiful and cozy as the photos. Clean, good amount of amenities, comfortable bedding. Highly recommend for a group!!

Super Fun Time at Melissa’s Place! Melissa’s place is awesome! We had a blast there. The hot tub was so cool—we chilled in it a ton. The game room was the best with video games and arcades ! We played all day. It’s in a quiet spot with lots of trees. We went to Bushkill Falls nearby—it’s like a mini waterfall and super pretty! There’s also an animal farm with snakes and stuff. The house has comfy beds and TVs in every room. The living room has a fireplace, and we played board games. The kitchen was great for cooking too. Melissa was nice and kept everything clean. We didn’t want to leave! We’re totally coming back!

We had a wonderful stay at Poke A Nose Inn — the perfect getaway from the hustle of daily life. The Hideout offered plenty of fun activities, and the peaceful atmosphere made it extra special. We’d love to come back in the fall!

Aretha is so very kind and helpful. Our stay was amazing just because of her organization, clear and concise communication and understanding. The place was beautiful and had everything that we needed for our little vacay. This is definitely the place to go if you’re looking for a little getaway.
