What you see is what you get 🤍 worth the price we paid. Good for 3 person but the space was good for i think 5 haha spacious also and walking distance to market.

Sam's place is like my second home whenever I visit Manila and we often stay for 3 weeks or more. The place is quiet and private even the building is next to the road which makes it accessible and convenient be it taking public transport, taxi, grab or even just walking to the nearby SM Southmall, 7-11 & tons of food places all around. Sam's place is spacious, clean, and has all the basic amenities needed during our stay. I love that it even has a coffee maker! The hosts, Sam and Michelle were very responsive to our requests when we need something and their staffs were also polite and helpful. I highly recommend Sam's place.

We attended a wedding in Farm Hills and found the Nordic Penthouse in Airbnb which is only a 10-minute drive to the venue. The place is very nice and neat! Plus points for me na the unit is located in the rooftop. 😁 Super thank you also to Sir Leo who is very responsive. The instructions upon check-in is very clear and my partner and I had no issues. Will definitely come back!

Such a homey place. Unit has an accessible convenience store on basement 1. With gym, pools, and amazing green and city view. The place is also clean with perfectly working air-condition on both bedrooms. Can actually cover the living room. Thanks, Vanessa. Would definitely book again.

This is my second time at Carla’s place and just like before, it was a great stay! Place was clean and spacious as always. Instructions are clear and we have everything needed to have an enjoyable stay. We were able to rest and enjoy a bit of downtime while the kids enjoyed the pool a lot! Oh and the welcome gift too!! We had a great experience at the property! From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The home was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. We had a wonderful stay. The place was spacious, clean and with complete amenities. There was just water leaking from the glass roof on top of the dining area since it was pouring when we stayed. The microwave also seemed not to heat up (or maybe we just didn't know how to operate), and the ants also easily appeared in the kitchen when food there's food. Regardless, it was a nice home to stay at. No major turn-off during our stay.

The place is very accessible. Self check in was smooth. The place was in great condition when we arrived. Clean and very comfortable. Wifi is lightning fast kahit marami kami. Malamig sa place. We had a great time.

Thank you for a great stay. Although we had to wait for check-in due to wrong pin instructions. Spacious unit and complete equipment. We enjoyed using their portable speaker and mic but we weren't able to use Netflix/Youtube since their tv has problem with the connection.

Staying at the host place was so confortable. Complete kitchen. Very pleasant in communicating and always fast in response. A good place to walk about to get to the nearest store and all as it is cooling and windy even in the day. Thank you for letting us stay at your superb place. I would love to stay here again in future.

The place is very peaceful. Surrounded by trees and plants. There are cows beyond the fence from the swimming pool and it was nice watching them eat and ran around the enclosure. They provided towels and bedsheets has a light blanket. The place has a very homey vibe. 2 rooms has its own bathrooms. I love that it had a washing machine, since we were traveling for several days already before arriving in Cuenca summer house. I would suggest a microwave for people who might need it. With my family we didn’t really need it. I was just the one who thought about it. All in all, I love the place. The care taker Jepoy was excellent and very helpful. Will definitely recommend this place.

I really loved the place. It’s quiet and very convenient to get around places. The parking is nice. The rooms are big enough and clean. The host and co-host are really welcoming and easy to talk to. They even allowed me to do a really late check out. The amenities are prestine
