Sam's place is like my second home whenever I visit Manila and we often stay for 3 weeks or more. The place is quiet and private even the building is next to the road which makes it accessible and convenient be it taking public transport, taxi, grab or even just walking to the nearby SM Southmall, 7-11 & tons of food places all around. Sam's place is spacious, clean, and has all the basic amenities needed during our stay. I love that it even has a coffee maker! The hosts, Sam and Michelle were very responsive to our requests when we need something and their staffs were also polite and helpful. I highly recommend Sam's place.

Stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. Ms. Ann was very responsive especially on my late requests for the additional guest. Place was so cozy. Overall experience- 10/10 Will stay again if given the chance and will recommend this to friends.

Sir Aurelio and Mr. Arjay were incredibly responsive and accommodating from the booking process to check-out. The room was well worth the price—it was clean, quiet, and provided a relaxing ambiance, enhanced by its soothing, white-painted walls. Thank you Sir Mel. My family enjoyed your place. Very generous with toiletries that we do not need to use ours. Place is quiet and safe, we slept very well. Both rooms upstairs has bathroom and another 1 downstairs that is very helpful for us coz we do not need to wait for each other to finish. Fully airconditioned even downstairs. It also has a room for house maid which is useful for us coz we brought our helper with us that day. TV has netflix 😍 One thing I will suggest is if you can install big mirrors in the rooms as it is difficult to prepare and do makeup in small mirrors in the bathroom. But overall this is perfect. 👌 next time we need to do something in Muntinlupa area, I will book this again.

Excellent use of space. The unit was neat and orderly. Also, the table size is good for remote workers, and the Wi-Fi worked properly during our stay. P.S: I really liked their pillows the most, had the best sleep in a while :D

Villa Angelica is a beautifully maintained retreat in Samal Bataan that exceeded all our expectations. The rooms and bathrooms are impeccably clean, and the pool sparkles with crystal-clear water. The spacious garden provides plenty of room for relaxation and fun. The host was always quick to respond to my inquiries, showcasing professionalism and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, my friends and I had a fantastic time at Villa Angelica, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a memorable getaway!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Keso Villa at Camaya Coast, and after almost 5 hours of travel, it was absolutely worth it! The villa is just perfect for our group of 10 adults and 2 kids. Everyone loved the space, and it provided the perfect setting for relaxation. The highlight for us was the mini infinity pool, where we all gathered to unwind and have great conversations while enjoying the view. The location is ideal, just a few minutes’ drive to Camaya Coast Beach, which made it easy for us to explore and enjoy the beach. Our host, Caryl, was amazing—patient and very helpful with all of my questions. She made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out, and we truly appreciated her assistance. Thank you, Caryl, for being so accommodating! This trip was a last-minute getaway before we head back to work next week, and it was so worth it. Perfect place for an overnight stay at Camaya Beach and fun park.

Needed a larger space for two families with younger and older kids and this place was the perfect spot. A few of us joined Spartan races in Bataan and this was a perfect location for our rest spot and for families who wanted a peaceful yet fun place to swim, read books and run around. This place can easily fit 3 smaller families as each room has their own bathroom plus additional pool shower and bathroom. Lastly and most important, Jhoana was a great host. Went above and beyond. We left an ipad in the house and was almost at NLEX entrance but they were willing to meet half way to pick it up. Even without this great gesture, she was very easy and pleasant to talk to, answering all our questions, checking up on us but also respecting our privacy and time. Would easily recommend this place.

Mark Gervy was super responsive and helpful. The place felt like home and there were heaps of restaurants nearby. Only thing is the building doesn’t have a ramp so it was a bit of a struggle with our heavy luggage (not the host’s fault, just sharing). Maybe just improve or sanitise the foam mattress as we got a few bites from bed bugs, and the blanket could be better too. Overall though, Mark’s honestly one of the best hosts we’ve had. The place and host are highly recommended and we’d definitely come back!

The building was well maintained. Staff were very courteous and friendly. The unit is nice and neat, and as it is in the picture. Ralf was accommodating and very responsive to any questions. The map location and address will send you some where else…me and some friends all booked at Poco a Poco but when we got there the map told me and my buddy to go somewhere else while my friend and his buddy’s host met them at their room at poco a poco. Don’t waste a walk the location is at poco a poco. ( I know it hints at it in the photos but it’s kind of misleading when the map and address bring you else where). Maybe it will get fixed after this post …other than that it was amazing!
