Had an enjoyable stay at Tessie's place. The apartment is located just a stone's throw away from The Westin Hotel and Residences Manila and Shangri-la EDSA Hotel. Both 5 star luxury hotels located in premier city addresses all over the world.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the check-in and check-out process seamless. It’s a perfect spot for a barkada getaway—spacious, comfortable, and convenient. Highly recommend this place and would definitely return!

If you’d like to wake up and walk a few steps to the gondola, ski lessons or the equivalent of a block to Treehouse (for kids), this is the place. It also overlooks the ice rink. Parking is easy and just a short elevator to the condo (under 2 mins condo to car). This is our second stay in this unit and it’s very comfortable, well supplied and allows us to cook almost all of our meals, which we prefer. Highly recommend.

During our stay at Nads Place Manila, we was thoroughly impressed by the overall quality and service provided. Impeccable Cleanliness: Cleanliness is evidently a priority at Nads Place Manila. The entire area, including the swimming pool, is kept in pristine condition. The pool is inviting and well-maintained, offering a perfect spot to relax and unwind. Comfortable Accommodation: The rooms are exceptionally clean and well-furnished, providing a cozy and comfortable environment. The attention to detail in maintaining the rooms ensures a pleasant stay, allowing guests to feel at ease and rejuvenated. Exceptional Staff and Service: The staff at Nads Place Manila are incredibly accommodating and attentive.

Sustain: - great communication with hosts - optional parking space close to elevator - inviting and attentive reception staff - incredible helper provided for check in - 5 star location and property is very tidy - pool is serviced daily - instructions for laundry are clear and unit works great - beds are restful and clean, smell great - bathrooms are well maintained and clean - air conditioner in rooms work well - silverware and cooking set provided is good - competitively priced for location - overall 4.5 / 5 stars! improve: - listing instructions are clear but I suggest directional bearings (N, S, E, W) - address provided for listing is incorrect and taking Grab or a taxi will send you behind the building entrance. - air conditioner in common area is quite chilly even set to higher temperatures. - main door to balcony has a pinch point flaw with locking mechanism, suggest to service door or update instructions to tilt handle upwards before engaging lock.

We were a group with small children and the space worked out perfectly for us. It's a true 3-bedroom condo. The space was clean. A/C worked in all the rooms. Communication with the host was excellent. They were very responsive to all our needs and gave great recommendations. The property itself was in a great location. It was walking distance to many restaurants, stores, and a shopping center. Most importantly, we felt safe. Although, if you are a light sleeper, I'd suggest bringing a noise machine. Two of the rooms have windows that face the main street and the noise can be loud all hours of the night. Otherwise, this was a great property.

Great stay in BGC. Lots of restaurants nearby, a walkable area, lots of shopping and a safe environment. The pictures of the room is the same in person. 2 good sized rooms to sleep. AC works well for the hot days outside. 2 full bathrooms and plenty of space. There’s also a few umbrellas if it’s raining.

Very nice and centrally located place in BGC with all amenities. Not to mention a very responsive and caring host.

Fun room! I liked playing games and using the projector! Not to mention it’s right next to Venice Grand Canal Mall! I would recommend this place!

This was our first time having a host personally accompany us to the room, explaining all the facilities and the dos and don’ts. The host even gave us a tour of the unit and showed us how everything works. He is very responsive, flexible, and accommodating, even with our super late check-in time. The place truly felt like home—everything you need is there. The location is very accessible, and the host even suggested nearby night markets, which added to the experience. The building is also very safe—you need to tap the access card to enter, exit, and even go to your designated floor. The high-tech features added to the convenience. Highly recommended!

Nice and clean with all the needed amenities. Location is great, walking distance to Manila Runway leading to NAIA T3. Close to restaurants, personal services, and World Resort Mall. I'll use this place again.

when we arrived at Jun's place after being stuck in China for 24 hours we felt straight at home... the place is really homey. it's like a home away from home. everything you need... it's all there. the place is near everything and everywhere... just across the street is the edsa shangri-la mall and a few more steps away is the megamall. there's a live band and food stalls that starts from Friday till Sunday and lots of different restaurants and shops near too. when you get inside the condo you are greeted by a smiling security guard and friendly receptionist that would greet you anytime of the day. also, they now have a rif card so it makes you feel more secured than before. Joanne is also really friendly and easy to contact... we came home late one night and when we get to the door... the key broke and luckily Joanne is there to the rescue. she managed to send us a duplicate key ASAP... thank God for lalamove. we had the key copied the next day and left it with the other keys.

I have stayed in Alfonso's condo unit countless times. The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, shopping and businesses. Alfonso is an excellent host—responsive, friendly, and very accommodating to my requests. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the space felt like a second home to me. In fact, a few times I have factored the availability of Alfonso's place in deciding when to go to the Philippines. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Philippines and looking for to stay around BGC area. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Tito Manuel is very accommodating and very helpful. He is very welcoming and pleasant to talk to. Most probably I will book again his place next time.

Our 2nd time with this resort and definitely not the last. Overall experience is amazing!

Overall a good place to stay. 10-15 min walk to mall/grocery/BGC *** Only issue is that there are Roaches 🪳, like A Lot. I don’t think it’s specific to this unit, the whole building has them. During my 7 day stay I personally killed about 30-40 of them. They are BOLD. Come walking right on the counters middle of day, even with lights on and you sitting there. I personally grew up with roaches 🪳 so it wasn’t the end of the world, but if you don’t have a tolerance for them this unit is not for you. A bit smaller in person than it looks in the photos. The building staff/community were all very friendly and welcoming.

Host Mera was very responsive and accommodating to our concerns. The unit is cozy, clean and inviting. It has kitchen tools and utensils if you want home-cooked meals. The building has enough amenities such as landscaped gardens and outdoor pools if you want to stay within the premises. The place is near malls and other activities within the EDSA Guadalupe area. My partner and I enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended place and we'll be booking this again in the future.

This is my second stay at Mia's place, and I still very much enjoyed it. Great shopping, pharmacies, convenience stores, and restaurants just outside the building. And only a 30-minute drive to Mall of Asia. Caretaker Marvin was also very responsive and friendly when I asked if I can drop off my bags before the check in time. I will definitely return to this unit whenever I'm in Manila, and I have recommended family to book this place as well!
