The place was very easy to find. We were greeted by their very helpful and friendly staff Kuya Dodong. The house was amazing! All the rooms were clean and tidy, bedsheets and linens were neatly placed and smelled nice too! We had lots of fun cooking in the very spacious kitchen and had our Media Noche in the dining hall with a view. Greatly recommended place. Very helpful staff and will definitely recommend to friends and family who are seeking a very nice stay in Tagaytay.

THE PLACE WAS SO RELAXING! From the arrival to the tour of the airbnb and the rooms just wow! Pool was also warm so you can still swim at night. Defintely comijg back here again 1000/10❤️!

The best thing about this place is that both the host and caretaker are responsive and helpful. There’s no nearby store, but Ate Gerlyn helped us buy what we need. She’s one text away if ever we needed assistance in something. The location is not too far, but the street leading to the airbnb is narrow and steep. The place is clean, and it’s nice to have an open kitchen. There are two big bedrooms with a bathroom each and one small bedroom in the basement where the dirty kitchen and another t&b are located. It rained for a while during the night of our stay so the floor beside the pool was slippery so be careful about that. There’s a sponge mop though that we always used to prevent someone from slipping since we have kids with us. It would be better if the floor tiles beside the pool are rough textured to prevent accidents. Overall, our stay was great and we would probably stay there again if given a chance.

Mylene was very responsive and helped us with all questions immediately. The home is very safe, within a gated community with a guard present at all times as well as gated property itself. The area is residential, but within a short drive or tricycle ride to plenty of grocery stores. The man selling Taho for breakfast walks by every morning! One thing to note; this is a traditional Filipino residence, it is not a western-standard home. The bedroom sizes are not large, but there are plenty of them & 3 of them are air-conditioned. There are 3 bathrooms (one en-suite upstairs, one hallway bath upstairs, and one full bath downstairs) and the two upstairs have hot-water heaters for the showers. While there is no hot-water in the kitchen, there is a water boiler machine (IYKYK) that keeps water hot all day, so you can rinse your dishes in boiling water if that's important to you. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Mylene's place and are grateful for her hospitality.

This was a repeat booking and it was even better than the previous stay. The place is bigger, so we were able to bring a bigger family. My family was extremely pleased and satisfied with the amenities. We had a very relaxing time. The beach was calming, the noise all natural, an idyllic getaway. We are returning again, definitely, my mother already declared!

It was great staying at Irene's place. We like to walk around and my husband enjoys the morning walk around MOA. The place is also near at the bargain centre of Baclaran.

The owner was very kind. Even though we arrived early, she arranged for us to check in. We stayed with our family of three and all of us had a comfortable 10 days.

The place was a good one to stay. It has complete amenities as listed on the description. The host was also responsive to our request and provided everything we have to know prior our stay. It was a good experience overall.

I randomly checked out this accommodation and asked Paulo all the questions I had, which he answered very promptly. We were looking for a place away from buildings and vehicles, and this one was exactly what we were looking for! Just expect a 15-20 minute trek—there’s a caretaker who will guide you. When we arrived, it was raining, so be careful as the path can get slippery. But once you reach the place, it’s so beautiful. Overall, our stay was private, and both the host and the caretaker were very accommodating. The signal is intermittent, but that’s to be expected given the location. Tip: You may ask the caretaker to buy things you need, but be sure to maximize the effort he’s putting in, as it’s difficult to go back and forth. And of course, tipping is key! We’ll definitely go back! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

We had a pleasant and unique experience when we stayed here. The place is clean and all the appliances are available for use. My kids love staying in the attic since it’s surprisingly spacious and you can feel the cool breeze from outside. Innsbruck is indeed a modern bahay kubo in the middle of the city. The host is responsive and accommodating as well.

A great place to relax. The weather is chilly, especially from evening until early morning. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can cook—just remember to bring essentials, especially drinking water. The internet speed is surprisingly good for such a remote location, and the owner is very responsive.

从卧室一步就能迈入自然风景里面，如果你是自然爱好者，这里真的是和大家说的一样是深山里面一颗宝石，我真的会再来很多次。床上用品和厕所也都很干净，唯一就是没有热水器，希望Dan可以买一个燃气热水器，这样的话Dan的房子就真的是一颗璀璨的宝石，我会想长期住在这里
