The maps led us right to the place .The walk upto the fourth floor was well worth the breathtaking view! The place with the large terrace was private and our husky enjoyed it. The place was clean with a well equipped kitchen. The linen was clean.There was equipment for a barbecue and a tent could be put up sleeping outside in it was great!The hiking trail behind the house took you right up the mountain .The only issue was the water supply and low pressure but the owner acted promptly and called in the plumber .Would like to put in screened door and windows as the only closure was the rolling shutter.Overall a great stay would definitely come again!!

I had a fantastic stay at this property hosted by Satyajit! The location is absolutely amazing—right in front of a dam, offering a peaceful and safe environment. I visited with my family, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Satyajit provided all the details clearly, gave timely instructions, and was always responsive. The dam has a beautiful sunset viewpoint and boating options, making it a great spot to unwind. Though I had a packed itinerary and couldn’t relax much this time, I’ll definitely book again for a proper staycation. The property itself is well-maintained, with a lovely lawn, good lighting, and security cameras for added safety. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the caretaker, Salim, was always ready to help. There are plenty of board games and outdoor activities provided by the host, adding to the experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

It was a perfect weekend getaway and the stay was way much better than expected ! Also kudos to Jeet for being a responsive , polite and a proactive host ! Will highly recommend this place if you want to spend a relaxed weekend.

We had a lovely stay at Casa Ava. We felt very welcome and at home. The caretaker, Nitin made us feel at home and he took good care of us. He made us food, kept the house tidy, organized laundry services, and deliveries. He made us feel cared for and was very kind. The setting is beautiful and has lovely birds. The yard was great for us for doing a bit of activity and we were able to hike on the hill behind the water park. Overall, it was a great stay and we would stay there again.

Host: Rachna ji is a wonderful host—sweet, polite, and very responsive. She ensures a comfortable stay and is always ready to help with anything, including guiding guests about the surroundings. Place: The place feels like home—cozy, comfortable, and spacious enough for 2-4 people. There is plenty of room to adjust. The bathroom is well-maintained, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a good number of utensils. You also get an outdoor space to hang washed clothes and a lovely sitting area to enjoy your morning or evening tea/coffee. The room is well-kept and comes with multiple cupboards for storage. Surroundings: The location is convenient, with plenty of Kirana and grocery shops nearby, as well as a fruit and vegetable market. Medical shops are also easily accessible. Overall: 5/5! The homely feel, great amenities, and amazing hospitality make this a perfect stay. We will definitely book Rachna ji’s place for our future Pune trips as well!
