Suhas' place is exactly as seen in the photos . It was squeaky clean and all the modern amenities were there and in excellent working condition. The apartment looks like a page out of a design magazine. you get a stunning bird's eye view of the township's golf course which is pleasing and soothing to the eye. The apartment far exceeded our expectations. It is a great value for money. We plan to visit there again at the next opportunity.

Abhi was very responsive and apt with his communication. The flat was located in a private society where there was everything from swimming pool to a basketball court so the price was very economical I must say. If I am travelling to Pune again, then definitely I would love to book his place again in the future.

Very good stay, The Waterfront villa is very huge 7Bedroom property with lots of amenities, Luxurious interiors too, and the caretaker and chef service was very good too, Thank you for hosting us.

We loved the place!! In the words of my 30-year old nephew "in 3PF we found a gem". I can imagine that some guests might expect a more "classical" place with modern amenities. 3PF is a very well maintained, vintage place that reminds me of colonial style bungalows. The rooms and the beds in them are large, spacious and grand. It is quite sparse but tastefully furnished, with WiFi, though with no other technical clutter. There is a TV that, I think, we never switched on. We played some board games. There is a lake just about 100 meters away although getting there for limited mobility can be challenging. I went for a swim in it every day! One day we went kayaking. The staff at the house is competent and very friendly. They cooked delicious meals. Buying the groceries needs a bit of planning though as the market is a few kilometers distance away. For anybody planning to go there, I suggest to just stay on the property. Enjoy the peace and quiet... the birds, light a bonfire & sing songs!

My family had a very comfortable stay and we're quite happy. The apartment has many amenities that you can avail and the best part is the location is very scenic. Kimaya was very responsive and prompt. Overall the stay was good.

We felt right at home and safe. While we had booked the place only for a day, we extended our stay by 2 days considering the environment and calm around the location. All basic amenities were also in place. Satish sir helped us beyond what we requested and he sure is a great host.

Charan & Amisha were great host's, their property is stellar and the view from the villa is so serene. The villa was super clean, and the rooms were so spacious and comfortable. The host's left us a cute snack basket in each bedroom, which was a really nice gesture. They also provided us with Milk, water bottles, tea, coffee, salt, sugar etc.. Which made our stay even more comfortable. I totally recommend booking their villa for atleast 2 nights, the property is huge, there is a lot to do and explore around. Also their villa is inside a gated community of villas and there is a restaurant and club house inside which made it convenient for us to order our food. There's also a mini theatre inside the club house to watch a movie with friends. Great place.

Great place for a getaway. Accessibility to the main city was little tedious but overall had a lot of fun. Looking forward !

The stay was wonderful, a very pleasant and peaceful home, sound with all requirements. All hosts were extremely co-operative and responsive and made sure our stay was seamless!

Our two days stay at Yogesh's place was our first Airbnb stay and it was perfect. The flat is spacious, squeaky clean and all the big and small convenience items were provided. The kitchen had microwave oven, opal glass plates, steel utensils, gas stove, water filter etc. The host had thoughtfully provided packets of Maggi noodles and Good Day biscuits, instant coffee sachets . Even tea and sugar was in the store and one milk packet in the fridge. The bedrooms were very comfortable . The living room and all the bedrooms have golf course view and the view from the balcony attached to the living room is simply stunning. This unit is in a tower which is just 1 minute walk distance from the clubhouse which has a veg restaurant called Edgewood where we had excellent dinner. Overall our stay was very relaxing, comfortable and we would definitely come here again at the next opportunity.

Hey Everyone!! I recently had an amazing 2.5-week stay here and tbh it was really worth it. The place felt like home away from home with cozy vibes,fabulous interior , washing machine, and all the comforts you’d need. Waking up to stunning mountain and lake view with a beautiful peacock spot (which was one of the best experience my parents had it over there) All of us (me with my parents) felt completely at ease while I was out, and my mom especially loved the luxury feel with easy available delivery of grocery through blinkit/Swiggy. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay special. Vinita and Kanan are amazing hosts! From day one, they made us feel at home with their warmth and kindness. They were always there to help, making everything super easy and enjoyable. The best part of the hosts was the good flow of communication how they helped in every situation location and even every small thing.. On a scale of 10 ofc its an absolute 10 Soon gonna come back :-)
